Very courteous and helpful, removed all the damage parts and produced an estimate promptly as soon as the insurance adjuster of the other party at fault accepted damages. Though the insurance claimed it a total loss, we decided to keep it. ABRA s awesome technicians did not discard any of the none damaged parts. The charge for labor was fairly minimal. I recently had ABRA fix peeling paint on my car. They were fantastic. Very quick, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were going to originally have my car for a day or two to get job done, so I got a rental from them. The process was very quick and efficient. ABRA team was able to get the job done in several hours, not days. What a great suprise! Thanks ABRA. I will be back if I have any further jobs needing done

Got a rock chip in the windshield; went to ABRA to see what our options were. It seems they are always looking out for our family. We so appreciate their expertise and calm manner in which they explain work that needs to be done. Ended up putting resin in the rock chip area for now! It looks so much less fractured now.

I was passing through town and got a chip in my windshield. They were able to work the repair in, And get me back on the road quickly! The staff was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at Abra. They got the work done on my car quickly and it looks as good now as the day we bought it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their cars.

Replaced 3rd rear brake light. Took a bit longer than expected because of the way it was engineered but very good work and were very courteous.Had a car drop me off and pick me up. Stood by their quote also.Light fits better than original!

Business was recommended by my insurance so I went with them. However from the start of the process to the end it took a really long time. Over a month to order the parts and two weeks to put on a bumper. I have used this business in other cities and do not remember them taking so long on repairs.I appreciate my insurance recommendations but will not use this business in the future.If you need quick repairs done, I would not recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Glass replacement went well. After I paid and went to leave, I found a half drank cup of coffee in my truck, I don't drink coffee!!!!! What's the deal? Employee must have thought it was their truck or the lunch room. Not impressed.

Excellent body work. They treated us very well. They were very detailed with matching the chrome & matching paint.Having the loaner vehicle was so helpful. Everything worked in my car when I dropped it off. When I got it back I had no AC, my drivers door lock won t work, my automatic locks don t work, my key fob no longer works, my door for gas cap will not open with lever(I need 2 people to fill my car with gas now), my high beam light doesn t come on, my outside temperature on dash is gone, I was locked out of my navigation/radio, tailgate piece is not level, my tail light cover still has damage.I will never bring a vehicle there to be fixed and will not recommend anyone else to either.

Repairs were done in a very timely manner and our vehicle looks fantastic. They even washed and detailed the vehicle. Communication via email was great as to the progress of the repairs. Had a chip in our windshield about 1/4" long. After Abra fixed it, you can't hardly see where it was at. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the work they did.
