Went in for an alignment on my '99 Miata a few months ago, got told a bushing was bad and they couldn't align the car. Took the car home and replaced most of the suspension components and all the old stuff was fine. Then went back to align the car again. Called ahead of time and made an appointment and asked the price for aligning all 4 wheels. Got told a different price the day of, then got another even higher price after it was done. All said and done I paid 3x what I was originally quoted. To make matters worse I gave them custom alignment numbers and was told nothing when they couldn't reach said specs and others were the opposite of what I asked for. Went back to the shop to get the car realigned. The entire time the car was being realigned the staff seemed to not take me very seriously and just didn't make it a good experience. Probably a fine shop for most people, but I would stay away if you're looking for more performance focused service.***Update 4/11/20***Upon further inspection the shop failed to tighten down one of the alignment bolts, this could've caused serious injury to me or even death, would rate zero stars if allowed

I debated making a review or not but I think people should be aware. I initially called and asked if they did free estimates (they said they did and I made an appointment). I show up for my appointment and told the guy that we thought it was a wheel bearing and that s why the ABS light and Service Stabilitrak light was on. I was under the impression that they were going to take a look at it and see which wheel bearing it was and tell me how much it was to fix. Well he comes back in and it is indeed my front right wheel bearing and they say it s going to be almost $600 to fix and handed me a bill for $100. I was so confused because I thought it was a free estimate but I didn t want to cause a problem so I paid that and left and called my husband. He called them and asked why we were charged $100 for a free estimate and the owner said it was because he had to hook up a diagnostic reader. Well then it s not a free estimate then, I could have gotten that done at auto zone for free if I wanted that. The guy also told my husband that wouldn t happen in his shop and he wouldn t charge for that then joked after he looked it up and seen that I was charged for it saying well that s good for me then . He did reluctantly agree to give us our money back so I m thankful for that. But just be aware if you go here they might charge you for your free estimate. Wouldn t recommend.

Our daughter's car was hit in Walmart parking lot I went to talk to Kent I didn't have the car it was un driveable . He came to our house gave us an estimate . Told us a trick with a book and board to move the fender worked great.Kent and his staff did a really great job very polite staff . Daughter is Happy to be driving her car again.

Keep you in line cruising down the road, they also put on the brakes. Bumpy makes grumpy, so I'm happy to pay. One day, to my trucks dismay, I drove through the malls parking lot, peeked out the window expecting fresh pave, wow what a shock! I spotted the sign when I first looked up "We pave your way -Ken's", which would otherwise be impossible see, for the potholes are Google Earth worthy.So remain calm, wait your turn, they'll get you in when they can.

Good, friendly service, parking was a little crowded and chaotic, but they have an estimate and advice with no charge. Got my car in earlier than the appointment time since I was able to leave it there earlier in the morning. Definitely will be taking other vehicles there based on service so far.

I recently had my son Jake's Dodge Magnum in Ken's Alignment for a driveshaft hanger bearing. Not only was the price considerably lower than many of the other shops I checked but they were able to get my car in and had it done very expeditiously! Not only that but they also did an extensive inspection at no extra charge. I really feel that everyone from the ladies in the reception and scheduling area, the service writer to the mechanics, displayed true professionalism and a genuine courtesy in getting our car back on the road. I highly recommend Ken's Alignment Auto Service Center for all your vehicle repair needs!

Worst place ever they will screw you over bad. All they did and said could have been done nicely but no they have no respect nor own up to them being in the wrong. Go get a second opinion if you are going with them as first choice. They said that we needed an alignment and the belts on all 4 tires were broken also said that the front driver side tires rod was bad when it had nothing wrong with it and the back passenger side tie rod was bad only reason it had to be replaced was because when we had to take it off the threads got ruined otherwise it was still in good shape all that was needed to be done was one tire had to be replaced and the alignment done otherwise nothing else was needed to be done.

If you need your vehicle aligned then this is the place to go in Brown County. Friendly staff that are very helpful to get your vehicle running straight with honest service letting you know what needs to be done and what can wait. Ken's also sells tires making it a nice one stop shop.

Brought car in for steering issues. They fixed two other things that were wrong , neither having to do with steering. Steering issue still there, nearly drove off the road because of it. Finally fixed originally problem. Was charged fully for all 3 fixes - even the two I didn t need or want. Went to pick up car, steering wheel was completely crooked and was then told it would cost even more to get that straightened. Guessing it wasn t my day.

Great service, friendly people. We live out of town and were just passing thru when car broke down. They worked on it right away when the ford dealer was 3 days out.

They claimed I had all these issues with my vehicle wrong b4 they could align it. I took the parts off and their head mechanic checked them over and admitted there was nothing wrong with them ball joints (etc). They then agreed to align it. Then overcharged me from their own quote. I wouldnt recommend anyone. To kens

Had a brake problem, and they took care of everything very thoroughly. I lost my special key to get the nuts off the wheel, and they took all of them off and put universal nuts on there for me. Great shop, would highly recommend to anyone.

Took a car in, they found several things wrong with it. Had no idea those things were broken. But, they actually sent a video and explained exactly the problems. That is awesome! The integrity of this and their transparency really shocked me. Impressed and will be back.

Complete rip off. Some of the work was not even completed qnd after getting my truck back there were other components broken qfter multiple emails and talking to the service writer I still haven't received q call or any info

Great service and super polite, I had my winter beater in for an alignment since I don't like driving my Mr2 in the winter, they where quick at getting it all straightened up and had me on my way. I Won't go to anybody else but ken's for an alignment
