2020 Cascadia replacement. Called Monday am, installed Tues 9am. Was in and out quicker than expected. Price was very competitive and the experience as a whole was way above the curve. Recommend 100%.

Kirby does amazing work at a fair price. My wife's 2005 minivan had a tree fall on the back hatch and busted the window and bent the frame. Kirby was able to install new glass and get it to seal! The van has over 240k miles on it, and given its age, we are not replacing the back hatch.

I hired Glass Doktor to replace my cracked windshield and bent windshield wiper arm on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, I could tell they were busy, and my project may have been rushed being the work was completed on a weekend. After getting my vehicle back and turning on my windshield wipers, the arm that was supposed to get replaced scratched my brand-new windshield. I was billed for parts and labor on the invoice to have the windshield wiper arm replaced. After noticing I was billed for the work that was not completed, I contacted Glass Doktor and have yet to get a response. It has been over a week without a response. Overall, I do not recommend this business and will not be using Glass Doktor in the future.
