As a neighborhood member of tractor supply company this by far has been my worst experience! Especially since my first experience was so wonderful it made me sign up for their little rewards program which I normally don't do for merchants. Anyhow this tractor supply company customer service is terrible all the way across the board, from the person who answers the phone when you call in for curbside pickup to the person who brings it to your car.I had placed an order for Diamond Puppy food for our newest addition to our family on 2/29/24 it said I could pick up my order on March 3rd, normally I would go to my local tractor supply company which is on main Street in Spartanburg as their customer service is excellent! But this was the only location that said I can get a in store pickup on the 3rd that was close to my residence and we were running low on puppy food. When I go to the tractor supply company in woodruff at 3:00pm because they close at 7:00 on the 3rd, the woman who answered the phone for curbside pickup was very nasty, telling me that oh the estimated order pick up date is March 3rd but they didn't have workers to unload the truck and to wait she'll see because normally they do that on Mondays, but that is not what my order says, nothing about an estimate pickup time. After being on hold for some time she tells me that I can pick up the puppy food in an hour so I decide to go home and come back the next day because I'm not going to wait an hour to only receive a text message at 3:30pm saying that my order was ready for pickup, I definitely would have waited the 25 minutes instead of having to drive back, nonetheless I found this tractor supply company to be lacking in customer service, friendliness, and professionalism to be quite honest. When I go pick up the puppy food today as I was waiting I was on my phone and didn't see the guy he didn't tap on window or come to my line of sight on the driver side of my vehicle so when I look up I see him, he's standing there with this disgusted look on his face, I hit my hatch back button so he may place the dog food in the rear of my car which operates on hydraulics he then slams my hatch door hard which my Nissan Murano manual tells you NOT to do, to always use the button which to be honest he didn't even have to touch it because he didn't open the hatch when he came to the car.My puppy is now 12 weeks so I will be introducing healthy human food in addition to the kibble that way if we ever run low on puppy food and my local tractor supply company doesn't have it my puppy won't be hungry because I'll never go back to that tractor supply company location or spend my money there ever again! I don't pay people or companies to mistreat me, disrespect me, or not provide me the customer service that their company and position calls for.

Store has everything the other stores have-just saying it's fully stocked! Stopped in today because they have a great selection of dog bones, treats and food.

Drivers when delivering to this Tractor Supply make your turn on E Peachtree Street There is a great deal of space and the dock is actually staright
