Took my car to Jim s auto to have a custom body kit installed, custom color paint job, bigger turbos installed, full exhaust system, inlets, chargepipe, intercooler, injectors, stage 4 fueling system, aftermarket coil packs and coil pack harness,transmission service, walnut blast on the intake valves, rims, tires, brakes and full suspension work done and the car is a completely different car. They did an awesome job, couldn t be more pleased with the turn out. 10/10 would recommend for all your car needsServices: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

God, this place a LIFE SAVER !!!!! I had my car break down and called AAA where they towed me to Jim's, I am soo impressed with how helpful they are, from the towing to their place of business!!! Couldn't ask for better service HANDS DOWN !!!

I needed a tow today and after calling around Jim s was the first available that could tow the very large truck I needed moved. To my delight Tim was super quick to come to the rescue very friendly and professional. Watching him work I knew I had a seasoned veteran and was so thankful for the experience and service I received!!! I would highly recommend this company. Ask for Tim and I promise you will receive top quality service!!!! Thanks Jim s for sending Tim!!! You have a life long customer moving forward!!!

I just had an excellent experience with Roger of Jim's Auto! He came out as soon as my towing request was entered and treated my daughter and I with respect and friendliness. Thank you, Roger, your quick and caring service was a big help to us today!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. I am not sure how this autobody shop has so many 5 star reviews. I was in an accident and needed my axle replace along with the windshield and a few other things. First their estimated time to fix it was off by about a month. Second, when I called to ask when it would be ready (since it was so late) they were rude. When my mom called and asked when it would be ready she was called a "B***h." As if that was enough, when I got it back the breaks were smoking. I took it back and they fixed that. Then when I got it back after that the car was clicking while driving it. Then I got it back after that. Now, 3 months later, the car jolts when I am starting it, the break calipers were ruined (now I need to pay 700$ to get my rear breaks completely replaced), and the timing chain is off (another 200$). I have no idea how this is a tipple A certified shop. I can not stress this enough, if you have ANY other option use them. I did not have one positive experience with these people.

I had to call AAA yesterday afternoon after locking my keys in the car and someone from Jim s Auto was there before I got the phone hung up good lol. I didn t get the young man s name but I told him that was the fastest service ever.

I drive a 1995 Mazda Miata. I have had this car towed all over the country many times with AAA. A kid with Jim's Towing refused to tow me because of "modifications". The car was towed the night before by Fricks with zero issues. If you do not have a brand new vehicle with OEM parts do NOT call Jim's towing as they are liable to give you a hard time and refuse a tow!

Had to call roadside assistance for help with flat tire. App originally estimated a hour or more. Brian McCormick Jr was the driver to assist me, he showed up in 20 minutes and had my tire changed in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Brian for your speedy response and assistance! Great service would highly recommend!

I was visiting a friend in Westminster and my alternator was in question of getting me back to East Tennessee, and then the next day to southern New Jersey. I contacted Jim and he extended special courtesy to me getting my vehicle repaired in half a day. Otherwise I would have been stranded. Jim and his staff made sure I was taken care of. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. The price was acceptable being they squeezed me in with barley any notice, getting me on the road tomy destination. I can t thank Jim and company enough. God bless your business. Dave

Timothy came to tow my truck from my job when it wouldn't start. He came out very quickly and had great communication on the way. We dropped the car off at my home and he even put it right where it needed to go. Thanks for making a bad day of auto troubles easier.

Great place. Friendly staff. They are very understanding and they want to get you the help you are looking for. They are one of the few around that will get you the best quality work at a price you would love. They will even work with you in some cases. You can definitely tell this is a family business because as you walk through the doors they welcome you with open arms. Once you go to Jim s auto you become part of Jim s family. All they ask is tell your friends. Look forward to coming back and buying another car from here next week.

Jim's auto was supposed to come on 8/17 8-10 has schedule. Jim's can't read or follow directions. Jim tried to come 8/16. Jim's guy then said they would be out tomorrow. Here we are tomorrow. Jim's guy was asleep at 7:35 AM when I called him. Jim's guy said he doesn't know and I need to call AAA dispatch not him.I didn't mess up, Jim did by trying to come out the day before he accepted the service call. But Jim is not nice or a good guy so he didn't do what he agreed to do. Go somewhere else. They are terrible. Tell AAA not to send Jim's Auto. I did on my reschedule and am set to met with my rep about it. Seriously they are not worth two sheet of toilet paper.

