Wes provided excellent service and was timely under the circumstances post-blizzard. Pro tip for life in general: iron out pricing in advance. I didn't do so, and this led to a misunderstanding when the bill dropped and some hard feelings on both sides. That said, even though we didn't really see eye-to-eye on the charges, Wes was still a stand-up guy and worked with me on it. Highly recommended (although I doubt he'd say the same about me as a customer lol).Service: Car towing

Amazing response time when vehicle broke down. The tow truck was clean professional looking. Felt very confident that my bad or anyones bad would go better knowing this company had my vehicle. Elite customer service great rate and people who care both over the phone and in person. Hard to find a good companies that cover customer service and excellent service both! So there I was stranded out in the middle of no where at 11:30 PM after hitting a raccoon and losing engine coolant while on a courier route delivering medical pharmacy items to long term care facilities. No problem. One call and help was on the way. 45 minutes later L & W Rapid Recovery (Great Name) was there to tow the vehicle back to civilization. Great people! Great service!

We were finishing up our hunting trip in Miller, and getting ready to head back home to Ohio. Truck wouldn t start, and it was starting to snow hard and get cold. Called my insurance and roadside assistance, and they sent us Wes from L&W. Wes got there pretty quick, considering how far he had to come to get there. He was super helpful and friendly, gave us lots of advice on what might be wrong, and was able to get us jump started and on our way. While he was there, one of my tires started reading low also. He escorted us down to Goodyear and got us hooked up with some air, and got us on our way. He even called us later on in the day to check on us and make sure that everything was still going ok. I even talked to him the next day after it Haller day again in Illinois! Thanks Wes for making a bad experience less painful, and for being so friendly and helpful! I broke down in the middle of nowhere and barely had cell service to call! They were great to work with and saved me a major headache and towed my car to a dealership and then took me to my hotel! I'm an out of state hunter who got stuck bad out in the middle of nowhere the first day of the blizzard. After many calls, L&W Rapid Recovery, Wes, was the only tow company to help. Wes had to come 80 miles north to get us, then back track 25 miles to my stuck rig. Wes and Liane were very friendly and extracted us quickly. When No One would help, Wes and Liane did. They helped me and a buddy with an ice shack that was stuck in the ditch, stayed around to make sure we were good and it was hooked up to the truck correctly. Super caring and friendly. Highly recommend for those who need this service!Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

My wife and I had car troubles at about 10 PM on a Friday night. After our insurance company failed to find us a tow company we called L and W. They answered and while they were about 45 minutes away, they left right away and arrived right when we were expecting them. They then towed us back to Chamberlain and dropped our car off at the dealership and then gave us a ride to the hotel. They were the only 24 hr tow in the area and took care of us. The owner is fabulous. I slid into a ditch last night and they couldn't get to me until this morning. Which I wasn't expecting. I was out of the ditch by 630 this morning.

I was in the ditch on a gravel road in the middle of nowhere. One phone call and l&w was there to get me back on the road. Was plesant and fast even at 3am. Deffinately call these guys if you need help. Best service in SD

Thank you so much for coming to the aid of our out of state hunters and hauling the large dog trailer after its mishap. So Glad you guys were there. We don't know what we would have done that Late.
