I brought my 2015 Audi A3 that was having a overheating/underheating issue over to Lake Wylie Euro. Ryan was able to diagnose the issue within 1 hour, he QUICKLY worked with my extended warranty company and had the water pump replacement job done by the end of the next day. He was 100% honest about price and always stayed in communication with me. Safe to say I found my new mechanic. Highly recommend bringing your Audi to these guys.. They are pros.

100% recommend Lake Wylie Euro! I purchased my BMW X5 (2012) that needed a complete engine overhaul due to oil leaks. Lake Wylie Euro replaced and installed new valve guide seals, new catalytic converters, new water pump, new belts, new battery...the list goes on and on. They were 100% professional and upfront with me about what I was looking at for cost to do all the needed repairs. It was a lengthy repair that took some time, but Ryan (the person at the front desk that took care of me) was was extremely patient and professional and kept me appraised on the progress being made. He even sent text pictures showing me the work that was being done. Ryan was extremely helpful with each question I had (before, during and the day I picked up my car when repairs were done). He made me feel comfortable knowing that my car was being taken care of. It's hard to find a business that takes pride in building customer relationships anymore. But I can honestly say Ryan was the reason I brought my car here. I can't say thank you enough to all the mechanics that worked on my car. If I could give *****10 stars***** to Lake Wylie Euro I would!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Did you know that the life of your meticulously designed Bayerische Motoren Werke GmbH (BMW) car directly correlates with the individuals you entrust with its care. I have owned German vehicles for almost 15 years and counting. I do hereby apologize for not connecting with Lake Wylie Euro sooner in my German car ownership. I now know that I can maintain my BMW with the support and guidance of knowledgeable experts that will get it right and stand by me in my ownership and maintenance of my driving machine. Ryan you are awesome and I am sure your team is as well. Listen folks near and far, if you care about your BMW and you want to get the best experience out of your import car.....its here, right here. I trusted them with my wifes car..... that means if they fail... I miss out on some of the finer things in this life, that are just for me...smh My wife is happy brother, this means the world to my world. I say thank you to you and your team, your business will continue to prosper and do excellent big things because of how Lake Wylie Auto makes this process of foreign car maintenance user-friendly and a true joy. Thank you Ryan and thank you Euro Lake Wylie. You stand highly recommended. I compare you to none.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Recently had a coolant transfer pipe failure on my 2010 BMW 650i E64...I'm a car savvy guy and knew this was a relatively major repair, but absolutely felt I was given not only a fair repair price, but a reasonable time frame for repair. Well, not only was the experience great with Ryan and their staff, but they were able to finish it ahead of schedule EVEN taking care of a few future preventative maintenance things I specifically requested and I wasn't in a hurry at all!! Amazing crew, amazing experience, everything seems to be holding up great and everything is EXACTLY as I wanted it. Thank you guys so much!!

Great little shop for your European car. Labor rates are reasonable and they go the extra mile to make sure you know they aren't taking advantage of you. Team will send text updates (at least they do for me) on the status of the repairs. Definitely beats the dealership!

They do a great job repairing/maintaining my BMW. They keep me informed of what's going on with it, how to maintain it ect. And they help me plan ahead so I can stay in budget. You have to make an appointment as they stay busy but the service writer (front desk guy) is really nice and accommodating.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. They fixed the car and had me back on the road in a week! Most shops that are busy like this, would've taken 2 weeks to fix the car! Great Service is always get an A+ in my opinion!

I've been taking my BMW X5 to Lake Wylie Euro for two years. I highly recommend them, and have been extremely pleased with their work. This past holiday weekend, Ryan went above and beyond for us, which essentially saved our Easter holiday. These guys are honest, trustworthy and truly care about their customers. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else--I'm a customer for life. Thank you Ryan and team!

I think they're awesome. I have a bmw diesel and, while I absolutely love my car, I unfortunately have little knowledge in auto mechanics. I feel like they take the extra time to help me understand what's wrong, what's being done, and do it in a way that doesn't come off as rude or condescending. That means a lot to me. I've asked a ton of questions about modifications/repairs/changes and I feel their answers are honest, even if it's not what I want to hear. I highly recommend them!

If you own a European vehicle you owe it to yourself to take it here. These guys are great! Had a couple of issues with our BMW and they took it in and had it diagnosed within a couple of hours. The work performed was excellent! They keep you updated on the process of the repair by emails and text messages. Great communication! Will definitely be back!

Great local euro shop and dealer service alternative. Their team seems to be enthusiasts too which is appreciated when you're entrusting them with your BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, etc. I learned the hard way to have them do a PRE buy inspection, not a POST buy inspection when purchasing a used euro vehicle. Realized in the post buy report why I was getting a "good deal" on the used BMW I purchased from a private seller. In the end while this car cost me more than anticipated at purchase, I was happy with the quality of their work, ease of the process, and methods of communication. The car's in great shape now and a joy to drive. I'll keep going back.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I made a new years resolution to do more google reviews. I also will only be doing reviews when I have meaningful and helpful things to say. I decided to go into Lake Wylie Euro and check it out.I ended up meeting EVERYONE. I notice everything when I go to a business. I pay attention to cleanliness, how I'm greeted, "team chemistry" of employees. I look at how other customers are treated, most all. While there I witnessed the Owner (Nick) stop what he was doing to take a customers 20+ year old BMW for a service that was needed, that they couldn't perform (at another competitor's facility). That was so awesome to see! Otherwise he was deep in the "trenches working" as the other mechanics would. Impressive leadership...I enjoyed speaking with the service advisor Ryan. He was happy to answer all of my simple and complicated questions. He never made me feel stupid or out of place.I, also, witnessed Ryan serving a ,very happy, repeat customer... I saw this team go above and beyond for the other their customers, today... and still make time to entertain my questions. I am excited to see them, more, in the future!!The team work that I witnessed , while there, was nothing short of amazing. No wonder there were high dollar car's parked all over... those owners trust them.In closing ,they have a nice waiting area, professional operation, clean estaishment, offer customers refreshments, and have awesomely friendly staff that is lead by an excellent "head coach".I got the "warm and fuzzy" !!!BRAVO NICK, to you and your band of merry men!

