This dealership is excellent. We drove 6 plus hours, they had everything ready, all was easy, and the cost was less than we thought because they were honest about the taxes. They also sent pics, a video of the car, and a breakdown of all costs. before we drove there. I highly recommend CarSwap as there are no surprises.

Traveling through down to Mississippi. Had a brake caliper hang up. Called ahead and told them what the issue was. They had the part. When I showed up. I was in and out with in a hour. The guys there are great. Highly recommend.

I work for a dealer in Ohio and we had a customer who's truck was in our service department and he had a trip to SD to hunt. We gave him one of our trucks for a loaner so that his trip wouldn't be interrupted. Our loaner truck had an engine issue and it made it to Carswap's parking lot and quit. The guys at Carswap were very helpful and ended up selling us a preowned truck right off their lot so that our customer wasn't stranded and even assisted the transport company when we sent them to pick up our broke down truck. I can't say enough about the customer service we received at Carswap and will definitely try to do more business with them in the future!!

Bought a new 2023 tradesman 1500 Ram truck at this dealership on our way home from Sturgis bike rally. This was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have ever had. Wade and the other team members were all very helpful and accommodating as we got to the dealership an hour before closing. Thank you to the mechanic who stayed late also to charge our battery. You guys were a life saver. We will definitely be back to give this dealership our business even though we live in MN. Thanks again

bought my van from here; it will be one year at the end of this month & its still running great! had to make a few repairs but I love my van. I have plenty room for my children; every one able to buckle up and the DVD player still works great too!

Driving across the country, I had a flat tire in the middle of South Dakota. The next town that I came to that had a tire repair facility was Chamberlain, and I wandered into Willrodt Motor Company. I explained my situation and the gentlemen there worked quickly, pleasantly, and efficiently. These guys could have easily taken advantage of me and the predicament that I was in, but they were true professionals. They made a situation that could have been much, much worse and turned it into a tolerable experience. I'm grateful to them for that.

If thier customer service after the sale is anything like before the sale, BUYER BEWARE!! After numerous attempts to inquire about a vehicle I finally received a reply telling me if interested in a vehicle schedule an appointment between 8 and 6 Mon thru Fri. First off I'm over 2 hours away. I just had some standard equipment questions on the vehicle I wanted to know before I made the drive. Obviously I did not make the purchase, instead had a lot more pleasant experience at Billion in Sioux falls of all places. They actually wanted to sell a vehicle and have stood behind thier vehicle even after the sale. So my advice, make the drive to somewhere else, anywhere else, if buying a new or used vehicle.

I'm a local person and I DREAD having to go into this business!! The customer service is horrible and the service department is a JOKE! When you schedule an appointment at a certain time that usually means that's when your car goes in to get worked on, here it might be 6 hours or even a couple DAYS later before they even look at it and never a call back to tell you it's done or what's going on. Also, when I drop off a $50,000 vehicle off to be serviced, the least they could do is give me something more than a $500 lemon as a loaner, but that all depends if you have a high ranking last name in the town because then you can drive a nice dealer plated vehicle right off their lot. The most pathetic excuse for a dealer garage I've ever dealt with in my life!

We were on a family trip and encountered car trouble early in the morning.Obviously we didn't have an appointment but the service department got our van in right away and got us fixed up and on our way in no time!!Excellent service department

got a brand new car from there. the next day i had to repair the wheel for over $300. they will not tell you what s wrong with it. they just want you money and you to get out of there as soon as possible. do not buy cars from them.

Should of known about this place as soon as I walked into the door. Guy at the fronts awnser to every customer (3 others) was " I dont know". You would think it would be better to get a real mechanic to awnser it and not a clueless guy who hasnt achieved anything in life but being a secretary at a half star facility. From the jump after job was done i had problems. Came into tell them and they couldnt and wouldnt do anything i was told. Wow?!? I explained i was passing through town even and told him i couldnt make the appt he placed for me 3 days later. So what did he do? He have me a even farther out appointment. Dont go here. Take the trip to Pierre and save your advils for other headaches

Just wanted to let it known..that I took my Jeep in for repairs and this place did a awesome job and the names that stood out was Jerry and Rodger thank you guys so much for all your help and support and working with us and for the others who labored as well just can't remember all names if I could give you ten stars I would double..God bless
