Stood around waiting for 20 minutes while three delivery drivers and the counter person sorted out an issue. Never was able to get the part I needed and was told to use the self-checkout, which would work if I had the part I needed. Ended up going to a different store.

Workers dnt know very much what they have on stock.... dnt know how to find part on the sistem... but....Lucky if you find what you want

We had to attach a license plate and the old bolts were rusted. The employee at AutoZone was very helpful. He came out and attached new bolts and things were great.

I was so happy with the service I got at Aberdeen AutoZone. One technician in particular went above and beyond any place else I have ever been to. Be had excellent knowledge of what my car needed. He brought his tools out to help us with the part we were looking for and he told us what else we needed to do to get the job done. And their prices were very reasonable.!

Shop there for many years...always have the best selection....if they dont have it on hand, no one does....but they can get in as little as 24 hours. Friendly helpful staff. Easy in and out, great location. Got cold soda, but could use snack vending too?

I had very good experience with the staff. My battery died, they exchange it by warranty, despite it was purchased in different state 2 years ago. Troy S and Paul B are really helpful!

Bought windshield wipers on Amazon, said that they were compatible with my vehicle. Received them, turns out they were not. Ran to AutoZone, wish I could remember the gentleman's name, but he was nore than happy to find me the right blade and installed them both for no additional charge. Definitely service at its best! Kudos to you sir

Troy S and his team did a stellar job for us this morning! They recommended transmission fluid products that saved me money and are better for my vehicle. Then Troy helped me check the levels. Very happy we stopped at AutoZone today :)

The Store is well maintained, but the hostility there was between two employees this past friday was uncalled for in the store. The longhaired gentleman was very much over the top when talking to his coworker that appeared Hispanic/NativeAmerican about not speaking a different language other than English? That is very poor quality customer service, if an individual can speak their native language and is not doing any harm or fowl this is extremely uncalled for. Every store or company needs bilingual individuals to help more than the average customers. Very disappointed!

I just witnessed a man with a ponytail arguing with a coworker telling him he wasn t allowed speaking Spanish and having a finger in his face telling him to go home and an other male in the middle of them.This made me feel so uncomfortable that I thought that guy was going to hit that employee.Made the environment very hostile I would never go back to that store never again.I really do feel bad for that employee trying to stay away from that guy for the ponytail.If my language it s not accepted in Autozone s then I don t need your business.Im going to make this public cause infront of the store it states we speak Spanish. should mannered what language you speak it s about the customer service.This store manger should be embarrassed and for that individual that was very aggressive towards that employee with the racist slurs should be fired for creating a hostile environment that I just left the store.Its sad My husband and I fought for this country and this is what we get.Wow I m very unsatisfied with this matter.I come from Brooking area once a week and I stop in cause you guys have the only person that works in a parts store that speaks Spanish.Its sad this situation happen to this lovely store.

Lady at store was very rude you can call a order in or inquire about part that you will need and they will not pull parts until you come in the door. They might have to do a little work very lazy.
