We came in for a new steer tire on our semi cab and they completed the job within 30 minutes!! Extremely professional customer service, reliability, and reasonable prices will keep us coming back. Thank you W.W. Tire of Brookings for all that you do!!

It is a good place to take your car for service. I only have done oil changes here, and the prices are competitive compared to other shops in Brookings, barring the Walmart Auto Center (which doesn't have great reviews) of course. Probably the best thing about this place is they can squeeze you in for an oil change without an appointment, which no other shop in Brookings can do.However, I don't think they do a thorough multi-point inspection, as they claim to have done in the receipt, during the service. On my first visit there, I knew my car had a low coolant level when it was handed over for the service, but the inspection report did not mention it at all, despite them claiming they checked other fluid levels too, which was kind of unfortunate. Of course, I was planning on doing a simple coolant top-off myself, but would have been a point in their favor to have them mention that as well.Overall, a good place for oil changes. Doesn't take a whole lot of your time, there is a good waiting space if you decide to wait for the service, and the people are friendly!

My daughter ran over a screw on the interstate and they went to her and filled her tire with air and she followed them back to the shop and they fixed it right away for her!! Thank you from a worried mother since I was 4 hours away and couldn t help her!! I would recommend them to everyone in need of tire repair!!

A good place to do business. However, I still believe they're a little overpriced. Otherwise, the services they provide seem to be great.

I can honestly say that this business has just LOST my business. I went there to have them check my tail lights which i was 99.9% sure they were not working. A worker from behind the counter said he would come out and check them. We went out to my car and he was said "yep, they work!....you should have no problems" I just didn't feel comfortable with what he was saying, so I went to another auto business in town for a 2nd opinion. What do you know...the tail lights were NOT working!!!!! I just don't understand how the tail lights that were supposedly working, suddenly quit working less than an hour later? I felt like i was not cared for as a customer who has been doing business with WW Tire for a long time and who ever came to supposedly check the tail lights didn;t want to be bothered with it or take the time to fix it for me. I am really glad I didn't get pulled over for have tail lights out after being told they were working. If I did, I would have brought my ticket to WW tire and YOU could have paid the fine.

We had ONE tire blow on our boat trailer. We took the bad tire and a good tire off from the other side of the trailer so we could drop it off safely. We dropped it off at 12 am and called the following morning right when you opened. Lenard spoke with us and claimed he would call us back. He obviously did not, if he had I would not be writing this. The lack of communication on your part lead to an extra tire being replaced when it was not needed. I felt the people at this establishment took advantage. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

AMAZING. We woke up to 2 flat tires on our car trailer. They had us in the shop within 10 minutes of calling them.

WOW!! Best service and prices!! We really appreciate the great and quick service we received when we had two flat tires. They plugged the one and replaced the other. When we got the bill, we were very pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable total. We will be telling everyone and we know where we will be going for all our car repairs and tire needs.

I've been here a couple of times and these guys are easy to work with. Today I went to Wal-Mart and they said my tire needed to be replaced but they didn't have my tire size in stock. I came here and they said "we can definitely patch that tire". And they got me in within 10 minutes of me showing up. I would highly recommend.

An hour ten for oil change. Forty five dollars. Problem was as drove away tire light came on. pulled over to check. Found low tires and didn't fill coolant. Called and was told tire sensor was bad and they're out of coolant. Went home filled tires, dash light turned off. Would NOT recommend.

I called about getting new tires asked about appointment he told me they have time come on in. Came in was really worried I was about to spend the rest of the day in there got there at 1pm the lot was full. Came in talked to the guy about what I wanted he suggested Firestone I went with the ones he suggested. By 2:15 I was back in my pickup heading home. They cleaned the rims and tires after installing tires inside and out they looked great on the pickup awesome job guys.

The guys at the front desk were extremely helpful in finding me tires which ultimately saved me a trip to Sioux Falls in the long run. I'm fairly new to the area and this was my first experience at W.W., I will be a return customer to this business.

W.W. Tire Service was awesome to us! Coming from Nebraska, hit a pot hole that caused the bead to pop. W.W. took care of us fast. In and out in 20 minutes! Excellent customer service!

This shop is the shop that beats all the other shops into the ground. Oil change? Yep. Tires? You re GD right. Coffee? Hell yeah. Elk head on the wall? You better effing believe it!

