It's set up way to tight for trucks and when it starts to rain it's next to impossible. With a blind side odd a dirt road this place needs to do better. Just put a simple loop for trucks

It's pretty tight getting around in there and it's always muddy! But all the people here are friendly and they do their best to get you loaded and on your way as fast as possible.

I wanted a used front pack (not reman) for a John Deere 8 speed power shift. They told me they had a used one with no rebuild for $3K plus shipping and I agreed to that. Gave them card number, got charged $4200. Called promptly to verify charge and they said I had $1000 core to pay. Told them to go ahead and cancel, I didn t know about the core charge and would not have agreed to such as I don t have a core and this is not a reman just used. They told me too late the truck already left with it. Told them they had better get it turned around to which he hung up on me. All conversation was direct but respectful up to this point. Figured oh well and went ahead and cancelled transaction on my end. Got a call 15 minutes later from management asking why I wouldn t take it, to which I explained. Also told manager I was amazed at how I was hung up on, and he responded That s just the way he is and I can t do anything about it. GOOD LUCK IN BUSINESS IF YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT

Rude on the phone and lazy.I live over five hours away. I asked if they could take a picture of the part to make sure I was getting the right part. The person said he doesn t have time to go around taking pictures all day. It was a simple request and he wouldn t do it. They lost a $1500 customer. Hopefully the owner will see this as they wouldn t let me talk to him.

Went to purchase a rim for a fire put. Those people work their butts off! I was in and out fairly quick. Fair price.

Went there to pick up some new tractor rims for my JD 730. Friendly people and they had my order ready right away. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Good job guys! Appreciate it!

I had negotiated a price for a part, when I got there to pick up the part they had jacked up the price so much I had to walk away. Not very honest people.

He has the parts, but be careful. It is a fast pace environment and they know how to haggle. Don't show up not knowing what you want.
