I recently got a brand new vehicle with the help of Rachel & Lee and had such a good experience! As a first time buyer there is a lot that goes into getting a vehicle & they went above to go through all their inventory in my range to find a good fit for me! Process was very quick which was helpful as I was in need of a vehicle asap!

I am very upset with the service by this company. In September, I purchased Cadillac Escalade Platinum from this dealership. When vehicle was delivered to me, it was so dirty that it was disgusting. I sent many emails with photos and the receipt of $222.59 to Cam Pudwill. As of today, I received only $100. Now he ignores my emails. I demand that this dealership pay for detailed cleaning. I purchased $60k car and demand that it would be vacuumed and have no stains.

We arrived late in the afternoon. Due to a recently diagnosed medical condition that will require a lot of travel we decide to purchase a new car. Even though it was late in the day. All personal involved were friendly, helpful and stayed beyond closing time to make sure we were satisfied with our transaction. Lust has always provided excellent service.

I recently had the oil changed in my Chevy Cruze at the Service Center. I was impressed with the new person who assisted with the payment process. She was pleasant, fast, efficient, and knew how to help me navigate the app so I could use my points to pay. I was very pleased with the experience!

Took awhile to try and get ahold of someone in the service department then when I finally did the soonest they could get my vehicle in was a month out. Took vehicle in for the appointment and was told that the service engine code wasn't there anymore nor could they find anything. Was told it would have to get worse before anything could be done. Next day I drove the vehicle 2 miles and service engine light is back on. Will try to contact service department and see what there next course of action is. I am a little agitated that I spent 120 dollars for the vehicle to be looked at and nothing was really done that did anything to correct the service engine code. Not very happy with the service.

Brought vehicle in with low front tire. Came back and was told it is Brad issue. This morning tire was flat. Sprayed with soapy water and found small hole. Obviously not a bead problem!!!!

The customer service was fantastic and my vehicle came back looking like it was brand new. They kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle repairs. It took longer than anticipated as parts were more difficult to get. I appreciated the updates and service.
