Took my car in for an alignment after installing brand new tires. The crew there did a pre and post drive inspection. To my surprise on the drive home, I notice my steering wheel is not centered. Car was taken back the next day and they redo the alignment but did not fix the issue. All I got from the owner, That s what the machine says . Save your money and take your car somewhere else that stands behind their work and doesn t make excuses and doesn t bother to do it right the first time. Very disappointed in the service I received.

If your looking for a wheel alignment, do not go here. This is the quality of alignment you will get. If you try to reason with anyone there about how an alignment is supposed to align your wheels to each other, they will tell you that your wrong and they machine says it s good. Charlie was great, he got my vehicle in and serviced that day and was very helpful! He even had his brother come and pick me up from my home and drive me to their shop to pick up my vehicle which was very thoughtful and convenient! They charged me very reasonably, and gave me options on different parts with different prices. They made an unfortunate experience for me seamless and as less stressful as possible. Great service, upfront honesty, transparent pricing, and prompt service. I had a failure on a wheel bearing, tie rod, brake rotor/pads, and electrical sensors these folks treated me great. Very satisfied.

I brought my car squeaking and now it is quiet as a mouse...new brakes in just a short wait time. I was very skeptical it take a long time due amount of customers but I was in and out. The price was fair also.I am so excited about the professional car maintenance service and paint provided by West Columbia Correct Alignment. My wait time was under 45 minutes and all of the services completed were explained prior to completing each service.I have visited this business for my oil change on a regular but today I needed tires. I was worried how long it would take when I pulled up do to the number of cars being serviced. However, the technicians had me in and out. So happy to have tread on my tires again!!! I was very pleased with the price and the friendly/fast environment!

3 times I have my car repaired. The Mechanics are slack and must not know what their doing. The first time after a repair was made I got my car back I had to take it back because the radiator was damaged during a repair. I was told my car was not leaking had to get another Mechanic to give me a diagnosis and he said yes. After they made the repair. Second time in less than 2 weeks car ran hot they claim the engine needed to be replace. 1 month later after the shop Owners ordered 2 wrong engines I got the car back and in last than 2 days the exhaust pipe fell off. The car was loud as hell during those 2 days before the car was quite as a mouse. The Mechanic I got to look at it and did my brakes said it was the gasket issue and rusty nails was the issue in the exhaust pipeline. Every conversation was like it was nothing that the Mechanics did nothing wrong. As a Mechanic if I bring my car to you you are suppose to make recommendations when you see issues and provide the best in your services. They did neither.After awhile when you made calls like any concern customer your call get unanwsered, messages unanswered and no return calls I can say for sure that calls are monitor and not answered as if you are the one who is not understanding. BEWARE!! Thievery!! I took my car in for an oil change and to get the thermostat fixed. They did finish that and when I questioned them about some shake in my steering they told me that the inner and outer tie rods on both sides plus the lower control arms on both sides were shot. They told me they could fix it before I left to the tune of$2000. I still have the printed estimate they gave me. They had me scared to death the wheels were going to just come off the car while driving making me feel forced to get the work done right away. Gladly I turned down the work, got a second and 3rd opinion. There was nothing, zero, absolutely nothing wrong with anything to do with the tie rods or the lower control arms but they sure would've been happy to take my money. The culprit.... Some flat spots in my tires! Do not trust these people. They are telling everyone the same things and scamming money out of helpless people trying to get their car fixed! 0 stars. They are not registered with the BBB so you can't complain there!

Was quoted one price, then called back repeatedly with higher prices. My truck drives even worse than before but I'm scared to have them touch my vehicle again to fix the issue. Lots of time and money wasted.

I took my van in for an alignment. They got grease prints all over my door, didn't do an alignment (only adjusted the tie rods), and then charged $105. The average two wheel alignment is $60-$70. Would absolutely not recommend nor ever return. The shop changed owners recently and is terrible.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Tirrell and his team are amazing here, they are honest great mechanics. They were quick with repairing my problem with my car, and worked with me with the price of everything! They made sure my car was safe to drive before I left, it was in very bad shape before bringing it to them. Definitely recommend this shop if you re looking for honest work!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was referred by a friend. Did not feel comfortable was charged 75 dollars to lift my hood and the guy drove my van down the road for a few minutes. Immediately stated my transmission was shot and I needed a new transmission! I'm in the process of getting it looked at and getting a second opinion as we speak and he's still looking at the issue because he doesn't think that's what it is there's apparently a few things that it could be and this place didn't suggest any of these things as if there was no other options the man was just ready to take my $4,000 and I have no clue what he was going to do! Especially if you have customers that want to recommend other people to come here i would be making sure the team is doing what they're supposed to because I didn't feel comfortable and I did not feel confident in anyone there! I was told to speak to Tyrell however when asked they wouldn't even answer made it a point to avoid the question and oh I'll take care of it when asked a second time oh he's not here but we can take care of it.... I should have just took my van right then and said never mind! I work my behind off and my van means everything to me so to look at it in 15 minutes and then try to tell me I need $4,000 oh no I just already knew something wasn't right. First of all if these men really cared and put any effort in it I think it would take more than 15 minutes to look at especially when you're trying to get somebody to spend that kind of money it's sad that places would take advantage of someone when they're vulnerable and going through something like that because vehicle problems can be difficult and the last thing you need is somebody trying to take advantage of your situation.

