Just like to thank Dirk and his team for the confidence to buy a vehicle from them sight unseen. I was extremely skeptical of the whole process at first. I was searching for a vehicle and his website for eBay came up. I looked at many times over and over again. I started researching the company online reading reviews. Seeing a lot of positive feedback I decided to call them. Everything B&B Auto Sales told me about the vehicle, the corresponding emails and all the updates were spot on and accurate. Could not be more pleased with the communication. Once I got the vehicle it was actually even better than what was described. If you're like me and skeptical of these online sales and doing business on high-dollar items sight unseen you can pretty much rest assure B&B Auto Sales is going to put you in the right direction. So hats off to B&B Auto Sales for being transparent as possible and keeping me in the loop and informed through the entire process.

I recently had an extremely positive experience with B&B Auto Sales. Dirk and Jodi were incredibly helpful and responsive, promptly answering all my email inquiries. Their professionalism and customer service were top-notch, making the entire process seamless. What stood out the most was their willingness to go the extra mile by connecting me with a reliable service to deliver my new (to me) car from South Dakota to Florida. It's clear that B&B Auto Sales values their customers and ensures their needs are met with the utmost care.

I recently purchased a 1972 Chevy Blazer from B&B. I actually drove all the way from my home in Illinois to see the car. I had a fantastic experience. Dirk and the team were super responsive to my many questions by phone and email. While at there site with the vehicle, my dad and I noticed just how nice they were. They even gave us a tour of their other cars. It was like a mini car museum. I am very glad to have purchased from them and would recommend them to my friends.The Blazer arrived when they said it would to my home and I finally have my bucket list Blazer. Dirk and Darren even sent me a custom video to help me feel at ease .Thanks Dirk, Darren and Jodi!

This place rocks!! Got my dream truck delivered all the way to central Illinois, no problems. Dirk is super helpful. Easy to talk to, made the whole experience very pleasant. Dont be a skeptic, I'd buy a otherwise newer or classic from here again. Excellent place, exceptional staff. Tip of the hat to B and B auto in Brookings, South Dakota.

Dirk was very prompt with a response to my interest in a 1934 ford coupe he had for sale I had looked at 30-40 vehicles most which were scams,Dirk assured me he was legit and made my first time purchase on line sight unseen except for the pictures and his taking the time to assure me he would treat me fair and not scam me best purchase of a vehicle I ve ever had.I highly recommend b&b auto sale I will definitely purchase from here again

We had a good experience with B&BThe car we bought had a noise it ended up being a wheel bearing and they fixed it right away at no extra charge not many places given a warranty on used cars these days. So I would say we were very happy and we even drove 400 miles from home to get the car And they kept it until we could make arrangements to go look at it it s kind of scary to drive 400 miles just kick tires on a car but it was everything they said it was and it drove just fine on the way home

Spoke with Dirk over the phone and worked out a deal, as I live 3.5 hours away. Noticed some things during test drive and he fixed them immediately. The most hassle free car buying experience I ve been a part of. Very down to earth, friendly folks. Highly recommended.

So I bought an antique Ford from this dealership, found Dirk very easy to work with, answered every question and text, phone call. I liked the pictures and videos, pointed to a lot of areas that weren't perfect, and was able to make a deal bearing that in mind. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle from 1650 miles away, but I knew I was getting a good base to start a restoration process. I love the car, its a rare convertible and I'm absolutely psyched to have it in my driveway! The price was right, the reviews took away my anxiety, and have had many positive comments about my car even though I've only had it for a few hours!! I can only imagine what the future holds!! Thanks Dirk, I have a friend eyeing an old Jimmy you got!!

