Such a friendly experience! I had to replace a couple of plastic studs on an splash guard under my car. Apparently these aren t a listed part so it s just a guessing game but they helped me find the perfect fit and get me back on the road. Hundreds of miles later they are still in place and I have to thank the crew at NAPA!

Super helpful fixing our bearings during a trip with a trailer. Let us use the shop to fix it inside. With 90 degree temps outside, it was a lifesaver. Couldn't thank them enough. Very nice people.

Awesome people got us right in when we was coming through for Sturgis!!On the way back from Sturgis they helped out friends out too on getting spares for 2 trailers cause they had blow outs!!

Very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Was passing by on the interstate and needed my A/C refilled. I am clueless when it comes to anything automobile related. These guys were patient and polite. They made sure I got the right product and walked me through the process of refilling my A/C. I spent half of what I would have spent if I would have gone to auto zone. They had me back on the interstate in no time at all. These guys are great, highly recommended!

Broke down in Chamberlain.sd. went here for parts .had to order parts in for next day service.well! They ordered wrong parts 2 day's in a row.not good service. 2nd time still wrong parts...ended up using old parts to get back home..
