The manager had to intervene due to a rambunktious finance guy, I used the restroom and he sold gap insurance to my elderly dad.Nobody noticed they took away safety features an left me w gap. was not addressed what happened. no kind of point inspection cuz immediately my truck needed 5 gran worth of work.still gotta buy more tires cuz sum mystery thing keeps eating tires. So if being ignored an takn advantage first of then get great care are what does it.........the financial end was ignored and going to restroom was a mistake.

Nick Dahl was amazing! Took his time with us and did not pressure us into buying.Best car purchasing experience I have ever had.Matt Thomas was also top notch!Both Nick and Matt went out of their way to make us feel very well taken care of. I had an estimate done on one of our work trucks and they were prompt and explained what I needed done, my bride and I also bought a newer vehicle from BAM and Christian the young gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable about his job and every vehicle that we looked at and test drove. We re actually considering buying another vehicle to replace my work truck and it s been such a fun experience with Christian and the rest of the BOM family that I really doubt we will go through any other dealership!

Sean was a great person to work with.. I wasn t able to get to the store right away to look at the vehicle so he sent me pics and videos.. when I was at the store to purchase the vehicle he was very polite and down to earth.. he was a salesman but not pushy like a textbook car salesman.. I m a sales manager myself, and it was refreshing to have someone down to earth and not pushy.. he deserves some praise!

I am very happy with my new used car. Nick was very helpful during the selling process. I wish the person that delivered my car had been more informed about my car so he could have answered questions. There was no drivers manual so I had to search online for answers. I was frustrated that the paperwork did not have my name spelled correctly or the correct address...that felt very impersonal. The car had not been cleaned well.. there were cubies that had a white crystal substance in them that needed to be vacuumed out and there was some kind of reddish brown liquid had sprayed all over the drivers ceiling, sun visor, interior light fixture, and dash. It would also have been a nice gesture to have received the car with a full tank of gas after spending $400 for delivery.

We got a car we really like, and went back to sign paperwork and pick it up a day later so they can finish cleaning it. We were told they would throw in floor mats, which they didn t until we asked for them again and then they only threw in one for the very back row. And then there was water in the backup camera which was not there when we went to test drive and they won t offer any help to fix it even though they got the water in there when washing it and it hasn t gotten any better. Hopefully we won t have anything else turn up wrong

The people here did an amazing job at taking care of me and my truck. Didn t overcharge or take too long on anything at all! and the free shuttle was a nice touch too!

He let me explain the different problems. They are good people. They were a little short staff. So it took a little longer than I thought it should have. We are waiting for the parts to come in. To finish the job. This is not the first time I went to them. They no I prefer my appointments early Friday mornings. They work with me with that.

I'm in the process of rebuilding my credit and had a pre-approval from a company for a car loan. I asked the finance guy not to run my credit on a car that I didn't think would get approved so I could call them. He rudely said it wouldnt be a big deal. SO he not only ran my credit with them but also with FIVE other finance companies that I never requested to be ran through, and I didn't get approved in the end anyways. All those inquiries knocked my score down from almost a 620 to under 600. Maybe loosing points is no big deal to people with great credit but for some of us that's a big hit!*** TO THE RESPONSE: I SPECIFICALLY only asked to have my credit run through the ONE finance company that I had brought in a letter for. I was led to believe my info was needed for THAT purpose. Be better than the "other dealers" and respect the wishes of potential customers.

I called a week in advance for an oil change. They told me 7:30 am on the date. My mom gets down there with my vehicle and the guy told her it was not till 8:45, so I called down there and talked to the same guy he told me 8:45. I had three people tell me 7:30 and one person tell me 8:45 (which in the mean time the guy told my mom to go home and come back, home is 30 mins away!) very poor customer service. I was not impressed.

I had a water pump go out while driving on the Interstate. The Brookings Auto Mall team got me back on the road quickly with a loaner and they were able to fix my vehicle in a timely fashion. I can t thank them enough for the help!!

Nick was excellent to work with for our new vehicle purchase, no games like other dealerships just a straight up offer. Very efficient finance department at BAM as well. We are 110% satisfied with our transaction.

I called on a Saturday with an ignition cylinder that was wore out and would not turn. It was -15 degrees and the service department manager came to my rescue. They arranged a tow from my motel, and fixed it on Monday. Superb service and friendly throughout the process.

My dad s 400k mile 1993 Chevy suburban broke down. Bryan was able to find the part, shipped fast, and covered under the part s lifetime warranty! Next day, it was installed and worked great! Thanks for going above and beyond Bryan!! We appreciated all the help!
