I had taken my vehicle to multiple shops for the same issue no one could figure it out told me it was the struts that I had replaced less than a year spent $800 on that took it to ASC and they properly diagnosed the issue gave me a quote which is exactly what it cost and my car no longer makes noise! Not only did they show great customer service they messaged the next day to make sure everything was still good! Thank you for your service I will definitely be taking all of my vehicles for any future repairs! Great customer service! I finally found a reliable shop!

Our daughter s vehicle broke down with her out of state at college, I got ahold of this shop and they had the best customer service and got her vehicle in the same day! They did not try to say it needed any other repairs it did not need like most shops do. I spoke with Cam and he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you so much to everyone at the shop that got her vehicle done and back on the road!! I highly recommend this shop!!

Shops that work on manual transmissions in our area are pretty much non-existent. Shops that work on 80's/90's manual Japanese sports cars are even harder to find. My clutch went out and after numerous shop rejections (e.g. We only serve automatics) I contacted ASC in Brookings, SD. Service Advisor Cameron stated, no problem, we can do it. I trailered the car to the shop and Service Manager Kevin and Transmission Technician Malik gave it the once over and told me the parts I needed to order. Given the make/age of my car, parts are not readily available and must be obtained from a specialty shop. I ordered/obtained everything on their list, and they went to work. Cameron called and said it was ready to go. I made it about two miles from the shop and the almost 30-year old radiator decided it was ready to be retired. Back to ASC it went. Kevin and Malik quickly modified/installed a new radiator. When the starter gave up the ghost, ASC again quickly came to the rescue. The vehicle runs like champ. The moral of the story is ASC is the "GO TO" shop to get your vehicle fixed.

I'm very impressed, it was a great price for my oil change (thanks to the $47 coupon), and I don't think I've had any shop both vacuum my front feet areas as well as wash my windows. It makes an impression, thanks so much.

This establishment went above and beyond my expectations. They were very professional and timely. My service was an all day job and they stayed a little after closing to finish the job so I could get my vehicle that day. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

The place to go if you dread going to the mechanic. Very kind, polite & straightforward! Quick service too.I'd originally called Einspahr. Sounded dead inside and felt like a burden to them. Went with ASC and couldn't be happier with the decision.

I have had a lot of problems with my truck, they are always able to get it in like the next day or two that i call. Also very fast at getting jobs done.

This is the best place to go for all your car troubles! They send you a text with a link that breaks down everything that was done to your car and what to look out for in the future.They are always fast and efficient and i m never with out a car for more than a couple days. Kevin is so nice and always helps me understand what s going on with my car. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, especially for college kids.Service: Tires

Had a wonderful experience. I tried the dealerships in town first but they were all booked until the middle of the next week so Einspahr recommended ASC and now I have a new go-to mechanic! I was having issues with my gears not shifting, so I dropped my car off at noon, and they had it done before the end of the day. The price was also much lower than I expected.Service: Transmission

I was visiting from out of state when my car started acting up, and cannot be more impressed with This place. They were so friendly and professional. Because of them I made it a six hour drive home without any problems even though my car was having problems. They instructed me on what was going on and how to handle the situation to make it home safe! I left in tears of gratefulness.Service: Transmission

This was by far the best experience getting my car fixed I have ever had. As a student that is not from here it makes it very hard to know where to go and where to trust. They made this so easy for me! Great communication, outstanding customer service, and even went as far as giving me a ride when I dropped my car off. My car is driving like new again. No matter how busy they were they made me feel like my car was their number one priority. I will 100% be going there for all of my car needs! I had a couple small repairs that were needed for my son's car while he was attending SDSU. ASC seemed to get good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. Nick was very accommodating and handled everything I needed. I've typically been hesitant to bring my vehicles to a non-dealer shop but this place will be my go to for a long time to come. Nothing but great service! My daughter's car stopped blowing any air let alone heat during a cold snap. They were able to get her car in and repaired on the same day. I was able to see exactly what the issue was with a written quote, text directly to my phone. They were friendly when I called, and friendly to my daughter when she dropped off/picked her car.Service: Air conditioning

By far the best experience I have ever had with any Automotive services.I called about 5 shops in town trying to get my brakes fixed so I wouldn't be stuck in Brookings and have to book another night in my hotel. Best any one could do for me was maybe the next day some even 3 weeks out. they heard my situation and said they would fix it same day and at a good price too! I was blown away. Very friendly staff. These guys are playing Chess well every other shop is playing Checkers.Service: Brakes

The team did great work with my vehicle. I busted the skid plate underneath my car and they got me in and out quickly while displaying exceptional customer service. I like their philosophy...diagnose carefully instead of throwing parts at it like darts at a dartboard. They fixed my engine miss and I drove the car 880 miles today and it worked flawlessly. Two thumbs up for Kevin, Lisa, and the whole crew. And if you know a good mechanic who would like to work for a shop like this, they are looking for one (in August 2022).

Amazing service! They provided a quality oil change on my Diesel and thoroughly reviewed everything that was done and found during the inspection. They charged a very reasonable fee for labor. I was truly amazed at the service and communicating provided. All my interactions with the staff were top notch. I am very selective with who works on my truck. I am very impressed and will be returning.

I don't know how they have this high of reviews! This is the worst experience I've ever had with my vehicle. They never even called to let you know about your vehicle. You have to keep calling them. They didn't even fix the problem. Way over priced too. GP was a way better experience! Don't ever bring your car here.

This review is long pending. I was moving from SD to NH in 2016 when my car started making some weird noise. I called ASC they took me right in, fixed the problem did not charge anything! They looked at everything carefully, made my journey so easy. Thank you so much!!
