Everyone at Fords is fantastic! You walk in the door and you honestly feel like you matter and not a number. It was such a breath of fresh air. We worked with Kalie and honestly loved her. She wasn t at all like your typical salesman which meant a lot. Very kind, and knowledgeable. We also enjoyed working with Laura, Jonathon and Johnny. Seriously everyone who works there was a joy to be around. Thanks for my brand new Explorer our family is in love with it and friends are impressed.

I have my service done at Burns Ford of York and the customer service is beyond compare. It all starts with Georgia Broome, she is courteous, respectful and one of the most car savvy people I met! Her and the service manager David go above and beyond helping meet my maintenance needs and Georgia always keeps me updated on the work as well as any recalls for my vehicle. She is great! She deserves a big bonus! Any time I call I ask for her every time!

This was the easiest time I have ever purchased a car! Sharon took the time to help us really get what we wanted. Laura made the financing process painless. I called get a price quote on some work for a friend of mine car. I spoke to Georgia in the service dept. She was sick a pleasure to deal with from her pleasant and outgoing personality all the way to her knowledge about parts and cars. She went beyond what was expected and also checked to see if there were any recalls on my friend s vehicle. As far as I am concerned Burns Ford has found a gem in her and I truly hope they appreciate the talent they have in her.

Georgia is the best tech I have ever worked with . At 71 years old and a chaplain for many years I read people well. Burns is blessed to have a person who cares and is as knowledgeable as Georgia. I will be a lifetime customer to Burns as long as people like Georgia are there to do the job !!! I am beyond impressed . I have brought all my cars there for several years now and this latest episode with my Mazda ( saved my butt on that car previously as well ) continues to prove that great customer service as well as skilled knowledge of cars , is a major plus.Georgia deserves a raise and a bonus !!!Thank you Burn s Ford of York for having the great mindset of hiring such a great employee. Georgia and David are always a pleasure to work with. I have always had great experiences. They have taken care of all of our Ford vehicles, even ones that we owned when the dealership opened. I purchased my current Edge there because of the customer service experience that I have had with the service department.. as long as those 2 are there and I drive Ford vehicles they have a customer for life.

Boy if you like being robbed this is the place for you. I will never take another vehicle to them is they was the last place open. After telling my wife she didn't have an appointment, when she. They up charged every service and went through with a service we did not request. I simple had the vehicle taken in to fix a small problem. Which I should of known better being a dealer ship. And they upchargered parts and changed parts even though it was not requested and left a huge bill for a $50 online part. They didn't give her a chance to call and ask anyone else if the part should be changed just pushed their way in with her being a woman and nor understanding the issue. Then over charging for labor and parts they replaced. I guess being stupid is part of the job too because we was able to look up part prices before labor and was double charged.

Always a great experience at Burns Ford in York. From the customs stand point it seems to run like a well oiled machine. I especially love how well they communicate while your vehicle is in their care. Georgia is a great asset to Burns, she is knowledgeable and does everything she can to get any issues taken care of. From sales to service and parts, everyone I ve dealt with is top tier.

She s been great to work with. Very thorough and straightforward. Big reason I continue to own Ford product is because of the service department.

I dread going to dealerships because of a past experience but today my experience here was unreal. From the start Sharon was beyond incredible. I kept waiting for the surprise or sales pitch and it never came. She genuinely didn t push, and did what was best for me every step of the way. Absolutely stunned at my experience.

Best value, best deal. Forget Charlotte if you're looking for a new vehicle. Burns Ford of York is well worth crossing the state line. Unbeatable price and customer service. My name is Daniel and my wife and I traveled just an hour to get a new 23 code orange raptor. My experience was just as awesome as the truck and such a great memory. Was lucky to find Megan and this Raptor. Burns is a great dealer and we met a few top notch people. Megan s level of service was a 15 out of 10. We love our new truck!! Kalie Goulet did an excellent job locating what we wanted, and she went far beyond what was expected of her! Very helpful in showing me how to work everything, as well. GlorytoGod I wanted to take the time to let everyone know about a wonderful service department Mr David and Mrs Georgia have both been exceptional to me for many many years they go above and beyond to be Godly kind and knowledgeable they also hold the folks that work in the service department accountable to make sure the work is done right and if something is not right they will fix it and get it right I don t know how much they pay David and Georgia but I can tell the owners of this business I m sure they need a tremendous raise because they are what an American company should stand for I pray all who reads this will ask forgiveness of there sins and ask Jesus Christ to save them if they haven t because life is short eternity is forever God please forgive and bless America

I had originally contacted the Lancaster Burns location regarding a 2023 Ford Ranger they had on the lot. The truck was transferred to the York Burns location. Kalie reached out to me right away to schedule a test drive. She sent me an email with information and followed up with text and photos of the truck. I came in close to closing time but she stuck with me! We made the deal, it was late and she helped me clean out my old truck, set up Ford Pass/phone pairing, etc. on the new truck and I was on my way. She was amazing. No pressure sales, very kind, knowledgeable, patient and willing to work with me. Shout out to Jonathan and Laura as well, they assisted with the final documentation paperwork, making the process easy. Thank you Burns Ford for a pleasurable truck buying experience.

Would highly recommend. Burns Ford made the entire experience simple and easy. I'd been looking around for my dream Bronco (a blue heritage limited) for months and Burns Ford happened to post on their website the exact Bronco I had been wanting. We immediately called but the Bronco was being held for someone. Sharon wrote my info down and promised to give me a call if the people backed out for whatever reason. I thought, "Who in their right mind would turn down such a beautiful vehicle" and felt disappointed as I was certain I would not hear anything back from them. A few days later, Sharon called us up and the Bronco was available. I was so excited but live an hour and a half away and was worried that someone might try to beat me to it and make an offer before I could get there (because that is what had happened with any other heritage model I had seen pop up at dealerships) but Sharon assured me that she would hold it for me and she did. She was so kind to us and was so easy to talk to. She made my car-buying experience a walk in the park and I am so thankful for her.

Jonathan has been incredibly helpful with my bronco. I was having a few issues and he got me in right away to get those checked out. Super friendly staff, they really go above and beyond to help their customers out. Highly recommend this dealership.
