This is a great place to take your care of any of your automotive needs. Anytime i have taken a vehicle to Dakota one auto, Ben explains what repairs are necessary, then gives me an accurate quote. Ben works with honesty, integrity, and pays attention to fine detail. When Ben completes any service or repair, I know the job was done right the first time. I trust Ben with all of my automotive needs.

We had a chipped windshield and were told that it could not be fixed. The places we went too wanted around $600 to replace the glass. Ben was recommended to me, gave him a call and he FIXED the chip and in the process saved me over $500!!! Great service, honest man of integrity. HIghly, Highly recommend him! Its fuuny to read some of the reviews. How Dakota one went out of their way to do repairs for people. Dakota One got a $400 deposit to do my car. They gave me a quote of $250 to finish the job and I actually offered an additional $150 on top of that. Dakota One had my car all summer. 3 months!! They didnt do anything to the car. They kept changing the days and excuses. I had just moved here from the east coast and brought the car there on recommendation from a friend who lives here. I wouldnt recommended you bring your bicycle here. Horrible communication . Never once called me I had to go there. I had to finally get my car in worse condition than i brought it there. Unacceptable! If you arent from Aberdeen and are from out of town or new to the town dont take your vehicle here.!!! Garbage garage! I would give this place negative stars if I could. Should be reported to BBB!!Service: Engine repair

Fast and fair priced. Ben was straight up on what was needed to keep my diesel going. I've had several different repairs done. Dakota one has been been lower in price then other shops.

They went out of their way to get my daughters car fixed so she could get back to college on Monday. She was having issues with her car on her way home from college. She called Dakota One and told him what she was experiencing. They had a good idea it was a coil pack. The guy at Dakota One (can t remember his name) called around and found the only one in town and got it to the shop. He determined there was an issue with a coil pack. Another shop had replaced one and the paperwork said the same one failed. They called the other shop to see if they would warranty replace it and determined that it was not the same one. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend when you have issues, take it there. I know I will In the future.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I am from out of town and had a large oil leak. I usually do maintenance on my own and was worried about being over charged. I was happily surprised with the overall speed of service and price. Was just passing through and was very fortunate that they got my car in and made me #1 priority to get me back on the road.. Mechanic is definitely knowledgeable and i would highly recommend this shop in the future. Very good customer service and very nice environment
