My starter went out on my 2017 f150. I called Jim Smith s Garage and Rhett was able to get me and my truck picked up within 30 minutes of my call. Rhett had me back rolling within a couple hours. Excellent service at a great price! You can tell that Rhett and his team are passionate about their work and enjoy helping folks out. I highly recommend.

Was in the area while on vacation concerned about my truck Rhett was great help and he is very much appreciated even had me follow up with local transmission specialist down the road called while I was there and sent me right over. What a piece of mind he gave me. Thanks so much.

Had took my car somewhere else. The gentleman explained he was behind. So recommended this business. Got car right in. Fixed in a timely manner. Great customer service.

Worst experience of my life. Never got authorization and proceeded to overcharge me for parts and pay $1200 without asking if I wanted the repair done.

Rhett saved us. My daughter lives in Greenville and was driving through Westminster when her wheel bearing went out on her explorer. She had to leave the truck in a parking lot and got a ride home. We called Jim's garage the next morning and without any questions they towed the truck to their garage and were able to fix it the next day even after having to take to another place to use a heat touch to remove the bearing races. On top of that, they charged a very reasonable price. Thanks

A couple months ago I was in a wreck in this lovely town and Rhett and his team was more than amazing with their service to us. They towed my un-drivable car to their shop, gave us a ride there and allowed us to stay with the car for hours until our ride came. They offered to take us to a rental place, offered to take us to a restaurant in town and gave us access to their shop amenities. They were so incredibly kind and I was blown away by the customer service we recieved. I would highly reccomend them! Thanks again for all you did for us!!

This family owned business that is run by the Smith Brothers (David, Bill & Rhett), is an honest, dependable, reasonable shop to have your car serviced, hands down! If they can't fix it, they'll tell you and provide you with an solid referral. They also do phenomenal body work!

I would rate 0 stars if possible. My mom, who has Multiple sclerosis, my 63 year old grandmother, pregnant cousin, my two year old daughter, and myself broke down at 12pm today. We called AAA, and they informed us that the tow truck would be coming by 2pm. Nobody came. At 3:45pm, we received a call from one of their drivers saying that the tow truck would be there within 15 minutes. Nobody ever came, so we called Jim Smiths to see what was going on. They said they cancelled the call because someone cussed them out which never happened. They also said that AAA was cancelling my grandparents policy, which was also untrue. Nobody ever came, the drivers as well as whoever was answering was extremely rude. I do NOT recommend

Excellent service. Was recommended by a friend and when I called the gave me an appointment and got back to me the same day with a diagnosis and a quote. Finished the work the next day. Approximately thirteen years ago, I was driving from Pittsburgh Pa to Atlanta Ga when I encountered a rare snow storm near Westminster SC.A tractor-trailer forced my vehicle off the road, causing me to lose control, resulting in front under-carriage damage, making the vehicle inoperable.Bill Smith, from Jim Smith s Garage arrived and took me to their repair shop.While there, I met Rhett and David Smith.I was treated with the utmost respect and impeccable comfort and hospitality.During my entire one-day visit, Bill took me to the Lucky Strike Restaurant, where I had the best tasting cheeseburger and was introduced to the famous Duke s mayonnaise (I brought two jars home with me).Bill took me with him to get the parts needed for repairs of my vehicle.I developed a strong bond with the Smith Family of mechanics.I can truly say they went above and beyond what was considered the normal business operations.By the end of the that day, my vehicle was repaired and inspected for safe travels.To this day, whenever I am passing by, I will stop in to see my wonderful friends at Jim Smith s Garage.Their work quality and ethics far exceeds their reputation.May God continue to Bless them with the compassion and respect they have for those they encounter in business and everyday life.

Had my Acura towed to Jim's garage since other garages could not get to my car for two weeks or more. Jim was busy, but I think he treats everyone's vehicle issues with understanding the sense of urgency. I really appreciate their efforts. No complaints here.

He's hilarious, he does a great job. He's just a good ol' boy and it's a family type business. He tells it to you straight and gives you the info. About your situation ... completely frank. No beating around the bush with this guy.

So far they have towed us twice. Our bad luck but good business for them. The truck drivers are friendly and efficient. They follow covid rules and regulations and they were good to my vehicles. They respond rapidly to the calls we've placed.

When my car died and left me stranded, I reached out to Jim Smith Garage. He was prompt in picking up the car and I. I asked him about his shop and he was happy to take my car in and make the necessary repairs. He has first class employees that got me fixed up in a timely manner. I highly recommend Jim Smith Garage!!!

Great place. I not once felt cheated. The staff was very friendly & helpful. He explained everything to me and broke down the price. My car was in & out within a day. I had to replace my oil pressure system & something else. But they did the job no problem. I took my car to a place in Pendleton & they told me they were going to make me wait for 2 weeks, but then told me it wasn't safe for me to drive with radiator fluid leaking. So I came to this place the next day and they took my car in right there and fixed it within a few hours. I highly recommend coming here.

My mom had to have bodywork done to her car due to a wreck. David and Bill did a very professional job, from dealing with the other party's insurance to getting the proper parts to repair the car back to like new condition! Very happy with the quality!

Rhett and all the people at Jim Smith garage are the best! If you need any assistance all you have to do is call. They always make you feel like you're the only person they have to take care of. I know they treat you like family. If I need anything I call Rhett! Thanks for being my small town service facility.

The guy was nice, but I won't go back. I went to get my tire/ brake issue checked on, just to leave with not knowing which tire it was and a broken passenger mirror because my car went rolling into the towe truck. Could have been worse. Like i said, the man was nice... I'm just disappointed.

Took care of my dash light problem. Turned out to be a simple thing. They took the time to explain what was going on and there was no charge. Will be going back when I need repairs. They seem very friendly and honest.

Very fast and affordable. I had a clutch kit installed in my 2006 jeep wrangler. They did a great job, i couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this place.

On the road with our camper . Called ahead the day before and talked to Rehnt . Told him our issue he said " see you in the morning we'll figure it out ". In and out in about an hour . Proffesionalism and Southern hospitality at its finest . Greatly appreciated. (Warped rotors)
