My husband and I bought a 2021 Ford Expedition, they made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. Gave us more than we ever thought possible for our trade in. They were more than willing to work with us on the financing end. Both the employees went above and beyond to get us what we wanted! Really great people, nice friendly faces!

The salespeople at this particular dealer are NOT good. Out to make money rather than build relationships with customers. I've been there three times, and each time, the individual keeps forgetting that we have an appointment. Vehicles are not there for showing and more excuses. Have not been back. Nor will I ever be back.

My tire was going flat, and it was over 100� outside. I stopped to see if they could 1. Pur my good tire on the rim and replace the front tire with it. I already had the donut on the back, and James, the young man who worked there, said that it might be the donut messing up and would I mind if he checked. He checked and half of the belts were almost off the donut! So, he put the tire on the back where the donut was.When he finished, I asked how much, and he kind of shook his hands, and said, no charge.THAT is great customer service! God bless you, James. You deserve a promotion.

I could hear my tire going flat on the hiway so I stopped in to see if they could put a tire I had on my rim. I was helped by James, who quickly took care of it, and I kept asking him how much it would be, because I was broke and would have to call someone to get some money. He kept kind of ignoring me, and when he was finished, he said ah, no charge.Thank you James. You made my day!

just bought a ford suv from them and dealing with travis. im a 20 year ford senior maser tech out of the game and can say im pleased with the purchase process. i found a few issues with the used vehicle i wanted to, and ended up purchasing, and they did what they could to make me happy which isnt always easy. service took longer than should but end result is what matters. im still waiting for vehicle delivery but satisfied so far. i feel they put fourth the effort to make a sale smooth. time will tell in driving vehicle of other issues but lets hope for a long lasting positive result. good job and thank you.

Bought a vehicle from billion 3 months ago the engine ended up being faulty. I offered Ray the salesman that I would pay for the repairs if he could help me get it into billion service and get me a loaner so I can still make it to work. He said he would be more then happy to help then he changed his story and went back on his word. He's good at talking in circles but not a man of his word at all. Do not deal with Ray in Dell Rapids. I would have just been happy if Billion could have let me pay for repairs and let me use a loaner so I can keep my job and get my daughter to school. So I'm stuck without a car and about 4000 in repairs....after 3 months of ownership. I think this was my absolute worst experience buying a vehicle in my life.

My experience was good, yes the distance between towns is an inconvenience. I did feel that the constant asking of a deposit was a bit much because I never drive the car! I had a friend or co worker in Sioux Falls and they did go drive the car for me! I was asked again for a deposit so I put down $100 then because I trusted what my co worker said about the car! I did trust my sales guy but was better to hear it from someone I knew! I then showed up in Del Rapids and my debit card was never ran for the deposit anyway! So I do feel that was a waist of time and I was coming for the car no matter what! I never got to meet my sales men Jake because him and his wife had their baby! I wish them luck and bless them! The car is running good and drives smooth! I think we got a good deal on the car! Thanks again Billion Auto! Nicki Benning from Pierre!

We had been searching for a vehicle for my daughter for a couple of months. I had been in contact with another Billion Dealership that caused us to completely loose faith in Billion Automotive in general. The dealer was pushy, made false promises and was blatantly ignoring our budget and needs. We came across a vehicle that would fit our budget at the Del Rapids location and with absolute hesitation, I reached out and was contacted by Logan Hallauer. I will not call him a salesmen, I will refer to him as a customer liaison. Logan was honest, kind and attentive without being overwhelming or pushy. He, on his own, has restored some of our faith in this company. I would encourage anyone to call him or this location for their buying needs. Thank you Logan for providing us with a nice buying experience, you are very appreciated!!!!

When we first purchased our vehicle from this dealership we were very impressed with the management and sales. That however did not stick. After 2 to 3 weeks of ownership, we started having issues with our vehicle. We called numerous times to have our vehicle checked out with absolutely NO RESPONSE in return. We finally had to take our vehicle to another dealership, we absolutely REFUSE to go back to Dells for assistance. We have now been advised that the service checks typically done by their dealership had not been completed prior to having the vehicle on the lot and now our entire engine needs to be replaced. We have only owned this vehicle for nearly 4 months. We have dealt with other Billion stores in the past with no issues, this dealership is so utterly disappointing with their management and lack of basic customer service skills. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

Excellent service. Hannah bent over backwards to make sure we got a vehicle as the original choice was sold in the morning. She found one that had just been detailed by their service department and was not listed as yet. Met our needs and specifications. Very pleased with Dell Rapids and Hannah. Give her a call if you need or are looking for a vehicle. She will treat you right.

