I bought a DCI trailer it has always served me well. Recently I had a problem with the gate, it being out of warranty , I thought I was out of luck. I talked with the manager he made a cost adjustment to repair. That is pretty good service I would say. Don t look elsewhere.

I have a 1991, DCT 16' 7K flatbed trailer. Angle iron frame structure. I've been so impressed with this trailer. Sure the frame has some surface rust, but still 100% structurally sound. The factory equipped springs were replaced after 28 years in use, deck boards replaced after the first 10 years, and many sets of tires. I still will use this for 1000 mile trips without hesitation. Thanks for making a great product!

Very well built trailer. Latching system on tiltbed is sub par will never get one again because of it

We own a DCT 12-foot DCT aluminum trailer. It is a great trailer: easy to hook up, well-balanced, tows well, sturdy. We took it to DCT today for a non-working tail light. DCT service fixed it (a simple grounding problem) while I waited. Fast, friendly, efficient service. A great company to do business with.

We lost a tire on the highway about 4 miles from their shop. They were very helpful in getting us a new tire and rim for a trailer and installing it.Amazing customer service.

The absolute worst trailer I have ever bought as far as quality goes!!! The decking has huge gaps in it,the wood is cut crooked. Very poor weld quality as well. Very dissatisfied!!

They recently repaired our wiring on our old trailer and CJ Paul did am awesome job on it.great service dept.
