One of my favorite dealers, has a huge lot can park overnight with no problems. Brought them two new bailers... got there at night bumped the dock unchained and strapped. Came out first thing the next morning and got to work... love this

Our church was an older tractor for removing snow. Had a tie rod mishap last snow removal. RDO did not have the part but located one in Watertown and offered to have it shipped up. We were able to get the part elsewhere but do appreciate the effort RDO displayed at helping us.

Thank you to the RDO employee That took the time while he was sitting at a stoplight to get out of his pickup and grab a chunk of scrap iron that fell off a truck. Thanks for keeping our community safe and clean.

Good parts department always able to find even the oldest of parts.. service department has good technical support staff.. sales is very nolagable of the products they carry and have on lots

Stopped to pick up pre-ordered parts. Another costumer was walking around the store yakking on his phone, but they couldn't help me before they were finished with him. Go figure. Otherwise it was in and out.