Went with Billion thinking they were a reputable dealer, their other locations may be, but definitely not Dell Rapids... Started having issues with our almost new van within a few months of purchase. Ray was zero help at all. The manager Travis was very rude and even less helpful. Never again. Steer clear of this place.

We had such great experience. Matt Damm took his time and helped us find the perfect car for what we need for our family. They answered all our questions and made our search a breeze. Just bought a nice truck on 6/28/2016 was very impressed with the sales team. I tried other dealer ships and they gave me the run around but billions of Dell Rapids where so helpful and not pushy at all. I will buy another vehicle from them Scott was the best salesman I have ever had I'm from Mt Vernon SD

I ll definitely have to recommend Blandon at billion auto in Iowa city. I can t say I ve ever had fun car shopping until today. This guy greeted us and I told him I had no idea what I was looking for and he politely said he d help in any way he could and left us alone to look. I ll come back to a salesman like this every time. We were in and out in no time. Excellent service!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Billion Chevy in Dell Rapids! Our salesman, Brady, was very helpful and tolerant of our indecisiveness. I highly recommend him! It took us a while to decide, but we ended up with a vehicle we are extremely happy with! Thank you Billion and thank you Brady!

Before I left my house had an agreed price over the phone. Pre-approved with financing. Drove 2 hours there one way! Price was $1,000 more. Then the offer that I told her over the phone! Which was almost there. Original full asking price ! Her reply was. Your payments are only!That's bait and switch!!!Hannah Johnson didn't think that I would turn around and leave the dealership without buying their vehicle!She was sadly mistaken!Word of Mouth and the internet go a long way Ms. Hannah Johnson!And shame on Billion Auto for letting their employees treat customers this way!And here's a little extra trivia. She said that they had to put over $4,000 worth of work into this GMC Yukon XL put it on the lot. when I asked her for the list for parts and labor. She never did produce them!

The customer is always wrong here.I was given a loaner vehicle that was not supposed to go to me apparently...That was my fault... and they needed it back and had no replacement. I have no way to work if that is the case. They weren't worried about getting my truck fixed. They just needed that loaner back and all they were worried about. Every single person I talked to in there was rude. I finally had enough and ask the manager on the phone if it was my fault they f**ked up and he hung up on me. I was very respectful until that point. They weren't going to do anything to help me at that point anyway.Terrible customer service. Mangers, Salesman and Mechanics all rude. The majority of reviews say the same thing, so I am not really adding anything. It is the same song and dance. Just really bad service. I have no idea how they sell anything. I wish I would of read the reviews before I went here...Edit: The also told me I needed just a new oil pressure sensor. (Shane) However, I needed a new pump as well. The oil pressure was fine when started, but when it got to temp it was lower than normal.They let take my truck back thinking it was just a sensor. Pretty shady business that was just mad I bought my truck from Woodhouse instead of Billion.I had just bought the truck. Woodhouse ended up picking up the truck and taking care of it all.

I had a great experience with Billions Cheverolet of Dell Rapid. Jake Satterlee was great to work with, even with my stubbornness be did everything he could and helped me get the car i wanted with a payment i could afford! Thank you Jake! Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

I have brought my 2015 Chevy for multiple services they never get it right. Last time I wanted new studs oil and filter fuel filter tires rotated they never rotated the tires and took my receiver hitch out and lost my sleeve to put receive in pickup. Not to mention they put it in the box of the pickup and failed to tell me that so it bounced around all the way home. They said they didn t have any to give me not impressed billion.

Worst customer service. Felt disrespected as a customer and they sold me a car with tons of problems-even just a 2 months after I bought it. Been dealing with car issues for this whole year of having the car. The salesman was dishonest and said he wouldn't be selling it to me if he wasn't sure that it wouldn't have problems. I run a business and need my car to work and be reliable for me. Hugely disappointed. Won't be back.

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a mechanic. He took one look at me and assumed I was some stupid blonde girl who knows nothing about my vehicle. My car has had some issues with the electrical system due to a recall on the GMC Acadias. I first tried to explain how the car was malfunctioning to try to give him a better idea of how to help me, and he interupted me to ask if I was sure it hadn't just run out of gas (since my car had lost all power while I was driving down the interstate). He then smirked at the man behind me, and probably assumed that since he was male he understood the joke. Long story short, I will never be returning to this shop, and would never advise anyone, especially women, to attempt walking into such a place. Unless you are fully ready to tell this guy off like I should have been!
