I bought a set of pistons, arrived and one has been dropped breaking ring land, no part in the box, so not sure at what point it was dropped, pre packing at factory, contacted cnc to order another one, was told yrs see what we can do, (I was happy to pay, just need 1 piston) but after a few more emails no reply, nothing. Very poor customer service if you are not in usa.

MAKE SURE YOUR HOME FOR SHIPMENT, CHRIS will fail to tell you that when you place your order. I hope the product is better than the customer service. Thanks for the help Chris that Fedex said you could provide. 20% restocking fee Thanks Again Chris.

Excellent Customer Service and the bought items were very well packed and dispatched quickly.Many thanks to Chris Carlson dealing with my order from the UK despite the time differences and my error with the PayPal payment - managing to complete the order at the store closing time and 11pm UK time!A***** from start to finish.

Not happy with their customer service at all.Would not return a part that they could still sell because it was past their 90 day window!It has not been used, still in the original box.With parts being so hard to come by, it took a lot longer than expected to realize this part wouldn t work.Will never purchase from them again, and would not recommend them to anyone either.

Made the mistake of placing an order with these guys. They sent my package to my house rather then the shop where the work is being done. The shop is several hours away so I have to ship my parts to the place they were supposed to go to begin with. I called and spoke to Clint and he told me I am financially responsible for their error in shipping it to the wrong address and that they would not pay to have it shipped to the correct address. This is certainly not how you treat your customers. Thanks for nothing Clint!

I came to cnc motorsports regarding my timing chain making rattling noises. A gentleman by the name Chris inspected my car and noticed my oil pressure was very low. Soon to realize I had no oil and needed an oil change. Haha! Thank you Chris for pointing that out. Excellent costumer care and service !

First off these folks know their stuff!!!I ordered a scat4- 408 stroker kit for my Ram build, Clint helped me find the product during these hard to find times and balanced it too. Shipping was on time and far.I am over 1250 miles away and a different Country and have zero complaints!Finally a shop that truly know their stuff and helpfulThanks everyone at CNC I'll be call for more stuff as the build continues

This company seems to value sales over service. I bought a crank and a set of rods for a drag racing project. After talking to their sales team, one would think they had the knowledge to tell the customer there s a mismatched part being ordered. We discovered the issue while doing a pre-assembly. Now I m stuck with a set of useless parts, as they won t return them. We assembled one piston/rod to confirm everything would work, and that s when it was discovered the parts aren t compatible.Lost customer.

Never received my parts. Shows it was delivered but they have no proof or pictures to show it was left at my door.I have been out of town before where stuff was delivered to my door and left at my door for 1 week one time and was never stolen.Customer service was very rude and offered no help

Well not had a chance to get my motor yet but chirs is an awesome guy to work with.i got a 1989 mustang I ordered a 347 and so far everything is been good still 3 months out on my motor I hope everything works out good please put it together with love

Biggest waist of time ever. Super unresponsive customer service and zero help. Ordered a full rotating kit 12/28, got an email the next day saying they were 4 weeks behind. Every time i called the phone was busy or it went to voicemail. Finally got a hold of someone 1/12 and they tell me the CANCELED MY ORDER. If you were going to Make me wait 4 weeks, why cancel it after 2??? What a joke. Zero stars if possible

So far my experience with CNC Motorsports has been excellent. Every question that I have had has been answered and very timely. I see some negative reviews on these guys and some I dont really believe. I look forward to getting my orders and working with them further!

