Nice to have a local tire place in West Columbia that gives great deals. I was able to walk to Zestos and eat lunch (yes, it is that close) while they replaced my tires. Ill be back the next time I need tires and will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thanks guys.

Had an emergency issue and was riding on a plugged spare. When I got there it looked closed. 5 minutes later a young man pulled up and told me he had a replacement for $60. I thought it was aliilte steep but it was around 8 pm .I ran down the road, because of their cash only policy and left the bad tire to replace. Got back and he and another young man was there. He put on the replacement,which didn't look that good, but he told me it was after asking.I took another look at it today and it is the wrong size. I called and the person on the other end was going to call me back. Not yet .I knew it was the wrong place when the tech was wearing shorts and flip flops.Tire not so good. I would avoid this place, if you can

Amazing service!! In and out in less than 5 minutes and they were the only shop in two cities to have the tire I needed! I ll definitely be back for my four other tires on my GTI!

I bought a car in the area and found out the tires were dry rotted and didn t want to make the trip back without replacing them. I was happy to find A1 Tires on Augusta Road had a new set of the tires I needed and that they were open on Sunday for replacement. This is the end of the good part of the experience. The rest was terrible. After two and a half hours, I had only three tires installed and none of them were balanced. The worker was not able to get the fourth tire to inflate for some reason. I paid $80 in addition to the tire cost for them to be mounted and balanced. He said they were, but I watched and they were not balanced on the machine and there were no weights installed. I can look past this place not having a lift and doing the job in the driveway with jacks. I can t look past the inability to mount a tire and unwillingness to balance new tires.I gave up and put the spare tire on the car and the forth new tire in the trunk. I left A1 Tires and went to Tire Choice on Dutch Square Blvd. They were super helpful. They had no trouble airing up the forth tire and they balanced all four. Each tire needed weights to be balanced, so this confirmed that A1 Tires did not perform the balancing.

These guys took care of me in minutes. Very good pricing, much better than any big box store nearby. It's two minutes down the road from Walmart.
