After extensive front end work 4 new tires I asked for an oil change. I am happy with that work but my truck was still having an issue with steering so I checked the steering fluid and to my surprise it was low. I added fluid myself problem solved. I spent $1,127.00 for service. So I can't recommend.

Nice people, reasonable prices, honest. I would highly recommend, but I wish they would put in an ANSWERING SERVICE - you can never get through to them on the phone and they don't have an email address.

Had a flat tire on my motorcycle over the weekend and put a temporary plug in. Took it in today and they fixed it in 15 minutes and only charged me $10. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful, same day service for getting new tires. Up front and honest-gave me their word and stuck to it. A rarity these days! I appreciate everyone here; they re some good people. Special thanks to Tommy for being so thorough and helpful.

We had a blow out while on vacation, on our loaded horse trailer. Mr. Dale got us right in and taken care of in a matter of minutes. Prices were excellent also! Friendly, fair, and professional! Thank you Mr. Dale!

Honesty, integrity and quick, quality service. I ordered a set of tires on a Friday. Tires arrived Tuesday as promised and Blacks called as promised. Tires were mounted and balanced quickly and the vehicle was treated with respect. Last note: the price quoted on Friday was low because vendor website was not up to date. Black's honored the quote! That is integrity! I will be a regular customer. Telling all of my family & friends.

Had an appointment time of 10:30 to have 4 new tires installed (tires were ordered in) tires arrived at the shop at 10:39. Thought wow great, an hour and 15 minutes later I literally watched a woman come in as I was sitting on the front bench outside come in and leave before my vehicle was brought in.it ended up taking 2 1/2hrs for my 4 tire's to be installed.I used to refer people to this business,wow not any longer the old man left and took the business aspect and reasoning practice's with him. The new owner Preston Even had the nerve to call me a coward however fortunately enough for him as I'm a trained veteran he waited until my back was turned before doing so. Anyhow no hard feelings for me as I will take my future business and money elsewhere, to where it's appreciated. If I had a crystal ball I would predict business closings within a few years. Obviously there is a recent downward trend happening at this business.

I work in retail and really don t like leaving bad reviews because I know the effect they can have. With that being said I had a overall terrible experience with Blacks Tire in Westminster. I had ordered tires online on 9/18/2022 and tracking stated it would be there in 7-10 days. I called up on the 25th an associate at the desk told me that they received the email but tires weren t there yet and would call me back later that day. I never received a call so I called four days later. I was told again my tires weren t there. I stoped in on 10/4 and was told my tires came in on 9/21. So I scheduled to get them changed with an inspection on brakes, rotors, and calipers. While sitting in the waiting room I watched them lower my car without completing inspection. The technician walked towards the door and realized he forgot to check the brakes. He then took his phone out and used the flashlight to complete my inspection. I asked the lady at the desk about it and she stated that he was getting the spare tire I asked for. I hope that things will improve in the future but I will not return.

Went in to get a tire mounted on a rim before we left out on a ride with the jeep group and they hooked me right up...price was great and they made me feel just like I had been there a thousand times before....will definitely be back and will refer everyone I talk to!!

Ordered 4 new truck tires & they came in the next day! They were able to install them in less than an hour!Always great service and prices!

Not the Blacks Tire I've been used to doing business with. Invoiced price was higher than quoted price before taxes. Didn't even take the few moments to scrub the blue covering off of the white letters. One valve stem cap was never re-installed after mounting. One tire was 3lbs lower in pressure than the others. Shop was not overly busy so they weren't rushed to get vehicles in and out.Very unhappy to pay more than price quoted and get unexceptional service to boot.

Best place to get a tire change in Westminster. I've been using them for about 20 years and they've always been courteous and have great prices. They even helped me start getting my credit established when I was a teenager. Always super helpful and knowledgeable of their job. I highly recommend this place.

New to the area as was recommended to go for brakes and tires...soo glad I did! They were friendly, efficient, and very honest! Will always come here from now on for any needs I have with my vehicle!

Did tire right away I guess. But waited another 30 minutes before they told me it was done.Paid up front. Gave price for tire over phone. Showed up and he gave me a lesser tire for same price.. you should go elsewhere

Called to see if they had an appointment to put on my tires. The lady said be here by 4! So I hauled butt to be there and waited a crazy amount of time just to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. The 4 guys in the bay were constantly horse playing and cursing while in the bay. They were NOT professional at all and when I ask a lady at the front desk to ask them to stop playing that I had places to go, the workers made sly remarks and kept laughing and goofing off!! Then to top it off they left my truck in the bay and didnt come let me know they were done!! Pathetic!! I will not be back!!!

Dale Black is an amazing awesome Godly person.Has always been fair with his price's and has a very respectful staff that works for him. I've done all my business with him I know 30yrs if I counted the year's up right. Even when I left my ex husband I still stayed with Black Tires. Cause they treat women with respect and don't try to sell me stuff I don't need at the timeBut know if they see a problem with something that's endangered me or other people he explaines it to me and yes I go ahead and let him fix it. Blacks Tire I highly recommend to men, especially women and anyone cause Dale Black is trustworthy and has fair price's and the staff is awesome also .Thanks Dale Black and staff for all the great work y'all all do especially in the heat. You and your staff does and God bless you all. Thanks so much for everything y'all do. Have a blessed day all. Our God is an awesome God faithfully believe in Our Lord and Savior.
