The nicest mechanics in town! I drove over one day in the middle of a blizzard to ask if they could help me get air in my tire. They just had me back up to one of the garage doors and they filled it up for me with a smile on their face! I now take my car to them for all service needs.

I had another shop cancel on doing an alignment on my pickup. I called Jackrabbit and told them my situation and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Alignment turned out great and was half the price of the other shop...

These guys know their job. They let you know what is wrong with your vehicle b4 fixing it. I deeply appreciate that. I also appreciate their friendly disposition and customer service. Jackrabbit will always call you to let you know your vehicle is done or if something has come up. All in all I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you Jackrabbit

Kind and friendly. Always willing to try to squeeze you in if possible. Very knowledgeable.HONEST!They are honest. They will tell you what your car needs and mb recommend what should be done, but if it's not a necessity, they won't push the extra stuff on you. They will also tell you if a project or repair is out of their hands. Something they may not be entirely familiar with, they might recommend going to a different shop.All the guys there are very helpful and considerate. Feel comfortable and welcome every time I walk in their doors.

Timely, friendly, reasonable, and excellent.Recently got my engine replaced. I looked into costs and parts before, so I know what to expect, and they delivered. Reasonably priced repair, quick work, and always friendly when I called. Alerted me to another problem and called before replacing, so no unexpected fees and no unexpected problems. Great place, and I would go again if I lived in the area (from Sioux Falls). My car broke down in that area and they really helped me out by getting it fixed so quickly and saved me some money from having to tow it back home to my local shop.

Best shop ever. Very trustworthy and will tell me what's wrong with my car including what might not worth fixing. Recently after having oil change and inspection done on Prius at Toyota dealer, Prius developed an oil leak and engine was destroyed. I broke down on side of road not knowing what was wrong, had it towed to jackrabbit, and they confirmed everything and didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis due it it being a very bad day. They are pretty much the best ever.

We had rear suspension and brake work done on our impala for the first time at Jackrabbit. I received calls and updates before and after the work was done and the price for everything was excellent. We recommend this place and will definitely service our vehicles here in the future.

I went to get my headlight fixed because in order to change the bulb you have to go through the wheel well. they got it done faster than they said, plus it was inexpensive! great place, great service.

I don't trust many people with my vehicles but these guys are some of the best in town. Whatever issue, drop it off and pick up your vehicle better then new. Always up front and honest with every job.

Fast service. Got a new fuel pump installed and back on the road in less than 3 hours. Recommended by 2 other friends. Glad to know of Jackrabbit now. If I need to, I will definitely come back. Thanks again.

My grandson recommended Jackrabbit. After much research they were not able to help me. They were professional enough to recommend a solution. My point is, these guys tried hard to help me, they are very honest and fair. I will recommend them to others with the greatest of sincerity. Thank you so much to the entire crew.

I worked with EJ here at Jackrabbit tire. Very professional and kind. He doesn't try to fix things that are not broke. He also does not try to up sell parts a person does not need. I have had allot of friends go here and they love it. I will definitely continue to come here!

Well, I went for oil change and tires alignment. They did the quick and honest job though CEL was on after sometime. The issue was fixed next day.
