We had a great experience! I loved working with a smaller dealership over the hype and bloat of a big operation. It felt like a cross of working with a private party with the safety net of a business backing it. Very pleased with the price and we got for our trade in. I will look Rowdy River up again when I am in the market in the future.

Went to Rowdys with a friend when they test drove and purchased a vehicle.I was so impressed with this place! The vehicles are 100% of what anyone would be interested in purchasing! Honest, great people!!

I found the car on FB marketplace and when I started to message back and forth I looked into the dealership and was apprehensive when I saw the odd hours. But communication was easy via FB messenger, they were very flexible and I was able to meet up most evenings. I feel that I got a fair deal on the car and was able to purchase an extended warranty and get financing. I was told the car had remote start, it's the only thing I didn't verify, but it didn't. My mind was more or less made up about the price before that anyway, NBD. After the sale, their attitude seemed to change. I messaged to see if they would be able to send me copies of the BOS, as I had misplaced them. Just a bunch of defensive replies that it was sent. I mentioned that I never received any additional info on the warranty (I was told I would), and that I needed the policy number (they had trouble getting it to print out at the time of sale) - radio silence after that. I wound up going around them and having to contact the warranty company myself to get what I needed. All in all, glad to do business with up new dealership, but needs work on some of the customer relations and getting the customer through the entire purchase product. If they come up on the radar on my next car search, I'd consider buying again.

Took my wife Subaru there was a great experience had a well itemized receipt. Had a very good rate for labor. Kept the old parts and showed me what was wrong with them. I would definitely recommend this man. It was a pleasant surprise in the auto industry world usually run into guys that are shade tree or try to upsell you on useless garbage but I would give this man a recommendation to anybody

BUYER BEWARE we bought a car for Rowdy's and it was a horrible experience we drove off the lot and the check engine light came on before we got home and later found out that there was a crack in the engine block. Trying to work with Rowdy's was impossible they would not call us back or answer the phone all we want to do was find a way to meet in the middle to give them the benefit of the doubt and they would not talk they said " it was running when you left." it cost us $5000 to fix it just to find out that we could not transfer the title cause it was not clear! The mechanic that fixed the car said that it had been tampered with! All in all this took us 3 months to get this cleaned up through all of this they refused to talk to us or the county title office stating that they did nothing wrong! Do not let anyone buy a car there.

Check engine light came on as soon as I pulled off the lot. I asked about the modifications done to the car and they still won t tell me what has been done to it. They also won t respond to messages, or give any more information. Very hard to work with, and not very professional.
