Very nice at first, I told them my window on the passenger side has a lot of wind coming threw. He told me his manager couldn't hear anything. Call and he would have the shop look at it. I called I could hear in his voice he was not wanting to hear from me. I'm going to take it to the body shop to get it fixed. I hate bad attitudes. I paid like close to 4000.00 for the service contract. Anything that goes wrong. So make sure they fix everything before you sign. He said when I pick up the car it will be detailed, didn't happen. The guy who fixed the hail damage did an awesome job. Keep in mind I only paid 27,900.00. Not excluding warrantee service contract.

Chris Sims was wonderful. He helped me with taking picture and taking videos of the entire process. He made sure my truck was loaded safely on trailer and took videos so I could see as it happened. Kristi Arambel was great with paperwork and had a lot of patience with my lack of computer skills. Overall a great experience with Wareing Belle Fourche Ford!

One of the best I have ever dealt with. I had an intermittent problem that was almost impossible to troubleshoot. These guys stayed on it and found the issue on my jeep cherokee. Great experience I would recommend them automatically.

Josh was very cordial and called right back. Wasn t much discussion needed for my purchase. However, he and the staff was great! Good to have a dealership let you look and not try be a nuisance. I ll buy my trucks from Josh as long as he wants to sell!

I live in SC and found the exact truck I was looking for at this dealership in SD. Purchasing a vehicle 24 hours away can be a stressful process, but Chris Sims and Kristi Arambel made it as easy as could be. I knew what I wanted and Chris recognized that. I appreciated that and the way he treated me. While other dealers are charging ridiculous markups, Chris made me a very fair deal on the TRX I wanted. I also had the vehicle shipped and Chris took pictures and videos of the inspection and loading on the truck. No games, no tricks, no drama. Kristi handled the titling for SC and walked me through the process. Both were very communicative, friendly and helpful. Fantastic stressless experience! I d recommend this dealer and these individuals to anyone across the country!!

Waring Motors has a great inventory and I found exactly what I was looking for when I purchased my new pickup. Rich was great to work with during my purchase and the follow up by the staff was top notch. I recommend Waring Motors to anybody looking for a vehicle and will go back for future purchases.

Amazing and helpful staff! Rich is super knowledgeable, friendly and adds zero pressure to the stress of finding a vehicle. I will always go to them first :)

The service department was excellent. The service center was amazing and the work extremely reasonable! Brandon did everything he could to get us back on the road as soon as possible and Bob the mechanic came in EARLY to get us going earlier! After a few thousand miles in our Ram 3500 Dually on our trip from Michigan, a previous stop in Wyoming at another dealership for an unrelated problem, our "Check Engine" light started flashing and we found ourselves stranded on the side of a road in the middle of one of the less populated parts of South Dakota. We had our truck and camper towed into Scott Peterson Motors at the recommendation of a someone that stopped to see if they could help. Once our truck and camper were towed we got up Monday morning and were told it may need a new engine. The service department really took care of us and found out it was a much simpler engine issue and we were out of there in a couple of days with a bill less than the tow! This was our second dealer visit on this trip and we were again amazed at the spectacular service received. Highly recommended.

My car was there to put struts in and alignment, I was told that everything was ok. I drove it and my car started vibrating going down the road. I check my tires and the tires were wearing really bad on the inside and ruining the tires. I contacted the service manager, GM, and service writer twice and never got a response from them. I ended up taking my vehicle to a different dealership and had them do an alignment on it. The alignment was way off. So now I m out 150 dollars it cost me for the alignment and have to spend another 800 on tires. So this dealership cost almost a thousand dollars because they can t do they job right or return a message to help resolve this situation. They do not care about there customers one bit.So update the service manger and GM will not doing anything to resolve this issue. Both are aware of the situation and I was told it was done in the first place but nothing was offered to resolve the issue.

May husband call and got a quote to have new struts put on our car. They told us it would be $1197.00. Made an appointment and first appointment I get there and no parts yet. They say they tried to call and yes they had tried at 8:30 am. , but I had to leave home at 8am, to be there for my appointment at 10am. Wasted day off and had to pay someone to do my job. Then when I wnt and got them on after they got the parts they charged me $2248. Big damn difference. Said whoever gave us the quote was wrong. Well we used to really like these guys but think the new management sucks. Will not be doing business with them anymore.

Knowledgeable staff that got me the information that I needed. Their offers were reasonable. The paperwork was completed when I came to buy the vehicle. I will be a repeat customer!

