The lady working the register this morning wasn't very pleasant. I don't prefer to use self checkouts and the employee seemed irritated to have to check me out. Asked if I wanted a bag for my items then proceeded to grab the bag and just drop it on the counter for me to put my items into. Won't be a regular stop for me in my travels.

This pilot location also houses a Wendy's and a Dairy Queen. Ample parking with wheelchair accessible parking as well as entrances. Always good prices on gas and cigarettes. Always a clean safe environment with very friendly help. Great stop for truckers as well as Automotive drivers. Have a great rewards program and their food is always very good besides being able to eat at Wendy's and getting desserts at Dairy Queen.

I did reserve parking bc i knew i wasnt going to be here until midnight. When I got here, there were no empty reserved parking spots. The security guard was too lazy to check who didnt belong in reserved parking. I called 800 number & they wouldnt contact the store about it or do anything. i had to raise hell just to get a refund. I went to take a shower. It said 7 available showers. I went to mine & theres something blue in the sink & the shower was soaking wet. what did they clean?

Odd experience. Very exhausted after driving for a long time, so naturally I m on the hunt for some energy to finish out my drive. Girl at the counter was nice and asked if she could help me find something. I had asked for a 5hr energy and was told that they are hidden for two days because corporate would be coming in, and they needed to look stocked once they arrived. I asked if I could buy just one, but she told me she wasn t sure where they were hidden. She apologized and I left. Granted, I could have selected something else for energy, but coffee wasn t doing the trick and energy drinks historically don t agree with me.Like I said, the girl was nice and I understand it isn t her fault for being out of the loop. I just don t think sacrificing the safety of customers for appearances to corporate is really a fair trade.

They have a Taco Bell in there now..replaced DQ sometime ago... them young girls had the food hot but the TACO SHELLS and TORTILLAS tasted slightly funny... idk how they cooks it but at least it wasn't cold... I would've sprinkle flour and corn meal on that thing then fry it..hopefully they'll have it together.. the old lady with the glasses takes the order always seemingly to miss 1 item on every other person order so you better check your bag before you leave. ..I know that DORITOS SHELL didn't taste like doritos like they forget the DORITOS season powder .. I always say Taco Bell should've have the BROWN (Mexican) community to cook their food because that's their food !... but I never really see the Mexican community cooks at Taco Bell..I guess because the founder isn't Mexican

The pumps don't work. You have to press a button to get through a rewards card screen but every pump we tried that button was broke . You can't wait for it to time out either. Complete waste of time to go here

4am April 21st...no showers available! I was told no one would be in clean them for over an hour. Should we truckers wait to deliver your stuff to stores for a day or two?

4-15 730 am stoped to get gas in my rental car....always get gas at pilot flying j an use my corporate card to pay the girl said it had a chip in the card so it was not a corporate card so they need to be educated on that. She was very rude so I will not b be stopping at this location agin

Easy access to and from I-77. Only downside is the closure of the Dairy Queen.

Fell in shower and they were unconcerned..and acted like I was tryn to cause or start a problem...old showers and very slippery..I suggested putting strips in the showers to make them less slippery nothing was ever done..

It's relatively clean. Wendys and a dairy queen for food options. Easy on and off the highway.

The coffee is watery most of the pilot hess stations have terrible coffee especially in south Carolina they water the coffee down and charge starbucks prices

I stop here all the time. The gas is cheap and there is a Wendy's, Dairy Queen and dunking donuts.
