Notification system about scheduling is a failure. We were notified 6 times that our tires didn't arrive and need to reschedule. Wasn't the case. Manage was rude and pretty much called me a liar. Will not be going there again.

The staff at Walmart auto Care were extremely great. They worked on my car in a timely manner.. I'd use them again. Such AWESOME service.

They were patient with me and helped me when I didn't know how to use the walmart pay on the app.When I went in early they weren't watching me hard like I was going to steal or something.

Needed to get oil change at the Walmart Car Center but they were too busy the day before. I came back the next morning before 9:00 am and the first attendant, basically told me that they'd not look at my car for at least 3 hours but I needed it done. I told her I'd stay. Some of the techs came out and were talking but the manager came on duty and saw my ticket. He saw the time frame she'd given me and without letting me know, moved my car into a queue where the work was done by 10:00 am. I appreciated the advanced position because I saw there were other cars to get worked on but they took care of my vehicle made me definitely recommend them to others.They might seem a bit gruff but they do the work and they do it well.

Needed a damaged tire changed last minute before a road trip. They were friendly and honest with me that it might take hours before they could get me in without an appointment but hang out for 15min until the other employees to clock in and she will ask. They had a cancelation and they got it done for me. Good people helping out someone from out of state get home.

Tried to drop my car in for an oil change while I was work. As I parked the first time a guy yelled from the garage to come back when they open at 10. That is no big deal so I yelled back and thanked him and came back at 10. They scheduled me for an hour from when I arrived and told me I would need to come back in an hour and couldnt check my vehicle in until then and wasn't allowed to leave my vehicle there even though there was only one other vehicle in the huge lot and it was there since 8am. The manager was arguing with a customer on the phone and was not exactly polite to them either and rolled his eyes and was mocking the person on the phone as he spoke with them. I used to take my vehicle there for convenience but will not return.Service: Oil change

They originally out the wrong oil in my car and somewhat debated with me about it already being 90 days since They changed it. Mind you, it was day 100 and I am not a mechanic and I trusted them to do the job right the first time. I was notified of this mistake because I took it to the dealership (which I would usually do and highly recommend) and They caught the mistake. I was wondering why my car was running a little rougher than usual. The good thing is that they switched it out for free. Their workers are very slow and under staffed and not very friendly. They can do better.

It takes forever! The service is very slow, I only got one tire change but it taking like 2-3 hours, and there s only two car to get done and there only one car ahead of me and he s only getting his oil change. It best to not come here if there are other places in town. This is the worst experience I ever have. It doesn t even worth one star, if zero star is possible that what they deserves.

I was quite disappointed with this visit to the tire lube express. Due to extenuating circumstances, we had to purchase two tires about a month earlier than planned. The lady who helped us was nice, but it was very frustrating to wait in line for 25 minutes only to be told that the shop guys wouldn't be allowed to change my tires. We had hoped to use Walmart as it is the most convenient place for us to get to. We we're able to go to any other shop in town and have the tires changed that we wanted. Walmart TLE will no longer have our vehicle business.

Go anywhere other then here. Went in for a simple oil change came out with damages worth over $1000 they swear it wasnt their fault. I cannot stress to never let these people who can barely hold a wrench to ever touch your car. Your better off selling your car, takeing the money to Vegas betting it all on black, rather then letting them change an air filter on your car.

Came to get an oil change dropped car off at 2 PM called at 445pm they informed me they couldn't change my oil because the oil plug was tough to turn when I asked y they didnt call me they siad they lost my number I drive across the street to valvoline and was in and out in 20 min had no trouble with changing my oil and didnt have drop car off and pick up dont go to Walmart they are cheaper but couldn't even change my oil

Not a fan. Took 2 hours for them to put the tire on the rim and we had to put the tire on ourselves because they couldn't do it. Very rude and uncaring. Turned a bad situation into a all day event.

WARNING do not ever have them take the tires off of you car my freind and myself did that and they stripped 1 of the Lug nut studs on all 8 hubs because they were cross threaded and instead of trying again they just grab the impact and force them on causing them to break off when removed. The hubs that they damaged are very expensive don't let them ruin your car. Take off your own tires and have them only mount them becuse they do that okay or take it to a good machanic I recomend Troy at Hub auto he does a good job.

Road hazard is not road hazard at Walmart! Have a leak and they don't have time to fix tire at 3:30 in the afternoon. Its frist come, first serve but no time or techs. Learned lesson for next tire purchase.

had old tires changed to new ones... in the tire rotation.. they must of been in a hurry!!?? cuz few days down the road.. my car started sounding horrible. I seriously would say, something is going to fall off!! figured it was brake pads, nope!! Find out my bolts were loose!!!! and a stud broke off!!for being a female with a child and another in the womb. THAT IS DANGEROUS!! really don't think I'm going back to Walmart. Another friend had a tire fall off on her way home after a tire change at Walmart. smhbolts are tightened and that horrible knocking noise is gone..

Don't buy Walmart tires in South Dakota half the Tread was still on them and I was slipping and sliding. I had to buy Goodyear tires and they would not give me anything from my old ones that were just over a year old.

Super slow for the oil change and when they finally got around to it after the staff finished having a pow wow, they used semi synthetic although I specifically stated I wanted full synthetic. Terrible place, will never go there again

They have all been really helpful, just need your phone number and they'll service your vehicle for a reasonable price. They also rotate tires for ten dollars.

Great customer service, great rates on tires and they also do a wonderful job checking your vehicle over and letting you know if something's wrong when you take it there for an oil change.

If you want to deal with people who just don't care stop at Walmart auto dept. This is the only place where you can stand at the counter for 5 minutes just to have them look you in the eye and walk away like your not there, and on multiple occasions this has happened

Took no more work orders at 12:30 PM where over whelmed 5 tire services 5 or so oil services would not be caught up till around 5 PM so other words it sucked

Get tires from a tires store that will back them up. Even with paying for road hazard they make you order a new tire and then find out later if they will refund any of it. Big joke