While searching the internet I came across a vehicle I was very interested in. It was located in Brookings, SD at B & B Auto Sales. One phone call later I was in touch with Dirk the owner and he provided me some additional information as well as a 360 degree video. Next morning I called and talked to Dirk to finalize the purchase. Buying a vehicle sight on seen takes some faith but Dirk reassured me that if we didn't like it he would provide a full refund. I couldn't ask for anything better than that. We absolutely love the car. We have purchased many vehicles over the last 40 years and this buying experience rates right toward the top, it was so easy and convenient. If you are looking for a vehicle don't hesitate to give B &B Auto Sales a call and if you purchase a vehicle Ms. Jodi will provide excellent service with the Paperwork. Bought our car back in late September 2021. We knew it needed work as when we test drove it the rear bearing was loud. We tried to negotiate the price down since it needed work. They said they inspected it and it was fine. It was a chance we where willing to take since they said it came with a 3 month warranty and reviews where good. White location had to do suspension work in early nov and rear bearing. In early dec the car started making a knocking popping sound on left front. The sway bar was bad. In my opinion, That was part of the suspension that should of been taken care off. I took it to another mechanic. They said the tie rod nut was very loose. I worry about the "mechanics" working here. I won't be back. Nor do I recommend them.

Dirk and his brother at the shop were great. Purchased a 77 Ford F150 4x4. Photo presentation online was very good. Gave you a very look of truck body in terms of any rust body panel issues. The deal was straight forward easy to work with group of guys. Thank you Dirk.

I just purchased a 2009 Nissan Cube at a very fair price. Dirk and I were able to come to a mutually beneficial agreement and Ryan was extremely helpful in getting the purchase done within 30 minutes. They offer a 3 month/3000 mile guarantee plus 1yr free roadside assistance. So far so good and I look forward to doing business with them again when I'm ready to upgrade.

Bought a nice 1973 f100 classic truck from Dirk. He fixed anything wrong with it. Was very easy to deal with and upfront and honest. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Please do not buy from B & B Auto Sales. We purchased our van last July and at the time of writing this I have spent over $2000 on it just to keep it on the road. And will most likely be spending another $1500-$2000 to fix additional problems. Problems that should have been noticed when the vehicle was inspected by them. I appreciate that they were able to find us a van but it is has been nothing but a complete nightmare to own since the day we bought it. Will not be doing business with them again.

We just bought a car from Ryan and Dirk and are very happy with the purchase and the sales process. A low pressure environment from a family ran business that were able to answer all the questions we had. I don't buy many cars and was very satisfied with choosing B&B.

Bought 5 different vehicles from them in last 10 years. I trade often out of bordem. Great experience always! Service after the sale speaks volumes here! You can buy from others and be forgotten about, or buy B&B and make it personal. Give them a chance, and you decide.

I live in Saint louis, was online looking for a car & I seen one on their website I liked. Called up & spoke with Ryan ( great customer service ) very nice people up at At B&B auto sales ! Would recommend 10/10 ! Vehicle from South Dakota to Missouri with no problem and great service!

Very good to work with. Someone forgot we were driving from out of town to see / purchase a Jeep. When we arrived we were informed it was taken apart because of a leak in the roof. They came in to put it back together.Do not use their in house Westlake Financial for financing. We make the mistake of quickly using them for financing. Westlake is very invasive, very hard to get any information out of, and give out higher interest rates.

Not very helpful, friendly or knowledgeable about the car they were selling ... called and was passed between 3 different people , the last person , I assume the owner , could not be asked , or bothered, to talk to me , midd conversation just told me the car is now sold and hung up.As a business owner myself , I expect a company to deal with me with some kind of curtesy.Thank you for your response. You mention in the recorded greeting you record calls .Could you as the owner please listen back to that conversation and rate the experience as if from my perspective.I think you will find 2 stars is generous .

Sold us a vehicle that had a hole in a hose but paperwork said all hoses were inspected and completed . This is something they should ve known about and told us about prior to selling or replaced it. Power steering fluid was gone in 2 days so clearly it had been leaking for awhile. Were not informed when we took it back that we would be responsible for part of the repair.

Its been 6 months or so and very pleased with the Durango we purchased. We drove 6 hrs from Kansas and we are not disappointed with our purchase.B&B Auto sold us a quality vehicle.

I bought a car from B&B. They said the tire sensors were bad and were causing the car to show they were low pressure. Not even a month later I had to change all the tires because some issue. One year later they are doing the same thing. Two years. $800 of tires purchased. Do not go through B&B.

B&B, simply put, is the only place to find a great used vehicle. They have a large ever changing selection. The people that work there actually care how you are doing. You simply do not get the kind of personal care anywhere else. Im going to buy from them again!