Tim came and towed my car after a former tow driver had messed up towing my all wheel drive car. Jim s Auto made it right and sent out Tim. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. He explained what he was doing and why. Great guy and business!

Been coming here for over a decade. They never remember me but they still always go out of their way to explain my options and give me a fair deal that works with my budget. They charge for their mechanics' time, as they should, but don't seem to mark up parts if you check against online wholesalers.Receptionists always pick up promptly and are present, polite, and helpful. Their lot is always packed but when I'm having trouble, they always seem to make time for me.Easy to see why they've been in business so long. Was supposed to replace the key switch and get it running didn't do thatReplaced battery terminals and put it on the machineCharged me $440 for absolutely nothingMy truck is a 92 F150 and I believe he wanted it for partsParts for my truck are at an all time highHe was hoping to get it for nothing and make a killing off the partsI'll never go back

Great garage reasonable prices and honest above all others... I'll tell you the same again every time i go to Jim's Auto they are polite & years everybody like family... Jim isn't Mr Nice Guy but he's a mechanic/business owner but he's a kind hearted guy if you get to know him...i haven't had much conversation with him but his actions speak louder than words..

Got my truck stuck in some wet section of my daughters home. AAA directed me to Jim's Auto for a winch-out. Driver arrived within 45 minutes and was able to pull my truck back onto the road. Very professional and polite and took care with my truck. Hope I never have to use them again but they will be the first ones I call when I need help.

Wife slid into a ditch backing out of a drive . The truck was in a 4ft ditch at a Very steep angle on it side. These guys took extra time and made sure to do every thing they could to get the truck out safe and undamaged.. a fireman who stopped by said we were lucky to have called this company. That he had rarely seen tow truck crews this concerned about no damage to the vehicle, and at a really reasonable price. He was impressed and so were we.

I brought my truck here because my air conditioning was not working. I researched the issue and told them it was the compressor. They told me it would take 2 days and $300 and they could get started on Tuesday if I could drop my truck off in the morning, which I did.Wednesday afternoon I finally get a call and they tell me that my compressor is bad and it will be $555 and they can have it done on Friday. Reluctantly, I said ok. Friday at 4:45 I hadn't heard anything so I called and they told me it would be Monday before they were done. (Very inconvenient not to have a vehicle for the weekend.)Finally Monday I went to pick it up and they told me it would be $682. I told them that they had told me it would be $555, so she offered to take a half hour of labor off. I said that wasn't good enough, so she took an hour off and charged me $572.They did fix my A/C, but I noticed the next day that my trailer hitch was missing, and they had cracked my dash panel, which now makes a vibrating noise when driving. Overall it was a disappointing experience, but they did replace my A/C compressor which fixed my problem. So they get 2 stars.

My car broke down on the interstate and it only took 20 minutes for the tow-truck driver to find me. Took super good care of me and my car, was very friendly and professional, and even went above and beyond. Jay earned his angel wings! Great service guys! Thank you so much!

We used Jim's Auto for towing with AAA at least 5 times. Every driver we had was friendly and helpful and I especially appreciated that each one acted professionally and made me feel safe. I would not hesitate to recommend their towing services.

I had an emergency with a Tahoe on Tuesday afternoon. To make things worse I was loaded down with a trailer carrying 80 bales of hay. They looked at the vehicle, quoted it and had me on the road the next day. I really can't say enough about their customer service and efficiency. Thank you to everyone there. -Beth

Amazing tow service to having amazing people work on my car. Got it back to me with great speed to considering they had to file everything through insurance. Very satisfied with the work they did on my car. My one and only complaint was that they dumped everything from the console in the floor of my car when they had to replace the gear shift... but didnt bother picking it up or vacuuming out the cigarette butts they dumped out of the ash tray. (I'm not a smoker but my husband is) . . . Other than that I was very pleased with everything done. Very nice people.

The entire experience was easy with the staff. Tow drivers were courteous and professional. Came to pick cat up quick. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I'll use them every time

I have known Jim for many years. He is always crazy busy and can be insulting especially if he knows you well, but I wouldn t bring any of my vehicles or my family s vehicles to anyone else. His people and him do the best work for the best price, and if something goes wrong they will fix it. Very happy with Jim s Auto.