I live in Illinois, and was on vacation in Spearfish SD, when my F150 super crew blew the water pump seal, and other dealerships in the area were talking 2-3 weeks before they could even look at it. Scott Peterson motors got it towed to them late Friday afternoon, called me to let me know what problem was, and had it available for me to pick up on Monday morning. They also cleaned the interior, which was in need of cleaning, and washed the exterior. They gave it an inspection, and pointed out a couple of things that I needed to be aware of. I am very grateful for the professional friendly service I received. They saved my vacation!

I had to buy a car there, because I crashed out on my way across country. Make sure you have all issues with the vehicle fixed before you buy it, they won't make any repairs after that. The sales manager has the personality of a door knob. Not a friendly place to buy a car. I would NEVER go there again. PERIOD !!

We took my husbands truck here to get a factory recall repaired on his water pump. They took over a month to repair. When we finally got it back the rear bumper was dented and the rear back tail light housing was broke open. I was told by a technician that this is common and he had received a call the day I phoned them that said the same thing. They ignored my calls and avoided me at all costs. I would avoid this place if you would like your vehicle to come back to you in the shape you sent it in.

Had an appointment for my 2011 Dodge pickup to have the trailer brake module installed (that I provided since the shop was having problems getting one) My check engine light was also on. They diagnosed it as a oil pressure sensor. The sensor cost 67.00 dollars. To install it you unplug the wire on top of it and simply screw it out. To reinstall it you screw it in an plug the wire back in. They charged me three hundred dollars labor for a 15 minute job. TOT A L RIPOFF. Never do business there.

Long term customer, now gone for good!Called parts department to inquire about a part availability and was told, "I have to check on that, but I'm busy now. Give me your number and I'll call you back as soon as I get the information." Okay I do that. Wait, and wait, and wait some more. Here it is MONTHS later, I needed the part and had to go buy the part from another dealer, and STILL NOT A WORD from this place! I guess they took lessons from the ex-cop salesman on how to ignore any inquiries for assistance like he did when he was still a cop.Customers for life?I. DON'T. THINK. SO. !!!!!

With few exceptions (e.g., Alex in the service department), working with Scott Peterson Motors was one of the worst experiences we've faced. While on a camping trip from Canada, they unnecessarily replaced parts in our Navigator after misdiagnosing a fuel system issue that had left us stranded on the side of the road. After picking up the vehicle following the parts replacements, the identical problem happened again and we were left stranded and stuck paying to have it towed back to Scott Peterson on the assumption that they'd warranty their previous work as legally obligated. However, they refused to help coordinate the tow, they refused to warranty the work, and their techs couldn't track down the actual problem. Their suggestion was for us to just try driving back the 13 hours to get home while pulling our trailer and hope for the best, and the service manager decided to go on vacation without any resolution of the problem. As this was a ridiculous expectation, I discussed the issue with a technician friend of mine who questioned the original parts replacements and recommended a different part replacement, which we requested they install and which ultimately solved the problem. One of the technicians on the Scott Peterson side confirmed the TSB they used for the original parts replacements, which I reviewed and confirmed did not actually recommend the replacement they did due to the presence of additional codes. The service manager refuses to provide actual testing documentation showing the parts were faulty and the general manager has cut off communication, all presumably due to the fact that it would insinuate fault on their part. All in all, their errors cost us thousands in additional costs for unnecessary parts replacements, towing costs, lost work wages, lodging costs, etc. and decimated our family vacation. I would never, ever recommend using their service department and would highly suggest taking your vehicle to Rapid City where you should be able to find a more capable and customer-oriented service group. Absolutely appalled by these guys.

updated software in pickup and was told issue was fixed, picked up vehicle and issue was the same, called dealership back and they just said they drove it several times and it never acted up, they acted like they didn't want to look at it any further, after pushing the issue I was told they would do some research on it, that was over a week ago with no callback, i stopped using Petersons years ago because there service dept went down hill, thought i would give them a try since they're under new ownership, new name, same service.

We bought 2 used hail damaged vehicles total for both over 23,000 the f150 we bought has a bad rear end I did get a call from the salesman, he apologized and said had he known about he would have told us. On carfax it says it was inspected prior to being put up for sale! Any decent mechanic would have noted the issue, but I have a vehicle that has metal in the rear diff oil and have to figure out how to best fix it on my own! The other vehicle is amazing but the truck is worthless to us. Wish they would just ask us to bring it back so they could fix it but sure it won t happen.