Dudes here straight up rob you. I took an aligned vehicle to them just to fix a slight offset on my steering wheel and a tire rotation which theh charged me 150 for both. I asked why I should pay so much for a vehicle that was already aligned and he said it wasnt so I asked for printouts to which he stated you should of told me at the beginning bro.. . They left the steering wheel worst off and come to find out, their alignment was very far off.The photo shows goodyears specs of how it got there and actual what they fixed.Service: Wheel alignment

This place has no idea what they are doing. They picked my husband's truck up over a week ago. They said they did a diagnostic on it and replaced some things later they called back and said they couldn't figure it out and they didn't know what else to do. They ended up being the truck back took whatever parts they put on it off said we owed them 375 dollars and that was for the time they spend on it. Nothing was fixed and the truck sounds worse then when they picked it up. We will never take it to them again. Awful place beware.Service: Engine repair

Horrible experience with this shop. Owner had me pay over the phone and offered to deliver for free. I understood why he did that when I seen my vehicle. Did not connect shocks. Did not put door panels on. Left pieces completely unhooked and problem not fixed. Vehicle was in worse shape when he returned it. Wish I could give negative stars

If I could give this place half of a star I would! Either they have no clue what they are doing or their alignment machine is completely broke. Based on their excuses for an improper alignment I d say they have no clue. Just trying to take your money. Very professional. Fixed my car within a few hours. The manager is very honest. Asked them to readjust my car 2 times and they had the patience to get it right as long as I was polite. Good people - friendly and fast - got a 4 wheel alignment - took 30 min. Wearing my tires funny - now these tires should last much longer...not to mention safety aspect.Good work and they take pride in their work.

I went to take my truck to get an alignment and all they did was hook it up to the computer and not even do the alignment and still charged me $80. Also the owner of the store took my truck for a ride without even letting me know and was texting and on a phone call while driving MY truck.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

If you want to give your money away these the place to go. They are all a joke from the owner to the older guy guys that work there. Left the place with my alignment worst then when I came in. We happened to run out of gas on I-20 on Dec. 17th, 2020. We had already been waiting on DOT's SHEP truck for an hour. It was starting to get cold and we had our dog with us. That is when Tirrell that works for Correct Alignment came to the rescue. He stopped on his way home from a long day at work. He asked us if we had anyone on the way and we told him we did. He said he would go get us some gas. I only had my debit card in me so I couldn't give him any money for the gas but he said that was fine. He went, got us 2 gallons of gas and brought it back. If Correct Alignment has this kind of employees then I want to do business with them as should you. I will forever be a Correct Alignment customer now thanks to Tirrell.

This guy's are great, I have a dually truck and needed some adjustments. I aligned the truck in a big chain tire shop. I had to go back a few times to the place because it was never right. I went to West Columbia Correction and Alignment and I can drive the truck on the highway now. Thank you all and thank you Kevin

Awesome services!!! Knew exactly what the issue was right away. Great price, I compared rates with other shops and they were the best. Got my car fixed fast too!!!! Lifetime customer!!!

I took my truck to this shop for and alignment he called me saying that I have to buy 4 new tires because the problem was the tires i agree they changed the tires and the problem didn't solve i took it back twice and he told me that it was something else and he going to charge me $800 to fixed i decided not to take it instead I went to and other shop they fix the problem for 60 box and told me that the truck didn't need nothing else this is why I don't recommend to do your alignment in this shop they don't know how to correct or diagnosed i lost time and money

I went to this business initially for a alignment he convinced me that I needed some tires and rotors so I spent about $500 on tires and rotors my car still had the same problem I expressed in him that I was going out of town with my kids and I did not want to ride uncomfortably with my kids in the car first of all he sold me two bad tires that was not the same size as my original tires his guys broke my stem to my luck on my tire I got back home in the next day my tire was completely flat both of them and all he did was offer me $45 back for my tireServices: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance
