We purchased the Truck last month. Alex would not budge on the price and these trucks come with no warranty. Less than a week after buying the truck, the check engine light came on. Our mechanic discovered that the catalytic converter is bad- thats around $2,000. The rear differential assembly is damaged and will need to be replaced at some point- that is also thousands of dollars. Alex had assured us that the car had been driven for hundreds of miles without issues and gone through an inspection. I'm not sure how they missed a bad catalytic converter or damage to the rear differential. I called and will wait to see if they are willing to help out with repairs- it did not sound promising. I will update this post with the response. I would make sure you test drive the car all the way to your mechanic before buying from here.

Part of the sales pitch is how the vehicles they sell are thoroughly inspected and checked out. The salesman also told me twice that in South Carolina, a buyer is covered for 30 days if a major problem is found with the vehicle. I had the truck I purchased inspected 2 days after purchase and 2 needed repairs were found that total over $2,000. York Motor Company would not make the repairs, contribute to the repairs, and would not take the truck back.Moral of the Story. Even when buying from a dealer, have the vehicle inspected elsewhere BEFORE you purchase it.

Had a great experience with Alex and the team. A couple of initial hiccups but quickly resolved. Alex was very attentive to detail and responsive as we began our conversation on Thursday and closed the sale on Friday. We appreciate your help and commitment.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. I bought a truck from them and they hid the check engine light until all the papers were signed. I have over $1000 immediately after buying this from them. If you want a good vehicle, this is not the place to get it. Go anywhere else. They are a SCAM.

Horrible customer service the guy I spoke with wasn't very forthcoming once I figured out the Taurus on their lot had a salvaged rebuilt title. That car ain't worth the asking price.Edit: the owner or rep for this company said I didn't call nor talk to anyone from their company I'll just post the screenshots.

Alex's customer service started okay, once he established the bank wouldn't do a loan for the Black 2014 "gen 3" Prius because it had been in a wreck his attitude shifted to "I was just wasting his time." I called you before hand, drove 1hr 14min to get there, was on your lot less than 5 min, and you acted like I was waiting your time! Your Craigslist add even shows it's a clean title! No one would have wasted there time if you had told the truth about the car from the start! I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this "dealer."
