I called my roadside assistance service and they sent Alcester Towing & Recovery. Their response time was quick! Dustin is a customer service rockstar and was able to safely get our vehicle to the shop - despite the fact that a front tire and axle had separated on the car! I highly recommend!

We were sitting on I-29 for close to 5 hours - thanks to Good Sam - when the state police called Tristan. He quickly got his team and equipment out to us, took our truck to the shop and our 5th wheel to the RV park...all before dark. We go excellent service and a fair price. We had a last minute towing that we needed last minute of our pickup and Alcester Towing & Recovery responded quickly to our call. They towed a car from south of Sioux Falls to Roys Westside Auto Body in Rapid City. The fine young man was pleasant to deal with, and after he dropped the car off, he jumped back in the cab and was headed back to Sioux Falls.
