I had ordered one tire on Friday, and it came in on Monday. I am visiting from out of town (Texas)I arrived at walmart around 930am. I had a super long wait, due to information having to be put in the system about the tire I ordered. The lady at the counter said she had to go find someone else to do the input, that took forever. Finally they came back,, and the lady went over and put in the info. Then the girl had to check me in, just as she was finishing up. Some guy pulled up and had his tire put on before mine, even though I arrived first. The tire they put on looked rather old and dirty. Checking out, the two ladies at the counter used a lot of profanity, and were not that professional. They were talking about other employees and how they were getting on their nerves. I then asked for the warranty on the tire, so the girl that checked me in, had to do the paperwork all over again. So I had to wait longer. I was in a rush to get to my Dad's house, he is recovering from a stroke, because me and my sister's have different shifts to care for him. Needless to say I was late. Customer service training is highly recommended for this place. Please try to keep tires in stock, to cut back on wait times.. Some people have places to go and people to see. Peace and Blessings

Arrived at 1:45pm on a Monday. We weren t told how long it would take for an oil change and tire rotation, but there was only one car ahead for oil change and maybe two in the two tire lanes. Headed inside and waited two hours with no updates. They started telling other people it would be a long wait and several bailed. Staff has no interest in their work, both those at the counter and those working on the cars. Overall terrible experience. Drive to Rock Hill and go to Jiffy Lube instead!

They had one person in front of me and my husband and they had not even started working on the car in front of us all the workers we're running around from the tier side to the oil change side not doing anything but talking with co workers. This is the 3 time we have come to get an oil change and its the same thing standing around talking not working and not worried about any of the things they are supposed to be doing. If I could give 0 stars I would but have to pick one star just to write the review. We should not have to wait 30 mins to 1 hour for them to see what we need if there are 5 plus workers and one vehicle there... it don't take 5 people to make an oil change

I was there for 2 hours , the second time I called to let them know I was otw she said the tire guy wouldn t be in until 4:10pm so we waited, then she came back out to tell us he wouldn t be in until 5pm. Then we see the tire guy pull up at 5pm only for him to leave seconds later.. so unprofessional. I can tell workers at this Walmart don t like their job very much , if that s the case then don t come to work. SIMPLE.Service: Tires

Great customer service from the service desk to the tech. Everyone was very helpful a quick to assist. I brought a set of tire I was in and out in about an hour.Great job !!!!!

Other than the Male supervisor telling me I cant stand in the parking lot outside of the service bay. It was great service. I had a run in with him last time I was there telling me I cant put the new tires I purchased on the front of the car. Hes a good reason for me to not shop at the tire dept anymore. I dont know his name. Short African bald man. I think his position has gone to his head. Thanks

I was there briefly just to get a tire patched up. Between roadwork and general debri a screw had found it's way into My tire. Pretty Cut and dry. A pleasant exchange, and hassle free.

I've been here a couple of times to have my tires changed. Due to the excellent customer service I don't think I'll go anywhere else if. On my most recent trip they didn't have the tires that I wanted so the manager printed out a listing of tires that she could get the next day. When I ask some questions she was very helpful by opening up her computer and showing me the difference of several tires. Somebody give Ellen a raise!

Got car towed after a flat because Kia soul 2014 doesn't have spare tire. Got a new tire installed for $90 and Russell is the best! I usually go for used tires at Killian's but they were out. I'm very pleased with the service I received at Walmart Auto center in York SC!

Cody and Shell at York Walmart tire express were very helpful with my tire purchase. Very friendly and fast service. I had my tires ordered online from Walmart and installed at York Walmart. Great service I would defiantly recommend. Love my cooper tires.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was at this service center at 6:57 am. They claim to open at 7am. I believe the crew starts rolling in at 7am. It's was 7:20 when they informed me and another customer that their computer was down so they weren't able to service any vehicles. Not even a tire balance? Wow...They did offer 10% off our service, but we would have to wait until the computers come back up. How long? No one knows...

I took my car in for an oil change. The service was immediate and professional. Everything was done within 30 minutes. I'll definitely use them again.

Idk if I would come here. They changed my tires on my car. But before they did I asked the Manager outside if my stuff would be ok in the car while they did the tires. He replied with. Idk. I wouldn t leave anything in there. Like do you have thieves working here. I mean if you can t tell me my stuff will be ok then you obviously need to hire much better people. I will not be back. From the way him and another guy was looking at me about my question. They steal!!!! This is the manager that looked at me with no reassurance of my stuff. SMH. Now I see why their reviews are tanked.

Displeased only because attendant informed me that Wal-Mart policy only allowed the manufacturer recommendation oil weight to be used instead of what I asked for. The attendant/ mechanic was very polite and oil change only took around 20 minutes to complete.

Their policy on road hazard needs to change. If you get a nail while driving on the highway pull over immediately. If you drive too long your warranty will be void.After calling corporate, Wal-Mart contacted me less then 24 hours later. I went back and received a refund for my tires.

Needed an oil change 1st time I went there it was a 3 hour wait time the 2nd time the next day when they opened 4 cars waiting with 1 member of staff anthor 3 hour wait. I gave up and waiting till later this week to have my oil change at a different company.

The tire department was awesome... Had to wait for an associate to scan my online order for 20 min. Overall was good

Arrived 1st in line at 6:40 am the truck was not even touched for over one hour 8:10 - took me 1:45 minutes to have the new tires i brought.

Didnt have the headlight bulb for my 2015 Kia Sorento nor did it have either rear window wipers i needed for the Sorento or my Ford Escape.

Terrible service, 10 weights on one wheel? Installed "inside" facing out? Maybe if they get a little taller they could see its being done wrong.

Was awful asked to rotate tires set air to tires that came with truck when was made not the psi that was on tires now said they have to go with how it was made not what you have on the truck or car will never go back again and after oil change now engine light is on was never on before this is the whole time owned this truck and the psi for the tires is 80 they set to 41 even after I explain them their mistake they would not put the air back in my tires will tell everyone never go to Wal-Mart auto
