                      I had two bad experiences here. Frist off there was a manager I think his name was Brandon he was not nice and super rude he acted like he did not want to deal with me even when I wanted to learn. Secondly there was another manager named Cody and he was also rude and did not want to help or explain what he was doing to me so I can learn more. But the employee that was there Anthony om pretty sure was nice and helped me learn more about my vehicle

                      This AutoZone has been really good. The current staff are experienced and knowledgeable with cars and some race parts (which is nice). They can usually help you find whatever you need even hard to find stuff majority of the time. If not can direct you somewhere that has what you need. They got a few new people but still good to go to. Always helpful to find what you need.                       Very helpful people that show you the best deals. I got out of there for $40 on an oil change using Mobil1 synthetic motor oil and a STP high grade filter with a free roll of shop towels.                       If I could give this store a zero star review I would store manager was not in dress code was rude I was supposed to have a manual transferred from this store to Seneca on Friday to be able to pick up in Seneca on Saturday they transferred the manual but never gave it to the transfer drivers also known as hub drivers when I asked for the 10% that I normally get for a discount at Seneca store due to formerly working there was told "we don't do that" very poor customer service and very unprofessional store manager they were also going to charge me without asking for my AutoZone phone number for the rewards card would not recommend using West Union for anything regarding AutoZone

                      I had to go in several times in the last week with issues with my 4runner that has a lot of miles on it. I asked a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance in getting correct parts and even advice on a good service provider in the area and the employees were more than helpful and polite.                       I asked the employee if he could put the bulb for our brake light in for us as my husband and I are both disabled.                       Prices and selection are good, along with customer service, mostly. The only issue I had with was the way the manager treated her associates. I was in line behind a gentleman asking for a military discount. When the sweet girl in the red shirt running the cash register (I think her name started with a D) asked the manager for her "code" or whatever, the manger ignored her. When asked again, the manager huffed and puffed, stomped over, put in the code, and threw her hands up in the air. She honestly acted like a child and like her time was more valuable than anyone else's. The cashier handled it with grace an apologized to the gentleman, then she took care of me. Very sweet young lady.The cashier definitely saved the day. If not for her, I would have my put stuff back and gone to Advance.                       Knowledgeable staff, and generally the lowest price on the same parts and products. I gotta big bottle of Sea-foam for 8.99, I think. When their usually 12.99.  It's a great product that you can use in most of the fluids on your vehicle.                       I deal exclusively with AutoZone because of their award points .but everyone I go in there the help is on the phone just last week I asked about a item he said it's on 5 he didn't even help me look for it he was to busy on his phone .what's bad is I'm not one to complain but all of the employees there are terrible .they usually talking and cutting up and act like you are not even there .I ordered a break caliper and payed for it hoping to get it the next day like I was told but when I went to pick it up at 12 after being told it would be there at 10 he told me well maybe he didn't even order it he would order another one and get it coming that was his exact words I hope the hire new people and clean that store up it's ridiculous

                      Update they don't carry common parts for some reason? You have to order them! I refuse to use Cheap Imported parts on my Vehicle!! They can be more trouble than they are worth! You don't get 300000 miles on a vehicle using junk! And my biggest grip on the rewards program they have ! I spent over $3000.00 but only got $20 for it because they give you only 1 point for each purchase of $20 or more! So to build up your points and get what you deserve you have to break up your purchases (there's a catch! The purchases have to have at least 15-30 minutes between them to get the points) so if you don't have to buy everything for a job at once wait as long as you can to get each $20 purchase!                       Got to be honest I hated knowing the fact that I ever walked into this place. First I call asking if the part I needed was in stock. The Hispanic girl on the phone assured me they did. So I drive down to find out in fact they did not!!!So the manager trys to help me. He searches his system and tells me the part can not be ordered. So he spends the next 10 minutes looking thru ebay, Amazon, and Google. The same exact thing I had been doing at home.                       Think People! The biggest service center in town does litterally no business here. Anyone wonder why that is. I can tell you..cheap china parts. If you want to keep replacing your parts repeatedly this is the place for you. If you want to fix it and not worry about it again, go somewhere else. Thats why a place like super service wont use Autozone. They would lose money having to replace and redo jobs. Why because the parts are JUNK..                       Went in to get a new battery because I thought that was the issue. When the sales person looked up my vehicle she advised that they could sell it to me, but could not install it due to manufacturer's recommendation of professional installation. I requested a battery test a couple of times to make sure it was, in fact, the battery....I got blown off.