General mechanics in my area looked at my BMW for days at a time and couldn't figure out was wrong with it. I brought my car to Nick and his coworkers and within hours they had figured out the problem and gave me an estimate. Within 24 hours they had diagnosed my vehicle and fixed it for a great price. Great experience and I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

I was looking to purchase a BMW and needed a Pre-Purchase Inspection for the vehicle. Lake Wylie was the only shop that would work with my situation.... The seller dropping the vehicle off, them inspecting the car, taking payments over the phone, and hiding the key for me, the buyer to pick up.When it was all said and done, they talked me through some of the issues with the BMW and gave me appropriate advice.I never was able to meet them, however, they worked with me and my situation. They are extremely client oriented in the sense that they will treat you like family. They knew that I would not be a returning client as I live over an hour and a half away, however, that didn't mater to them.Thank you for all of your help!

Made the mistake of having this shop handle an insurance repair claim for me. They were less than helpful with the insurance company (the adjuster said she had never worked with a shop more difficult to deal with) and gave me a car back with multiple problems. The major one was that they had neglected to torque down several of the suspension components. The bolts for the control arms, sway bar and steering rack end links were all hand tight at best and I drove the car 2 hours back home at highway speeds in that state. Very lucky there was no accident. On top of that I was treated rather poorly. I had used the shop once previously with good results and went back (even though they are a hundred miles away) out of loyalty, but after this I wont use them again.

WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.I took my car here on 3 separate occasions to fix an overheating problem. Spent over $9,000 and 3+ months of them having the car, and still no fix. However, when I went back to inquire about bringing my car back for a 4th time, I was laughed out. The "owner" at the front desk said they had no clue and chuckled and laughed when I asked for them for them to fix the problem, I never even asked for a refund. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau as well as seeking legal action.I'm not the type of person to do reviews. But the utter disrespect from the owner after $9,000+ dollars with us paying upfront for each job, I just felt others needed to be aware.

This place either has problems with mechanics lying or Ryan or both. My audi a7 had an oil leak and they told me that the drain plug was stripped. They retreated it and said it was fixed. What they failed to mention was that they changed my freaking oil the last time. I let it go and went home and it was still leaking oil. I returned it the next morning and they said it's still leaking around the drain plug. They replaced the oil pan and said it was fixed now. Yeah right! I had to returned my car a number of times and these guys kept telling they don't see it leaking oil. The last time I picked it up Ryan brought some carboned boxes saying look its not leaking anymore. Bull as soon as I got home and let the car sit sbout 15 minutes it had already had an oil spot on the driveway. These guys will lie to your face instead of being honest. Stay away from this place! I just read your reply and you guys are a bunch of liars my car is still leaking oil and it s plan as day. If you care about your car pass on these liars!

ASKED THIS SHOP TO FIX A/C, SO IT WILL BLOW COLD AIR, ALL THEY DID IS REPLACE A/C COMPRESSOR WITHOUT CHECKING LEAKS. This IS one pathetic excuse for so called mechanic, who were asked to fix a/c system. all they did is replace ac compressor and not check for leaks or any other recommended repairs. No real mechanic will let a car leave their lot without making sure system is working properly. They accuse customer of dictating them what to do, who is the mechanic??? There is a lot of work to get to the compressor on 2005 audi s4. following taking car off the mechanic's lot, AC stopped working and blowing hot air, as it was never been touched/fixed. Needless to say, This is our son's car and we, as parents try to help young high school graduate. Wife found time from work to take it back to the shop to fix what seems to be unfinished work. Shop made diagnostics, which should have been done and recommended repairs brought to our attention with new price tag about $3000. Now, previous repair was roughly $1700, of which about $1000 was labor, as mentioned, it takes a lot to get to compressor by taking entire front bumper assembly and many other connections to get to compressor. So, while there we would not have to pay this mechanic for same labor again if they were a bit "smarter". They accuse/blame customer for telling them what work needed to be done instead of stepping up and be more professional with more thorough diagnosis and recommendation, at least is was our experience with most professional mechanical services. Mechanic also admitted that old/original compressor may not have been out of order and may have been functional, Mechanic basically just replaced what was not broken and did not fix A/C, which, last time we checked, when you ask to fix A/c it will blow COLD air in the car. So we are stuck with no A/C, in addition with new A/C compressor, that is still not working. Our conclusion we should have never requested/asked this mechanic to fix anything, since our son's vehicle at original stage. Also doubtful they replaced compressor at all.

Very good experience here. Paid for a pre-purchase inspection on an '87 Carrera. They looked the car over very thoroughly and ended up saving me from buying a car with a cracked and JB Welded engine case. Best money spent. Thanks!
