It was about 11pm by the time we decided to stay in town and take off in the morning. We stayed in the suite.. which was right across from the utility room, it was very loud; to the point where it was hard to get to sleep. At 11:05am there was a loud knock at the door..We asked for a late check out to give us time to have coffee and pack up. 3 minutes later the front desk called and told us to leave. We said we slept in but that we were getting packed and ready. 10 minutes later, another loud knock and a woman yelling that it was time to go, NOW. I hollered back that we asked for a late check out and we were about ready. She yelled, "no you didnt" 2 minutes later, the front desk called. She told us to leave now or we will be escorted off the property. We walked out the door about a minute later. We stood outside the car smoking a cigarette, and as we were getting in the car two cops came from different directions and tell us that they were called to make us leave and they were told we had open alcohol containers in the vehicle! Which wasn't true. The cops saw that there was nothing like that visible in the vehicle and told us to have a good one. Also, the small amount of food they offered for breakfast was tasteless and undercooked, the milk made me sick, and the coffee tasted burnt.I definitely would not recommend the Aberdeen Quality Inn

NOT QUIET AT ALL! I was up all night bc of the people jumping and slamming around till I woke up next morning. Then I have some weird fat dude outside my door looking into my peep hole, I opened the door and asked do we have a problem and he weirdly goes back to his door and stands in the door way. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, this was my first time to South Dakota and it will probably be the last!!!Noteworthy details: Not quiet at all!!! If you insist on staying here, I d recommend the top floor!

Good budget hotel. All the staff I encountered including the housekeeping staff was super nice. The pool water was murky and freezing, the hot tub water was even murkier. Breakfast was ok, coffee and cappuccinos were great. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are teeny tiny and in rough condition. It's a fairly old hotel that really could use some renovations.

Our room was clean, well-appointed and functional. Most importantly, the mattress was comfortable! Breakfast was above average with the items offered. The desk clerk was especially helpful and friendly. This is a place to which I would return upon visiting Aberdeen.

We had good time in this hotel !The hotel provides good service !Good air conditioning in the hotel !It doesn t have an elevator, which is fine since it only has two floors !Fairly comfortable bed !The carpet seems a little older. Not very fluffy any more as new carpet! Also I don t like the color of the carpet which makes the room look dark which I personally not a fan ! Other than that , I am fine with it and still thinks it is a place you can hotel in !

This was a great family hotel. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. There was a small table and chair in the room as well as a dresser, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and TV. The bathroom was small, but clean. The Best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. Breakfast included chocolate or traditional waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, English muffins, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, milk, juice, and coffee.

When I told staff abt running footsteps above me, they went and told the folks to stop their kids from doing that. Thx.If you're gonna be at st Luke's hospital be sure to get the discount slip from them so the hotel can knock a few bucks off yr room rate. Thx.Remember folks: hotel room doors are not sealed, so please, don't let them slam after entering or leaving. And dont have loud conversations in the hallways for the same reason. Also, if you're up at 430am or so, please don't turn on the TV bc the walls aren't soundproof.

The motel was in repair mode when we got there. Sounds like they had a pipe burst, sending water to the main floor. All through this mess was Sarah, the manager. Her attitude and commitment are what made staying here a great experience. I hope her bosses realize what kind of employee they have with Sarah. From the minute we checked in she was smiling and ready to help get what we asked for. Never once did she say she wouldn't help. More towels, more pillows, light bulb for bathroom - no problem. To get on here and bash a motel for small things, considering the rate, shouldn't happen. I knew I wasn't staying at a 5 star motel. I picked it for the price, location, and pool. I was happy will all of those features.Next time in Aberdeen I will stay here, and hope Sarah is still the manager.Thank you for the great service. You made the stay enjoyable.

While traveling with my 3-year-old. I needed to get an early check-in in so she could get a nap in before the chaos of family meal time would begin. Melissa kindly found us a room to accommodate us even with the busy deer opener going on during the weekend. We enjoyed the banana waffles, and the pool was a hit for us.

The whole hotel smells like rancid feet. The room bathroom smelled even worse. The pool is dingy, humid, and small. To their credit, the price reflected these unfortunate things. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did appreciate that they had fresh coffee in the lobby all day. The beds were comfortable. If you need the discounted price and you can stand the smell of stinky socks, this place isn't so bad.

The hotel is nice overall, but we didn't have a fantastic stay this time. One of the beds in our room had a big dip in the middle, causing my son and I to constantly roll into each other throughout the night. It seems we had the misfortune to get one of the rooms whose mattresses had not yet been replaced. The pool was closed for maintenance, which is understandable as things need to be repaired occasionally, but I wish I had known about this ahead of time. I may have chosen a different hotel as we were all looking forward to swimming. I think there is plenty of parking here, even with the hunters and their extra gear, trailers, etc. whatever they have with. I don't believe the hotel was full this time though, as the west side of the building didn't seem to have anyone parked there throughout our stay. The continental breakfast is good, they usually have eggs and some kind of meat each morning, waffles, breads and bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, and coffee. It doesn't feel like it's cheap, or at least not bad like other hotels. I think you can eat a solid breakfast each morning, and not have to worry about going elsewhere to pay. While I took away a star for the bed issues, and the pool, I do still recommend staying here. The rates were very reasonable (about $65-70 each night), especially for the holiday weekend, and the staff has always been courteous when I'm there.
