Never have a problem getting the items im looking for. The staff is super helpful and friendly and if they don't have something, they order it in for you .

I never knew anything about this place. After we got one and I look them up, I had an idea but didn't know what to expect. I can only speak to this store but, it is very clean and the staff is helpful. I didn't expect to love going to the store on my weekly outings but it has become a must stop. Austin, the store manager has always taken the time to personally make sure that not only I but every customer I see come in. I feel that he really goes out of his way to make sure the understands just what is going on with coupons ( the bane of most managers ), and items being out of stock. I can't say enough good things about not only Harbor Freight as a whole but, the great ambassadors at the Aberdeen SD store in particular.

Steve helped me with purchasing a grinder. His customer service skills were some of the best I've seen in the Aberdeen shopping area. I'll definitely be returning to your store for any tools I may need for my next project.

Good Harbor Freight store. Nothing against this particular store, but I think Harbor Freight as a whole seems to have lost their way. I used to LOVE harbor freight. Their tools and storage were of cheap quality, but if you don't rely on them for daily use, they made good enough tools at a decent price. Now with the new take, their tools are significantly more expensive than other brands. This is not why I shop at Harbor Freight. If I have the money for MAC or Snap On, I'll go there.

Honestly the stores look about the same from one to the next end they try to get you to become a member in order to save two dollars or something silly. Somethings are disposable and I would suggest buying those things from the store. Otherwise when it comes to other things here You simply get what you pay for and the price is not always cheap

They have great prices on tools. We wanted a tool box. The people were friendly. We pre ordered a tool box. Hope it comes as soon as they say, 1 week.

There is usually a coupon that will work on everything, it's worth looking up on your phone before checking out. There is number on the package just add hf or harbor freight to it when searching. Cheaper stuff which is great for seldom used tools.

Dece place, fun to wonder about who makes everything. "What's that yonder?" I wonder, so I wander over yonder and stop to wonder, was this made in China? It definitely makes you wonder. While wondering, I wander yonder.
