I have never seen more childish employees in my life! I will never walk back into this store, as I left and went to Auto Zone!! And YES I do have a complaint if the general manager would like to know why they lost a customer- the store managers were there and part of it!.

Made the mistake of buying a headlight from AutoZone. The employee wouldn't install it for me. Went down the street to O'Rileys and a nice young woman gladly helped me out and showed me how to change it. I will be going here from now on.

I had to replace my brake light in my car. The lady who helped me was very friendly and helped me find what I needed. Then David came out and replaced the bulb in my car. I was very impressed by both for their friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone!

Usually would be a 4 or 5 star, but I had to share my experience today. It was short and sweet, however, I would continue my search for an assistant manager. Brad is awesome. The woman manager I encountered today was not. Asked a simple question to the guy who rang me up (who was polite and a friendly face for the company, although I wish I saw their nametags today) [7/28/22 before 12PM] and we both went over to see what her answer was. My question was "Is this throttle body cleaner good for diesels, because I don't see anywhere on the label that says otherwise?" The woman said "Diesels don't have throttle bodies." So I responded with "What kind of a vehicle doesn't have a valve controlling the air/fuel ratio?" She said "I'm gonna let you go with your gut on this one" Truth be told, she was semi-polite about it but I just thought huh, misinformation can lead a lot of people in the wrong direction and that O'Reilly's in York could use a little bit of education. The gentleman that rang me up thought my comment was funny, but it was meant to be informative if I'm being honest. I was only asking the question since it wasn't labeled and was given information that was 100% wrong and I'm not mad, just trying to save people some time and if not mechanically inclined, to research for themself. Great place, good products and ecxeptional staff. Seth was so helpful in finding the best products for my car and helped me fix my car perfectly. He made a trying experience easy and even enjoyable. This place is always helpful. 5 stars

Really bad customer service went there to get my battery charged come back they don t know we re it is guy says you ll have to come back a 12 win the other guy is here I told him no I m not doing that can I talk to the manger he pointed in the back I went back there his talking to an employee ok that s fine I ll wait but I stand right i front of him for a min doesn t even say hello or I ll be right with you after 5 mins being in there win no one can tell me where my battery is and even told me we can do anything right now and to come back he says they put it back in my car over night didn t offer an apology for the miss understanding side thank you and shook his hand I don t know if the manager was just trying to be rude or what but he gos to give me the limpest hand shake I have ever seen o yha and the battery is dead I would like to have a conversation with his manger and as of yet they have not shown any concern over this win they do I will let you know

This location has gotten to be awful. Every time you go, you have to wait and wait for help. My husband has walked out several times here lately because he couldn't get anyone to help him. They do have a good loyalty program when you can actually use it.

They (York store) checked my battery and alternator and found the alternator not working, which was why it was not starting and draining battery. I had taken it to a Auto parts place in Rock Hill the night before and they said the battery was perfect and could not help me. Highly recommend the York store!!

Was in a jam tonight. David (hope I got his name right) was very helpful. Got my car settled down from running hot long enough to get it to local garage in York. Mind you, I d just picked it up from another garage in Clover where they said we think we got it fixed. Hello no you didn t. Thank goodness You guys were open till 10 to help me. Thank you and forgive me for leaving in a hurry. I just had to go fast before it ran hot again lol! Always great customer service here.

Love shopping here. Staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly. They will price match if it is cheaper somewhere else and if they don't have what you need they can almost always get it in the next day.

Albert and his crew are the best!!! The actually take time and listen to you!!! A lot of experience allows them to save you money!!! They aren't a "let you buy everything" knowing it's not what you need!!! Instead they inform you!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

I really should pay more attention to name badges. A1 service here. My bulb in my headlight went out. The gentleman came out and fixed it for me. He had to YouTube it but he got it done. I appreciated that alot

They should install a Self Checkout so people that do not need help can checkout. Sucks to wait 20 minutes while long winded customers get help....or hire somebody strictly for check out. Theres 3 auto parts stores within 1/4 mile of each other. Guess ill check the next place out.

Go in store to buy air freshener for car. Wait in line for about 10 mins for what is I guess I friend of a employee walks in cuts in line and gets her to check him out and she walks away and I've been standing there waiting. I'd rather drive to the rock hill location for far better service. Although does not surprise me being that its york

These people don't understand what customer service looks like and they'll do whatever they can to not honor a warranty even with proof of purchase.**Will not be an O'Reilly customer ever again**

Terrible customer service. I'm showing my daughter how to change her oil. I picked up a bottle of oil from the Rock Hill location, I live in Lake Wylie. I got home and found I was sold used motor oil. Tried to return it to the York store because it's closer to my house less than an hour after purchasing it. The man that looks like Santa Claus told me I had to drive back to Cherry Road to return it even though I had my receipt showing it was purchased less than an hour ago. There's too many part stores around to waste time going here.

VERY POOR customer service, VERY little help, Paul that works there;; he's a JOKE he doesn't know how to put windshield wipers on a vehicle, + he doesn't know how to look items up in the stores inventory computer.. the others there work VERY SLOOOOWLY.. & have an attitude like they would like to b ANYWHERE else but there at work. Like I said, VERY poor customer service

This location was extremely friendly and they had what I needed. The store was clean and well lit. Pricing was average and similar to competitors. I would visit this location again.
