These Dealers work and encourage you through the whole process! I improved my credit score just enough to be able drive off with a car and the bare minimum down for financing. Now I have a newer vehicle that's reliable so I can take my kids to school, work and my Dr. appointments. Thanks Devin and the team at Automaxx of Aberdeen! Truly the A-Team!

Complete waste of time. Would not recommend. Worst experience ever. This was during their nothing down sign and drive sale. All lies. I talked to them over the phone about a van and I asked if it had any front end damage and I was reassured that it was never in an accident. Financing then told me I was pre approved and they could get me the van. I live 3 hours away and told them that I have 2 small children and a newborn and they said everything was good to go. When I got there I couldn t even take the van for a drive because it was in the shop having the front end replaced because it was in an accident. And then they said I needed $5k down payment to even get a car.

Selling dreams over the phone. Showed up in person only to be swindled into buying a smaller vehicle. This is after the fact AutoMaxx said it was all good to come up 5 hrs and drive off with the vehicle we wanted.

Never have I ever worked with such great people. We drove 4 and a half hours to get there and were not certain of anything.We knew when we walked through the door that we were in the right spot. Devin went above and beyond to get my wife into a newer nicer vehicle..It may be a bit far for some to go but in the long run it is way worth it..My wife took home a 2022 Ford edge and she didn't think she was going to get anything near that new..All the guys were great to work with, thanks again fellas.Cookies, crackers, and cars

They found me a car in my price range. One problem I have is I'm still waiting for the title so I can get it registered. It has been 3 weeks on 3-22-24.Hope they get it to me soon. I really like the car.It is a 2007 ford edge.They will get more stars when I get the title.

We got our van from Automaxx mid June and ultimately decided to get our van there because they were the only ones in town who had the car we wanted. They didn t seem to know much about the vehicle they were attempting to sell us. After the purchase, we were told they would mail the registration to us and we never received it. We called and it was sitting on someone s desk and had been for over a month and they just never got around to it. Fast forward 7 months later, someone hits the front of the van so it has to go in and get fixed. Turns out it is totaled, because of two previous car accidents that were never disclosed to us. My husband tried to call Kelly Krause 4 times and even stopped in because we never knew the history of the vehicle; if we did we would have never bought it in the first place. It s been just over a week and a half and he has yet to respond to us. Our experience had been less than satisfactory and now we are ultimately out a big chuck of money due to them selling us a van that had major issues (unbeknownst to us) and their inspection of a used vehicle was extremely shabby, at best. Very disappointed & frustrated.

A friend went to trade her car in which still has a loan through a different lender. She was told over the phone they would make it work for her regardless of amount owed (paying off her current loan and buying her car from her) and credit score, all while keeping her payments in her current <$400 range. Arrived at appointment and she was told instantly that her payments would be $1100/month to get her into a different vehicle. It was disappointing to drive almost 3 hours to be told they couldn t work with her unless she came up with a $4,000 down payment to put her into a Toyota Corolla (smaller then her current vehicle) or sell her vehicle via Facebook marketplace and come back. Needless to say, my friend will be finding another dealership.

Ok so I am still trying to do business with automax and they say they gonna call back and never do I want something in my budget a friend of mine went down there after driving 6 hours and got into a 2019 all within her budget for 400 a month with no trade in or money down, so I would like to know how cuz her credit is worse than mine and she has a loan on her previous car. I can't get nothing from automax.

Total joke, drove 160 miles after debating about coming in to trade in my pickup for a cheaper one, was promised multiple times that I was fine after even giving them complete descriptions of my credit and that we could work something out. They do not give half of what your trade is worth and will not budge on finance terms. Complete waste of fuel and your time. Do yourself a favor, STEER CLEAR.

My husband bought a pickup from auto maxx in early june. It was more than 60 days before he got title and that was after calling multiple time as paper plates expire after 45 day and they sent another set of 15 days plates. Also they sent paper work he signed in June for him to resign. In late July the transmission was going bad and he had a transmission specialist check it out to be sure, he tried calling, after calling multiple times, 90% of the the time no one answered, the agreed to have their mechanic take a look/fix the problem. They called the next day saying nothing was wrong with it and they couldn t do anything because he put to many miles on fast forward to this week the transmission completely went out and when transmission specialist was taking it apart commented that it was melted down and it had been apart, some one had patched it to get by for a while. If you want a reliable vehicle that will last more than 6 months, I would not recommend auto maxx.

Jared Nelson is the most honest sales rep I have ever met he helped me with the whole process and answered my questions before I ever had to ask any problems I had he fixed if ur going to come to automax go to him he's got ur back and treats u like ur family

We spent hundreds of extra dollars on repairs at automaxx because they didn t do it right the first time. We won t be doing business there again. I ve tried to call multiple times to discuss this with the service department and can never get through. The only people that call me back are salesman trying to sell me another car. So frustrating!
