I really enjoyed my experience with this dealership. Justin was very kind and informative and got me in something really nice but very reliable. I have had my car for two weeks with no problems and everything in the car works perfectly. The customer service from Justin was great and I would recommend triangle city auto sales if you want a great car.

When I arrived, no one was there. I called the number on the door, and about 10 minutes later a "salesman" showed up wearing basketball shorts and a tank top. He seemed more eager to be rid of me than sell a car. Based on my interactions with prior customers, this place should be called Lemon City. Save your money, folks

Took my son up there to get a car. He had his taxes but insurance was going to be so high on a financed car. Justin put him in a car he had on the lot for sale. We drove it.. and made the buy. He helped in several ways .. I will just say that. Now we have to just wait on the title and tag that he is sending out for us. Trust goes a long way. Thanks Justin

I spent all the money I saved up on a cash car. Before buying I was assured it was running great, that there was nothing wrong with it. It started up like a charm and rolled great around the block. I really believed I was being looked out for.Turns out it was only good enough to drive away and started showing problems the first day I handed over the cash and really got to drive it. It even tried to die in the middle of the street. I had hope that it was something minor because I really believed the glowing reviews from the guys that sold it to me.Water in the transmission fluid ended up being the problem. I just got my first car and the worst possible thing is wrong with it. It would need a transmission rebuild or replacement. Can't drive it and can't afford to fix it since I spent all my money on this vehicle. Since it was an "as is" sale all I have now is something to take up space in the driveway.

I just had the most pleasant car buying experience. Todd and Justin found the perfect car for me and my wife and it happened to be in Greenville. They took the time today drive there in the pouring down rain to get it for me. I have never had that level of customer service, ever. I wish I could give them ten stars! Our Kia is perfect! Thanks to Ricky and Zachary for making the paperwork easy.

Lots of cars, fair enough down payment,s just look close & you might reveal previous damages under bumper skins, occasionally. Great place for a good automobile. Otherwise. sales manager,s very nice. Good selection.for a used vehicle.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!!!So here is my story I purchased my vehicle in July , a week after having the car im on I26 and I see something fly off my car and it stoped moving I pulled to the side of the interstate and there was a whole forest fire that stared because of whatever flew off my car , they said something was wrong with the engine and had to replace the whole thing , they had my car for 2 weeks , finally once I got it back I drove for a couple minutes and then my car stops in the middle of the road in the middle of traffic with my nieces in the car they sent a mechanic to look at it and apparently some bolts that hold the engine down wasn t even on there once he fixed it my car was good for about a month , then my car started making a loud noise , I had to get it fixed mechanic said something about the muffler and something else was out of place , now my car will not start it s not the alternator not the battery , not the fuel pump it s none of those things so again I will have to put my car in the shop and spend 100s of more dollars for the 4th time . Also when I purchase my car a young women was in there having to get a different car because they sold her a car with a bad transmission . This car dealership has ruined everything I spent all the money I had saved on getting it then all the money I work hard for has went on fixing this vehicle so much . If I could sue I would . And this is not a fake review , last name Wilson , and I reached out to y all , y all didn t care , y all know what y all were doing I have all my papers and receipts in front of me now ! I would post them if I could post pictures on my review . Y all are liars and cons

I wanna first apologize to owner and triangle city auto sales, they did step out of the box , which means a lot they are truly good people. It was miscommunication on both parts, they agreed to fix car which means a lot and they stay true to there word.

Bought a van , guy said only issue was the tires .40 miles later it won't start so far I've put 1700 in it and it still is a lemon .Sales man said he's the brother of the owner and dont bother going to court against them .this place is a con artist run picking on mom's that are not mechanical people.Dont buy unless you have alot of cash to waste .He offers no help either so I now own a yard ornimite .Btw he knew my child was ill and still sold me a lemon.

Don t ever buy a car from there I bought a jeep from there with all kinds of issues justin doesn t really care he said it had a lot of work on it but when I asked to see what been done to it he tells me his mechanic has the paperwork if I could give this place no stars I would they sale junk vehicles that you have to fork out a lot of money they sold me a lemon and knew I was a female to take advantage of
