Almost 700 miles from home and with can t go much further car troubles.Paul and his family helped us on a SundayWe were able to get home late Sunday evening.We were in a position, where too many these days, would have and could have had us by the mooshies..Paul did the work for an unbelievably fair charge.An answer to prayer.Good guy.Good people.thanks, Phillip

Paul was great to work with. We went through our warranty service and were told it would be close 90 minutes. Paul came in 30 minutes, and found us despite the wrong coordinates given to him by the roadside assistance company. Super friendly and helpful, quick and efficient. He also talked to the repair place and got us a loaner vehicle to use while they worked on our vehicle. Thank you for a great experience during a very frustrating time!

On May 21, 2021 at 730 pm I broke down just outside Mitchel.I called AAA and they put me in touch with Paul's Towing.Paul's not only came out quickly and got me off the interstate, they showed up bright and early the next (Saturday) morning and got my camper fixed and I was back on my way.Paul's not only provided quick service they were friendly and more than fair on their prices.If you have a choice choose Paul's Towing, they will treat you well and they will not rip you off.

If you re reading this cause you re broke down anywheres near Mitchell, SD you should call this tow company.My truck broke down driving through Mitchell, SD late at night. Within 15 minutes Paul had a guy to us to take my truck to his shop and they dropped us off a motel for the night. Next morning (on a Sunday) he dug into the motor and let me know how fubar my truck was. And then the next day he was a huge help loading my truck on a trailer getting us on our way. All this for a real reasonable price. If you re reading this Paul thanks again for all the help.

Paul is very friendly, and his service goes above and beyond. He drove clear to Sioux Falls, SD. to tow my Penske truck all the way to my house in Brookings, SD tonight in Negative 20 degree weather, so My Family could get our belongings into our new Home.I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is ever in need of a true expert in towing.

Paul is an honest business man who knows what he is doing. We had an axle break on our big fifth wheel. Paul go us safely off the highway to where we could stay. Within 24 hours he had the axle repaired and we were on our way! Paul charges far less than we would pay in Orlando. We would recommend him if you want honesty at a good price. He is a great guy!

Paul was a lifesaver for me when I was traveling across the state and had a significant incident. Paul came as soon as Uhaul contacted him, and he got in touch with me to communicate how long it would take, where he was at the time, and reassure me that all would be well. Once Paul showed up, he was extremely polite, reassuring, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went out of his way to help me, visit with me about my journey, and was pleasant enough to give me advice and help if needed down the line. He is an exceptional human being, and I highly recommend Paul's Towing service to anyone looking for any of Paul's Towing services. He is honest, hardworking, and sincere, you will not regret contacting his services.

My transfer case went out on I90 by Mitchell, the state trooper who showed up got us in contact with Paul and he did the rest. He got us to Sioux falls to meet up with a ride and was extremely helpful in every way. Huge shout out to south Dakota state patrol and Paul for helping us get off the freeway safely.

Best tow company in the area only place I Would call. I also had tires installed by him and his pricing is fantastic. Seriously if you break down in this area this is the guy to call.he has a lot of on-site repairs and will tow you back to the shop and get you repaired as well if possible.

We pulled into the Betts campground to find one of the tires on our 5th almost flat. We needed a tire. Paul took the wheels an tire to his shop. Returned with 2 new tires mounted and ready to go. I would highly recommend Paul's Towing, a family operation. It was about 1AM, and our Ram 3500 broke down on our family vacation. Paul's wife answered the phone. She was very friendly and assured us she would get Paul out there to tow our vehicle to the dealership. Shortly thereafter, Paul showed up. He was very friendly and professional. He handled our situation and got the vehicle to the dealership.

We were brought to Paul from another towing company to get help with our truck. Had we known what a great service he provides we would have called him first for all our needs. It was later in the evening and he went over and above to get us on back on the road. To top off the stressful evening he gave us a fair price to fix our truck with a brand new alternator. I d recommend his company to anyone!

Wanted to charge full price of 100$ for a tire change to loan me a tool to remove my lug nuts because they were too tight, I did all the work. I was also only 4 miles from their location. Would not recommend to anyone who doesn't like greedy people.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Best prices and experience I've had with a tow company! He even mounted my lawnmowers tires that no one else seemed to be able to do. Even the biggest lawn mower shop in the area said they couldn't? He did it in ten minutes and i love them. Thanks Paul and To all of your guys There great.

Great towing service! Saved my husband when he was stuck in the snow. Paul's was the only towing company they would come out to a rural road and get him unstuck from the snow. I went to start my car to go to the store and panicked when it wouldn't turn over. I felt ridiculous calling in roadside service since my car was in the garage but Life happens.Paul came to my home faster than I expected and got my car started in moments. He also gave me a recommendation where I could buy a new battery with free installation. Paul was seriously my hero. I appreciated his kind, friendly, and professional manner.While the auto parts store manager set me up with a new battery, I told him the other problems with my car. Paul walked in shortly after I arrived so I thanked him again. The store manager told me Paul is also an excellent mechanic who he trusts with his own vehicles. I had no idea. Paul gave me his contact information to setup a time to look at my car.A day that started out bad ended up connecting me with some amazing people with the help I needed. Paul deserves 10 stars

Called and he immediately responded. Since we were from out of state, had no idea where to go to get tire repaired. After he changed the flat tire, he had us follow him to a place where they had it fixed and ready to go in no time. Appreciate the help he gave us. Thanks!!

Paul and his Crew took great care of us. They were going to take us to a motel but instead pulled our 75,000lb heavily leaning tractor-trailer from the side of a snow bank. Paul is the BEST!! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our belt on semi tore on I 90 amd he got us a new belt and coolant to get us rolling. Cost was a lot less than I expected.100% recommend Paul to anyone.

Very very fast, efficient, friendly, and affordable. We needed an emergency tow and repair for our vehicle. We called and Paul's Towing and they were there within ten minutes and took care of the entire thing within one day. They have the friendliest and fastest service around.
