Amazing business! Colton, Rob and his crew literally saved us, our truck, our Toyhauler and our dogs from a potential disaster!! Cannot say enough about their skill, team work, professionalism and kindness to us. They came right away to help us, without hesitation when other companies told us it would be hours in a snow storm!! We highly recommend them! You will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you so much Steele Collision, we will be customers for life!!

Best towing company I've ever had to deal with! Couldn't have asked for anyone better!! If your car is in the ditch I'd recommend giving them a call! It was affordable and Colton was super understanding and nice ! Will be using them in the future if I ever get into a situation like that again.

Deer people get hit by unexpectedly at 4:am , for a tow to a major repair. Colton , friendly , honest and timely efforts are worth every dollar you ll spend ! As a new resident to Custer , I am very well pleased , as you ll be ! 100% satisfied !For being a stranger to town, only year, upon my first introduction. His understanding , solutions provided and results up and coming from STEELE COLLISION , is all you ll experience ! Can't recommend these guys highly enough. I've had several vehicles fixed by them for various reasons this past year. Colton, Joe, Jimmy, have been so kind and helpful and they do excellent work. They are great at communicating with you what's going on; they are super efficient; and are very reasonable with their pricing. Steele Collision is awesome! My car got caught in a hailstorm and was pretty beat up, but Colton and his team took it right in, got all the parts necessary quickly, and turned it around in record time. And it looks like the day I purchased it, too!Steele Collision sweats the details and makes sure everything is perfect. This is the only shop you need to know, even if you are not local. It will be worth the trip!

Had minor issues with my Jeep and needed to immediate attention as I was heading out of town. All the shop in town were backed up and couldn t help. I saw the Steele Collision sign and figured I d stop. They were also busy but the owners understood my position and fixed my issue for a VERY fear price!!! Our rental car had a piece of car's under-belly jut out near Custer SD. Colton ably and quickly removed that piece and fixed our problem. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Colton and his business for any car repair issues.

My wife and I along with two grandchildren recently limped into Custer in our 26 foot RV. We arrived on the weekend with what we thought was just a flat tire. After many unproductive phone calls we finally found Colton on Saturday morning. He was FANTASTIC! Although our problem turned out to be more complicated, he was able to find a way to make repairs and send us on our way Monday. It took a few stops at our campsite and some weekend work for him, but he was professional and helpful. We can t thank him enough. He saved our vacation - and our bacon.Service: Tires

The team at Steele Collision are top notch. Passing through and only in town for a couple days. A rock flew up and chipped my windshield. They got me in the day I called and it looks great! Thanks Jason & crew for fitting me in and easing my mind. Much appreciated!

I cant even begin to say how amazing Colton, tommy and his dad rob all were came out after hours. Tracked me down a tire and brought me to the tire shop. I am so very thankful for u guys. Lol the ride to rapid City was a blast with your dad and his friend. Thank you so much again! People like you are hard to come by !!! Amanda

These guys are great! From Colton in the front office to the guys in the shop Joe and his crew are the best! My vehicle was fix right, way cleaner than I brought it inside and out! If you're looking for a body shop to fix your vehicle this place is amazing!

I had to take my 2020 KIA in for hail damage. I worked with Colton, who is extremely kind and very professional! My car was in for just about three weeks today. My car looks like I just drove it off the dealership lot!!! I will ALWAYS bring, any of my vehicles, to Steele!

Colten was the epitome of customer service and tolerated several phone calls from me as I attempted to find a repair shop by phone. He was not able to provide the mechanical repairs but went out of his way to help me find a shop, having me drop his name until I found someone to take our car. Then he towed it to Rapid City for us after we found a shop. His tow rate was very fair. More than anything I appreciated that he cared enough to stick with me until the problem was solved.

Our vehicle was repaired here at the end of August to the middle of September. We were driving through the area on our way to our hotel when we hit a deer. We are not from the area and when we contacted our insurance company this was one of the closest shops from our hotel. The process with the insurance company and Steele Collision was 5 stars all the way. Jay and his guys came and picked up our car right away the same day we made the claim. Our main point of contact throughout the process was Pete and he was informative throughout. If it was not for Pete getting a well needed part for the repair we would not have gotten our vehicle in the allotted time and it would have been a very bad situation. Overall the guys at Steele Collision did a fantastic and amazing job on our car. From the owner on down to Pete you guys were life savers!! Thank you so much!!

While on vacation, we had both a trailer hitch issue and hit a deer with our truck. Joe was a huge help in helping out with both issues. Being from out of state, it was very nice to have someone so nice and willing to help us out. Based on our experience, I highly recommend Steele Collision!

We have used this shop several times over the years. The team at Steele Collision has always taken care of us. We recently were in a time pinch and they took care of our vehicle and got us back on the road quickly and it looks like new again. Jay took such good care of us. Let us a vehicle at no extra cost. Handled the insurance company completely. All we did was come in for estimate.Our pickup looks great.Very nice shop. Definitely recommend.

We were passing through town and had an issue with our golf cart the owner Jay jumped right up and offered to help and actually loaned us a battery charger to charge our batteries while we continued on to Sturgis. Their customer service was top notch and we would recommend them to anybody!

Amazing local shop! Had a mishap, bending my door. Brought it there for a quote and the adjusted my door so i can use it untill it is repaired. I will be bringing it in for the fix but so pumped they didn't just leave me in the wind as I expected.Excellent service and competitive prices. Very recommended.

Jay Steele does bait and switch repairs. He put weights on the outside and beads on the inside of your tires causing uneven and excessive wear. Couldn't steer it straight over 50 mph. He ruined our truck. Don't do business with Jay Steele. He will destroy your vehicle and he's a criminal.

I called for a rock chip repair. Lady on phone even checked with mechanic to see if he had time for a repair. They said no problem come on in. When I did she was gone. The cocky owner told me it would take 2 hours for a chip repair. He was very rude. They won't see me ever again.
