Needed a wire harness fixed. Gave them a call, told them whats wrong/whats needed and was able to be seen relatively soon due to the holiday. Dropped the car off at 8 am, got it back 2pm same day. Fair price and didn't get up-charged for anything ridiculous. If you need an honest mechanic, this is the place.

Asked them to assist my nephew a year ago! Helped him on the spot with a car issue & got him rolling on down the road by just calling them! Kudos to them, the owner is very nice & helpful! I'd have them work on my cars if I lived there! %

Scott and the family has always taken care of my family and our vehicles. He s one of the best around and I don t trust anyone else with their estimates unless it s AC/DC. Best mechanics shop in town and probably the best in the rapid city area. Honest business goes a really long way!

I came here for a second opinion and although they couldn t help me with what I needed; I appreciated their honesty and pointing me in the right direction. They also fixed a control arm for me a few years ago. Definitely recommend.

Amazing people! We were passing through on the way back to MN, trying to beat a blizzard when our car broke down. We had gotten gas with water mixed in and it stopped our engine. These guys were open on Saturday and fixed up our car quickly. Awesome guys, great work, super price. So thankful that they were there.

Couldn't ask for better service. Our old Jeep broke down in the Badlands. Scott got us back on the road in no time for a super reasonable price. Our vacation was saved!! Honest mechanic who knows what he's doing. Would give ACDC Automotive 10 stars if I could!

We were traveling from WA to MN and we re having some overheating issues with our older Durango. These guys were AMAZING! The owner checked everything out and knee what he was talking about! He made us feel confident and more relaxed to continue on our journey. Thank you so much for helping us!

Great Service and great customer service, they fixed my car and their rates are one of the best nearby. They saved me money when they didn t have to and I really appreciate it...few discrepancies but I talked it out and everything is well now. They are one of the few mechanics that I ve seen that actually care about providing great service and not ripping customers off. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Great place to go, honest people and great work. Never had an issue with any of the work and prices are very reasonable! They make sure you are okay with prices before they do anything and don't try to "fix" what isn't broken like other places. I always recommend them to anyone in need of a repair!

Great place. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They found my problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. Which was nice. I was trying to get home to my family. I just graduated from a "C" school for the Navy. When it was time to pay I was given a Military Discount without even asking for one. Very Respectable!

Took our car in, they found out the problem.But we have to take it in to the dealer ship.He didn't even charge us for taking all his time taking it apart & putting it back together.I definitely would go back and recommended him to all my friends.Thank you,Ed Banes

This might sound a bit odd, but please bear with me. I've always preferred real people to the standard polite business concept. Straight to the point, honest, let's get this solved the best way we can approach, which sadly I don't see much of anymore. ACDC Automotive does just this. No time wasting. They won't waste yours, but they won't let you waste theirs. I like that approach. Quick, simple, done. They might seem a bit rough around the edges and that's fine, because their work speaks for itself, and I will continue to refer people to them. So if you're having a car problem be sure to check them out.

They act nice then try to charge you for hidden fees like a phone company when I called the cops and finally got my car back because they were trying to hold it 2 of my tires were covered in nails and flat now I need new tires and didn't get anything fixed super dirty highly unrecommended!

I took a town and country van here for a leaking tire and a clunking noise while steering. I was told the tire was fixed but they could not find anything else wrong with it. The next day the same tire was flat and the other mechanic I took it to said the noise was obviously a sway bar which did fix the noise. Would not recommend.

It is so easy to sit behind a computer and say anything you want and have many people read it.It is a shame that you are not required to tell the truth.It is also a shame that customers do not take the advice from their mechanics.The folks at ACDC repair pride themselves with knowing what to do to repair your vehicle.They only hire ASE Master Certified techs.

Great shop in Box Elder! Fair rates and quality work. Don't go to Rapid City if you live in Box Elder. Buy local. Try ACDC Auto.

Their reception are was so disorganized and filthy you could even make you way in through the door. I would never refer anyone again and if your looking for a professional this isn't the place to go.
