Einspahr did a great job. They told me what they were gonna do and they did what they told me. Very easy dealership to work with very thorough. Communication was good. I picked up the vehicle. It was in tiptop shape and the time spent with me was adequate. I would have no reservations recommending this dealership to anybody. I worked with Kayla and Jake and they were very comfortable to work with.

My son is attending SDSU and was having a small issue with the air pressure in his tires. I made a call and spoke to the service department and ultimately sent him in to get the work done. They went above and beyond in taking care of him. My sons car was not purchased from them nor was it the brand that they sell but that didn't matter. They treated him like family. To say that I am impressed with the level of service provided would be an understatement. I will be a return customer for sure and recommend Einspahr to anyone looking for a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Thanks for being awesome!

Service Department is excellent!!Called because I had lost something in my center console. Told me to bring it in and they would take a look. I was told from a different dealer it would be very labor intense and costly to retrieve my item.Einspahr Service Dept .. looked at, popped the center console apart and retrieved my item in less than 20 minutes at no charge!!Also very informative on other questions I had !!I will be back!!

Best dealership I ve ever dealt with. Service department is top notch! Sales is probably the best experience I ve ever had. Everything is up front, no hidden agenda, costs or pushiness to buy extras. Communication on custom vehicle orders is amazing. You ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership anywhere.

After searching a 200 mile radius of Sioux Falls, and finally finding the exact car I was looking for at Einspahr I drove up to see it and buy it. Jordan greeted me right away and made the entire process easy and stress free. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, basically they treated me like family. I would recommend them to anyone.

First time for service and it was a great experience. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and delivers. I don't usually do reviews but this dealership is heads above the rest. Definitely worth the drive from Sioux Falls.

I went there to get a seat memory sensor looked at and our tailgate looked at. Customer service was awful. Lady on the phone demanded we pay right now instead of checking to see what would be under warranty first. Felt like all they wanted was our money. Got the pickup home after they worked on it and they didn t even fix anything. Will NEVER go to Einspahr again. I will happily drive across the state to Rapid City and give my business to Mckie Ford.

A few months ago I went into Einsphar and knew exactly what I wanted! Jim Langland is the sweetest and one of the most amazing sales people I have ever met. He is honest, and makes sure you get the best bang for your buck! He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting, and made sure I could afford it! I walked out with a brand new 2018 Ford Ecosport! Not only is Jim amazing but the whole staff is pretty great people. They make sure you feel like family! And their Ford Technicians are pretty great too!

My daughters looked at a vehicle and were really interested but I was not along so they asked if the dealership would hold the vehicle until I had a chance to talk things over and secure financing. They were great to work with and the deal went smoothly. When we picked up the vehicle and took it home, a sensor was on dealing with the engine coolant. It was after the dealership had closed so we had to take care of the issue ourselves but we let the dealership know and they wanted to make sure everything was working the following day.

The service team is phenomenal to work with. Our vehicle (purchased elsewhere) has been a true "lemon" of a car, but the team at Einspahr gives us such peace of mind. When my Ford needs service, it is taken to Einspahr's. I have not had any negative experiences. The Service Dept is extremely courteous and professional. Appointments can be booked on line, phone, or in person. Techs do the work that is requested, should they discover additional problems, they contact you before starting. Paying for service can be done in person or online. On line is convenient, especially, if there is a need for an after hours pickup. I trust Einspahr's with the service my vehicle needs.

This is my main mechanic and recall update place. Chris in service is awesome with customers and service! Chris on the sales floor is as well awesome with customers and helpful with questions and or concerns about pretty much anything! Light on inventory right now but with covid I think pretty much every place is.

Probably one of the most disappointing car experiences I have had. Dealership may be friendly however I bought a 2012 Ford Focus SEL (128,000 miles) here and the vehicle didn t make it to 132,000 before it started having issues. Now the car is completely useless only after 9 months and 9,000 miles later. All I needed was a vehicle to get me through school for two years, yet the entire time, I ve spent money on fixing this horrible vehicle. While struggling to afford living in Watertown. I do not recommend. Better off buying from your next door neighbor.

I had a recall on my vehicle. I live down in [insert city name] and none of the dealerships could work me in for the mere 20 minutes of service necessary to tell me if my car needed the full recall serviced (they happily scheduled me about 4 weeks out with no other option). Lo and behold, one call to Einspahr and they said they could service my car if I got it there before they closed. Definitely worth the 3.5 hour drive. It truly means a lot when folks care about you AND do great work. Highly recommend!!

I purchased a 2012 F-250 King Ranch from Einspahr's just after Christmas. The sales team did an excellent job addressing my needs and the finance team was expeditious in finding a great loan rate. The online tools were excellent non expediting the entire process. After 10 days I was contacted by the sales team to determine my satisfaction. I indicated that I was enjoying my truck and I also mentioned that a small service issue had occurred. They immediately contacted their service department and an appointment was made to fix the minor issue. Thanks to Einspahr's for taking care of me and I will definitely recommend them to other people.

Do not bring your vehicle here to be serviced. We bought a 2008 pickup in September of 2018 and purchased the extended powertrain warranty that was offered as well, just in case. In May of 2019, less than 8 months after purchasing the vehicle, we towed our 22ft camper. The pickup made an odd sound then stalled when backing the camper up. No lights came on on the dash and it did not do this again. Per the extended warranty, we had to have the vehicle looked at before continuing to drive it, so we made an appointment with Einspahr service department because we did buy the vehicle at Einspahr. First time we had it in, the mechanic said he could find nothing wrong with it and sent it home with us. My husband has some mechanical knowledge and knew there was something going on with it, so he made an appointment the following week to have it looked at again, this time after towing the camper. The mechanic this time recommended a new engine. We thought since we had gotten the extended warranty and had followed the directions, we would be all good. The "service supervisor" Zach said they would jump through the hoops for the contract company. After THREE weeks at the shop, Zach informed us that the service company would not cover anything, and we would have to contact them to find out why. It was denied due to "continued operation". We had them reassemble what they had torn down, paid the $500+ we owed for "diagnostic testing", and took it home. When we wanted to appeal the company's decision, since we were told the first time we brought it in that the vehicle was fine, we went back to Einspahr to request our service records. They had "no record" of our first visit: no mechanic records, no appointment record. This has been a nightmare. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Einspahr, but we will gladly drive 50+ miles to not have to deal with them again. Very poor service all around.

Fast but quality work, they were able to get my rear window replaced ahead of time and slightly under original price! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and prompt.-1 star thanks to Ford not offering the rear window in pieces, had to replace the entire rear window because one side was cracked even though they are physically separate pieces of glass. 2012 F150

I have purchased two vehicles from Einspahr and have both have been a great experience. The last car we purchased needed a mirror repaired and the tires rotated due to a shake, and they took care of both items and honored the price that we agreed to. Very please with the service and the salesperson Peyton was excellent.