Ordered a Professional Products Typhoon polished intake. The sent me a badly corroded procomp intake. when I called to get the situation resolved the customer service rep, Chris, called me a liar and said they don't sell procomp. He said that was not the manifold he sent us and that we were lying.He offered absolutely no resolution. Beware of this seller. They will send you junk instead of what you ordered and then call you a liar! They are rude, combative and don't stand behind the products they sell.

i orderd a complete and balanced rotating assembly from these guys and did not recieve what ordered. i ordered had h-beam rods and they sent me i-beam rods. when i asked about this clint said the i-beam rods can handle more horsepower and i should be happy with the free upgrade and now im having clearance issues with the rods and camshaft i call clint and he said for 900.00 he would switch out to h-beam rods. so im suppose to pay for thier mistake. stay away from this company if you want the right product the first time

Sold me a short block with a bent reluctor wheel, called Chris and he basically told me I was screwed that I was out of pocket for the repairs and that I could ship it back in my dime and they would repair it

Horrible customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CNC MOTORSPORTS. CLINT (the owner) will not take responsibility for his actions. Let s shut this business down. Do not give them your hard earned money. Go somewhere else.

The restoration of my 1965 corvette is all but complete except for an engine. All the work done thus far in preparing the car in our Corvette Nationals in NSW Australia has been in vane and all for a set of pistons. Chris, you seem to be a nice enough sales person but if you can't back it up with professional service and do what you say your going to do, it's not worth "jack @#$%". Sorry, but I can not recommend this company and nor will I use it again. I reserve the right to make a claim through Paypal if the parts ordered aren't as specified.

Made several purchases through CNC and can not say enough about everyone I dealt with. Chris is very knowledgeable and point me in the right direction. Spoke to Clint about my next engine build. Racing season is fast approaching and in process of getting a complete engine from CNC. Bottom line is friendly, professional, and prompt.

Worst experience of my life spent 4000 on a usra short block that did not come as described the ad clearly stated 355 which is a 350 chevy small block with a 4.030 bore size came as a 4.060 bore. Wasnt too worried and finished the build and took to my dyno guy. we put the engine on the dyno and ran 20 pulls trying every single variable to get the engine to turn more that 5900 rpm. emailed cnc (claimed 7800rpm redline) and was told our brand new valve springs were at fault. We ended up swapping springs to humor them and found it made no difference. at this point after arguing with there tech guy for 3 days we decided to tear it down to find every cylinder heavily scored do to improper piston to cylinder wall clearance being extremely tight. also bores were distored .0015 plus. this was our issue i again confronted there guy and ended up being told that now they would take another look at it because they still didnt see anything wrong. so now my 4000 dollar "professionally built racing engine short block" is a 6500 dollar short block built by a differnt builder. i was just shoed off and it was made to be not there fauilt please research another option and go there before blowing your money here!

Very happy with the customer service. The cam I ordered was out of stock. They called comp cams got one ground for me and shipped direct. Will definitely use CNC Motorsports again.

This place is a joke , I order a rotating assembly back in Nov 2021 and its been 5 months and I still haven't received a thing . They act like they just don't care every time I call its well its not here but we should be getting them end of this week and then nothing ever gets there .The thing that's gets me is not a sorry we are working on it or even better if you know you didn't have the parts why not say so instead of having a customer wait 5 months . WORST EXPERIECE I HAVE HAD FROM ANY MERCHANT I EVER ORDERED FROM !!

I needed piston rings for my Mahle pistons. I checked the internet and found CNC Motorsports offer the piston rings and was the BEST price by far! The piston rings were sent out right away! I was sent a tracking number, and the piston rings were delivered in record time. I will definitely be using them again when I need performance parts! Thank You CNC Motorsports.

I bought 2 PRW Flexplates and both were warped with .060 to .080" run-out. Totally unacceptable when stock F/P is only .030max. My stock plate has .010 run out. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. I got no response from them after the sale.

Do not buy from these people. Missing parts. Wrong kit. Idle screws not threaded. Got paper cheap paper gaskets. I will go to AutoZone before I order anything from these people. Unwilling to fix problem.

Horrible experience... Dealing with something that happened back in 2011 and can't seem to get any help. We paid for the parts so they shipped what we ordered and now claim it was unpaid for...why would you send the items if they wasn't paid for.
