We were having an issue with our Argo so we called Argo Adventures to see if they could help us. I have to say, honestly that was the best customer service I ve ever witnessed. We spoke to Ed and not only did he help us with getting the right parts for a great price, he helped us diagnose the problem we were having with are Argo, which not many customer service representatives would do. He was very kind and professional the whole time. Just wanted to say thank you Argo Adventures for having such a good quality customer service department and you should definitely give your whole team a raise, especially Ed!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Argo Adventure and I can confidently say that they have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! The team of Ed and Paula was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I asked numerous questions about owning an Argo.They had all the information I needed and went out of their way to ensure that I felt comfortable with my purchase.I highly recommend Argo Adventure to anyone who is looking buy an Argo, need parts or is just curious about the product. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. I m so glad I chose to work with them and I know you will be too.

If you are interested in purchasing an Argo, you can't do any better than buying one from Argo Adventure out of Burke, SD. Don't worry about being located too far away. They delivered my Avenger 8 x 8 in 2018 to Southeast Texas near Port Arthur at no charge. Unlike many car and RV dealers that provide lousy customer service after the money has exchanged hands, Argo Adventure fully supports you after the purchase. A recent example illustrates this point. We experienced some local flooding recently and I started up all my equipment beforehand in preparation, zero turns, side by side, Kubota tractor, etc. For unknown reasons, my Argo would not start. It cranked well but would not turn over. I contacted the personnel at Argo Adventure and they diagnosed a fuel problem as the most likely cause. Hint: maintain fuel levels at low levels when not in regular use and keep it fresh with a fuel stabilizer. Anyway, at their advice, I drained the old fuel and replaced it with fresh fuel. Next, I changed out the fuel pump, but still no go. Then I changed out the relay that powers the fuel pump and after a few tries, it fired up! I was very relieved. The guys at Argo Adventure walked me through every step, especially Ed Pfeiffelman, who though partially retired from Argo Adventure, provided remote support from his Michigan home. Anyways, this is a class outfit and they will remain in your corner all the way down the line.

The people here are absolutely top notch, whether it be from parts sales or service. My new remote Argo purchase went flawlessly. Very reasonable shipping rates to my location in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I will be a repeat customer!!!! I'd also like to add that I had a warranty issue, and no one in my area was Briggs & Stratton fuel injection certified. The owner of Argo Adventure drove to my home in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and fixed my machine. I dare you to try to find service like that anywhere else!!!!!

Great customer service from the time I inquired until the time I made my purchase. To the owners of ArgoAdventure you have a valuable asset as an employee in regards to Ed. Exceptional service through and through hand down. Everything was taken care of quickly and all of my emails were responded to promptly. Unit was delivered to my door and the delivery driver was great as well and stayed in touch with me with updates on arrival time and he was very knowledgeable on educating me on the unit also at the time he arrived.

I purchased 1 Argo 6x6 Frontier 700 and a month later bought another one. They go above and beyond with any questions I have or parts. I think they have the best pricing and the largest inventory of any place I've ever seen in the USA. Thank You for everything.

I am located in Tucson Arizona and restoring a 1996 Argo Response. When I call in for parts I always get a friendly service. The staff goes out of their way to help with my parts and advise. When I order my parts on a Monday I get them in Tucson Arizona that Friday at no additional cost. When I am ready to purchase a new machine Argo Adventures is who I will go through because of the customer support.

Four years ago, I was in the market to purchase a new Argo. I had a very negative experience with the Argo dealership that services my area. I was turned to Ed Pfeiffelman. He treated me more than fair in the purchase of my Argo. Since then, I have made several purchases. Due to the outstanding customer service and reasonable prices Ed has always given me, I have made all my Argo purchases through him. A couple years ago, Ed introduced me to Fritz. Fritz has the same outstanding customer service and expertise Ed has. I don't believe the Argo factory has engineers that know more about the service and vehicles than Ed and Fritz. They know more about the operation, maintenance and service of the vehicles then anyone else I have ever been in contact with.Ed and Fritz's outstanding customer service coupled with their endless knowledge of their product are the reason I am a devout customer of theirs. For as long as I own my Argo, I will never even consider making another purchase from anyone else when it comes to Argos.

Professional from the start to the finish.Transparent pricing and purchasing, quotes were clear as far as all costs associated with the purchase, accessories, and installation.All calls and questions were answered honestly and directly. Fast and fair priced shipping to my door. Will do all my business withthem in the future, their experience with Argo products was invaluable.Thank you Ed for excellent service.

I work with these guys on almost a weekly basis sometimes, they've helped me out more than I care to admit and are always spot on in information and customer service, fritz and ed are by far some of the most awesome people I've ever had the pleasure of working with!
