I had an unfortunate run in with a deer a few days before leaving on a travel assignment. The gentlemen at Mack's made sure it was safe for the road, even giving me a rental car while they fixed any emergent issues. I will come here for any car repairs and encourage everyone I know to do the same. They were friendly, did a wonderful job, and gave me peace of mind. Thank You

Do not go here! Employees are very rude and do not follow through with their words. Was told it would be $50 extra to replace the windshield instead of fixing chips. Now they charged $200 for it. Instead of working with the company who damaged the vehicle they are reaching out to us and expecting us to be point of contact while we are at work. Not impressed at all!