Extremely happy with my truck buying experience at Scott Peterson motors. The entire staff is courteous, helpful, and gave me a deal nobody else could touch. When they say they want customers for life they mean it and earn it.

Great experience! I usually dread going to a car dealership, all the sales people scrambling for your attention, getting pushy, trying to take advantage of you. Due to those experiences, that's what I expected. WAS I WRONG! Our sales rep, Randy, was very pleasant and enjoyable to visit with and deal with. He was upfront and honest, very professional. No runaround over pricing, trade value, running to "check with the boss", etc! It was a very enjoyable experience and I won't go anywhere else in the future. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Scott Peterson Motors, ask for Randy and tell him I sent you!

Went in to get oil changed and clicking noise on right side when turn heater or air conditioner on. Told 1 to 2 hours. They would come out and talk to us. Well 2 hours and 45 Minutes later nobody came and talked to us. Mind you had my 87 year old mother with me. We went and asked them what was going on their excuse just found out need to order part. Well I know it don't take that long to tell you,you don't have part so now we have to go back in and get charged again hours of sitting. The stuff they use detail makes your steering wheel sticky went home and had to clean steering wheel after getting so frustrated from there.

Beautiful vehicle I bought used however the worst possible experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! Vehicle broke down on me the second day I had it, drove back and told SP motors ..it took them almost 2 weeks to get back to me after calling numerous times, fast forward and breaking down on me 4 more times after deal said was 100% fixed! Even while It s in shop for the 3 weeks no one would contact me .got it back and still broke down. Went back to trade for another and vehicle and they tried to get me into something else and sway me with numbers that made no sense .I told them what I wanted and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about so they just bought it back from me .but after it was all said and done they figured what they messed up on and tried to apologize and fix it .I told them I ll take my business elsewhere. Nice people just terrible customer service and service all around!

The experience was lacking. I had drove 130+/- miles to look at a car. Salesman, although clean and friendly, was rude to those that were assisting me. No negotiations, no willingness to even make me feel like I was valued. Did Not make a customer for life.

Brian the Service Manager in the shop is a really great fellow to work with and he has treated us well he knows his trade. He is patient and compassionate as well competent in getting the job done. I gave a four star because that's his shops stars! I didn't do sales a star because they don't deserve one! Enough said. Thanks again to Brian!

Back Again in 2021, needed new head light, radiator leak check, and suspension air system check. Awesome service. Had an appointment and they got right on it. Once again saving us money . No you don't need a flush, no coolant is fine. Reservoir has small crack. Great Job. Two other ram dealers could not find. Did I say five STARS.Great service. Left Juneks Chrysler who told us not to worry about the engine light we only needed a battery. Left there and drove ten miles to Scott Peterson Chrysler told them our situation it was lunch time, they said they would delay lunch to help us out. We were going to replace battery. Brandon asked you want me to check the battery first. We did not need a battery and the error code was not battery but intake manifold runner error. 45 minutes pass his lunch hour to help us at no charge. Thanks guys for getting us home. To California by the way.

These folks work hard and are very helpful. We've had to go into a few times for recalls and they usually fit us in right away with a first class waiting room. And then with some issues with our eco diesel and sensors so they made sure I was covered and kept me apprised of the work they had to do. Will definitely go back!

My husband and I are still not impressed with Scott Peterson Motors but wanted to give their service department another chance. We paid them $8,000, and they did not fix the lights that were lit up on my husband's truck dash which are causing his cruise not to work. After buying a truck from them a few years back and having a hell of an ordeal with that we should have known better than to go back to them. This time we definitely won't give either the service or sales department any more of our business ever again. Save yourself your sanity, money, and disappointment, and go somewhere else. I am needing a new SUV within the next year or two but DEFINITELY WILL NOT be looking at Scott Peterson's... What a joke of a dealership! To the reply: My husband and I said not to fix the 4 wheel drive shaft which we knew was out. The service department should have fixed the other lights on the dash which includes the cruise control. That is not related to the 4 wheel drive shaft, and we said to fix everything but that. The service guy I talked to said they fixed everything but that shaft and took care of the lights when in fact they did not. The service department has been a hassle since we bought the truck which was a big headache. Our salesperson Lester was AWESOME though so it's a bummer he doesn't work there anymore because that would be the only last thing that would make us return. He did his best, but it sounds like it was the service department both times that have been the issue and have heard others say that too. That's too bad because others have been happy with the sale side of things as we were.
