The guy was oddly defensive and refused to answer a simple question. When pressed, he said, "I'd rather not discuss it," and practically kicked me out.Edit to reply to his response: I was asking a question any customer had any right to know. "Will I have to pay a surcharge?"Customers don't care if you're happy with your service. They care if you can be upfront and honest.It is completely absurd to pretend that it is normal behavior to not answer questions about your fees. If I asked questions about a vehicle first and then asked about fees, would you have answered? If so, what is the difference? You treat people badly if you don't think there is any money in it for you?That or you misinterpreted my question and just shut down when I tried to clarify. Either you're needlessly difficult or just an unfriendly person. My bet is a bit of both.I've asked many businesses this, but this guy is the only one who couldn't be a decent person and answer.

They kept my boat all summer. Need engine repair and held me hostage all summer. To top it off when we discovered the problem this spring I also needed a new starter and battery so I paid for that back in June when the first engine repair failed epically. When they called me to pick it up they told me it was ready to go except I would need a new battery. I brought my June receipt to prove I had just got a new battery and it was still within the 12 month replacement window. Instead of refunding me for the battery they magically found it and gave it back to me. They are overpriced with horrible service and a complete lack of integrity. If at all possible, take your business elsewhere. I know I am never going back.

If I could leave this dealership 0 starts I would. I went and bought a 2007 gsxr from them that was supposed to have no issues. I got the bike home and parked in the garage. Next day I came down to a puddle of fluid on the floor. Come to find out the fork seals were shot on the bike. I contacted the dealership and was very surprised to be treated so rude. Not to mention it took 6 months for them to send me my title!!! I went to the DMV to get the title transferred over and needed a copy of the bill of sale. We called the dealership to request them to fax it. After waiting two hours we called back to be told if we keep calling it was just going to take longer to get it done. THEY NEVER FAXED IT!! What a joke of a dealership. Do NOT give them any of your business of you want to be treated like garbage. Very unprofessional. I will be doing a card reversal for the full amount. You guys can come get this bike!

Took our 4 wheeler in 2 months ago and was running at the time. Never finished so finally went to pick it up as we needed for harvest and told them what day we would be there. Went to pick it up was still in pieces and now doesn't run at all!! Won't be going back there.

Took my 1997 polaris jet ski in back on July 7 said they would get to it the next week. I just got it back today Sept 9. $350.00 later!
