This company and their overhead garage door division is staffed with drug users and criminals. I personally observed one of their employees doing drugs on my property. I've spoken with others besides myself who have had garage doors and windows installed by this company. They've told me of items that were stolen from their property by their workers including tools and other equipment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

We paid for an onyx shower and vanity in April. We were told 2 to 3 months. 5 months later we asked for a refund. No details on why it wasn't here. We're told they would call us back and didn't. Worst customer service ever!!!

We were told our window would be done in a day, and it didn't get done until 5 days and they were very poor communicators, when we would call and ask why it wasn't done when we were told it would be done in one day, we got a generic "if it gets done today I will call you" every time.

Called this company to fix a damaged bracket on my garage door, the service person informed us that they did'ent have the parts to fix it but would make inquires as to who could fix it and call us back, still waiting for that call a month later. They then proceed to service the door without consulting us and billed us for it. I later discover who installed the door and that company came and fixed the damage for less than house of glass charged us to service it.

I give them a 5 star, replaced a sideview mirror on my van. The mirror pealed and lost reflection, they replaced it with no questions asked only advice and the proper adhesive. "SHOWTIME"
