I ve had my truck repaired at W.W.Williams several times but for some reason I think this was by far the best experience yet. Joseph, Jon and Amber were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and also gave me some information that could save me money in a tow going forward. Being an Owner Operator in this economy is rough so every nickel counts. Thanks for all you do.

I called service needing info on a Fitzgerald glider kit motor. Ashley answered the phone and was so helpful. She answered all my questions and emailed the info to me quickly. Great customer service.!!!

WW Williams. I cannot say enough good things about the Columbia SC. Branch. I just know the way they treated me was as if I was family. And their work is second to none. My moto out here is to get your problem fix correctly the first time and you'll never have to fix it twice. Well Im taking my truck to WW Williams when I'm ready to get repairs done right..!!!

Great customer service and very well pleased with their work. I had an issue with my A/C while driving on field trip. After dropping everyone off at the museum, I went to W.W. Williams and they check everything out and took care of the problem and I was even back in time to pick everyone up by the time their tour was over. We had a nice and cold comfortable 2hr ride back home.

WOW! This is the kind of company you always hope to get when having anyone work done on your RV. They were simply amazing. They were prompt, professional and thorough. They took great measures to secure our coach inside, including leaving it plugged in, for the duration of our four days of service. Quotes were 100% accurate with zero surprises at the end. They also offer Veteran discounts. If you are in the area, and need anything, give these guys a call first.Service: Transmission

I've had a good experience with WW.Williams.They have been so patient and caring to me.They made sure I was satisfied during the process of the repairs and after everything was done.I had my fifth wheel replaced and Rods and Maims replaced and a few seals replaced.Thanks to them everything was done in a timely manner!There customer service matches the best out there!Thanks again WW.Williams for making me as a customer feel special and important.

Scheduled service on my coach at WW Williams, Columbia, SC in route from NC to Texas. They had to diagnose the problem and order parts. Through the 4 day repair process the team there did an excellent job, keeping me informed of the progress and got me back on the road ASAP.Jenny, Horis, Trent, Amber, Ashley and whole crew at WW Williams provide out standing service.As a side note ,I had earlier talked to the service manager at the Greer SC branch, thinking I might be going there instead. Although they were very busy Greer committed to take care of me if the Columbia branch could not get me in the shop on my schedule.I highly recommend and appreciate the folks at WW Williams!!!

Being a full-time RVer, I appreciate the ability to schedule an appointment and get an estimate of the time involved in the repairs. That was what attracted me to W.W. Williams.Customer Experience Supervisor Ashley Fanning did a fantastic job.After getting a run-around from a Freightliner dealer to work on my Class A motorhome, on a Freightliner Custom Chassis (2 to 4 weeks and maybe we can get the parts?), Ashley was able to schedule an appointment within a week, and the technician promptly diagnosed the problem. The parts department identified and ordered parts even though the manufacturer had gone out of business two years ago. Took the motorhome back after the parts arrived and now have a working cabin air conditioner.Ashley kept me informed of the status of the repairs, parts shipments, and worked with my extended warranty company to make sure everything went smoothly.I highly recommend W. W. Williams in West Columbia.Service: Air conditioning

I would like to thank Ashley, Amber,and Ms Jenny for keeping me informed on the progress of my truck, as it was being fixed ,,And when I needed parts big thanks to Nick for for advice and information on how things come on and off the truck was very helpful, Jeremy Drafts for being curtious and very helpful while my truck was in the shop and to the mechanic who worked on my truck ,I don't know your name but you did a good job,,thanks to all of you at W W Williams

The work on the engine was excellent it's been 2 weeks the engine runs like a top cleared all coeds regen when its time 2 for 2 companies 2 work together and get the truck in out of the shop plus mechanic on top of there game tks 4 the great work u did RG

I was stuck on the road and needed a $10 part for my radiator. David went to parts store got the part and some extra coolant. He met me on the road and got me back rolling, for less than $50! This says a lot about a company that they would sacrifice a road service call just to get a part for me. Thank you!

I ordered parts on a Friday. They told me they would be in Monday. I called Tuesday and they said it would be Wedsnesday before they came in. Wedsnesday they said it would be the next Monday. Friday they called and said they were in. When they gave them to me he said they had been on the pickup shelf for days. Absolutely horrible service.

We were leaving to go camping and a wrench came up on the transmission. We called W.W. Williams and they said to bring it on over and they would check it out for us and they did.