Driving from MN to WY my front end started feeling weird. I just got new tires and was nervous something was loose. They got me in, and back on the road within the hour. Great service, VERY much appreciated!

I paid almost $400 to get brakes taken care of here. My brakes now constantly squeak after they "supposedly" fixed them. I took my car back which they had my car for 7 hours, then straight lied saying they didn't hear anything and they found a little dust they took care of. My car smelled like pure oil inside and had mud all over the outsides as if they drove on major gravel roads. I live in town, they took my car on their errands or something because i had my car washed days prior and it was clean when I dropped off. I was referred to them and now after this, neither of us will go back and I will be sure to tell plenty others. This was absolutely wrong on so many levels. Don't take your vehicle there if you actually want things fixed and fixed right. I was very disappointed!

They are courteous. You will not stand around waiting to get service, as they are extremely quick to wait on you. Then even without an appointment, they will fit your car in for tires. They must have multiple race car pit crews working in the back because, your car is done in no time. The only negative thing I can say about W.W. Tire is I've had my lug nuts over torqued.

Would give zero stars if it were an option, I was told it would be an hour wait for an oil change, fix a tire, and check my bearings. Bout two hours later I finally got my truck back just to find out that they never checked my bearings. I had a trip planned an decided not to go on risking further possible damage. The response I got back was "my bad, if it keeps doing it for a little while bring it back."

They installed my tires on 2 different vehicles. Very reasonable. They did a rebalance on one of the cars no charge. A friendly professional business.

Had brought vehicles with tire needs here in the past and always pleased with service and products. Had an emergency a couple weeks ago that made it necessary for me to drive out of state on short notice. My car developed ignition issues as I was leaving town at 3PM and WW Tire fixed the problem and got me rolling in about an hour - they saved the day. Thank you!

I have to give this place the highest rating after my experience! From the initial phone call I made, to paying the bill, the staff made me feel more like a friend than a customer! And what I paid for the work done, I thought was very reasonable. Definitely A+ in my opinion.

I have brought vehicles here for awhile and have only had one issue with the techs. Today I stopped in for a simple oil change, and to price out new tires and alignment. The conversation went as follows... Hi I would like to price out new tires for my car, do you have any options for ##### size? The front desk gentleman responded with Can you afford it? EXTREMELY RUDE. Then proceeded to tel me they don t have the tires in stock that I need, and was reluctant to give me pricing on tires that I would bring in myself, and PAY THEM to install. I m taking my business elsewhere. I planned on purchasing all 4 tires, installation, rotation, and an alignment here. Worth about $800 alone, but since I can t afford it I think I ll just take my business to the dealership.

I've had nothing but good experiences with WW tire. They work quickly, are devoted to providing the best customer service, and they have honest prices. I would have been screwed without the understanding and helpfulness that ww provides. I love them!!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

We stopped here when we were passing through SD on a road trip and our low tire pressure light came on. We called them and they squeezed us in right away. They pulled our tires to check for leaks and there weren't any (it ended up being just a sensor issue). They said because they didn't fix anything they wouldn't let us pay for their labor or time. They were quick and so kind. I highly recommend giving your business to this quality establishment.

I brought my Chevy Malibu in to have brakes replaced. My appointment was at 11am Monday and they had put me down for 1pm so I left and had to come back. They said they had to special order parts and couldn't fix my vehicle until Wednesday or Thursday. The mechanic claimed my car was "driving smoother" after he put the parts back on. This was completely false and the issue has escalated to grinding for the entirety of the wheel moving, instead of only when the brake is engaged. I'm not confident in their ability to properly replace the parts needed.

I got 4 new tires from WW. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I had one tire go flat almost immediately, had to put a spare on just to drive it back. They said the beads broke and had to buy another one. Honestly wouldn t be that bad had it just been that one tire, but all my new tires leak air. Finally went and got a second opinion, looking to see if I drove over nails or something. My mechanic said all four tires including the one I had to replace (full price) had bead leaks. I m sure people have good experiences with WW, this time I did not.

Our company has bought at least 20 tires from WW in Brookings in the last 3 years. They really get customer service!! I had a blowout on I-29 and needed a new tire. I pulled in yesterday at 5:05 pm and they were just walking out the door and ready to lock it. They asked me what I needed and in 15 minutes I had 4 new tires. This is not the first time they have given great service. It is rare in today's poor service world to see a company like this. Congratulations to the staff and management for creating a culture of customer service with great attitudes. You have a customer for life.
