Tonight I pulled up very desperate. Pouring down rain, lightening, storming pretty badly and they were already closed. I had 2 kids with me and my tire was flat. I had a donut on but no good in the rain. They could have easily sent me away instead, turned the lights back on and told me to pull in. He found the hole in my tire, plugged it, put it back on, and put my spare back in the correct place in my car within 15 minutes and only charged me $10 in the pouring down rain when he easily could have sent me away, said i needed a new tire, or charged me a crazy amount. Unknown to them I lost my dad exactly 6 weeks ago today and was having a really hard time. Their kindness helped me more than anyone else would know or understand. I am forever grateful for these men. Yall are a blessing. Thank yall so much!!!!!~the green Toyota Prius

Chipped my rims and said it happens because of the machine. Offered a $20 discount. Because owner said the tires were already discounted. I paid for new tires not for them to mess my wheels up. Will not repair or replace. Beware

It's Sunday morning my daughter had a blowout needed to find her a tire she could run besides the doughnut tire call this business talk with a gentleman name Troy went bye talk with him agand and paid for the service and the tire my daughtr went by and this gentleman was absolutely a pleasure to do business With have not Run across anyone lately that took pride in their business very helpful and took care of my daughter she said he was absolutely professional on his job I would go back if I needed another tire or recommend him to anyone so thank you Troy for taking care of my daughter today

I didn t get to see the shop physically because I had a tire blow a few miles from their store. They were the only shop I could find that were willing to come out to me and change my tire since I had no spare. Absolute amazing customer service! I got a used tire as well and it was in INCREDIBLE shape. Definitely recommend them and I thank them so much for helping me when I was basically stranded.

Dropped my car off and went and got a sandwich and then came back and my car was already done and he did a great job! If you need tires come here, they will get you right

Best used tires out there in Columbia SC!!! You don t have to worry about getting cheated prices are great and they KNOW what they are doing!

Great service. Very quick. And they put a spare on the back of my jeep for free! The tires were 10$ more than advertised but Oh well. And they come with a 10 day warranty. Highly recommend these fellas!

If I could give no stars I would. Called multiple times and gave the tire size I was looking for and was told they had it. When I got there the guy wouldn t even take his feet off the desk and get out the chair to talk to me. Needless to say I drove 30 minutes for him to say they didn t have that size. Work on your costumer service and actually engage your costumers!

They ve always kept me on the road with used tires. I ve started to order my new tires from them as well. Fast service and friendly staff. They get you in and out leaving satisfied.

Excellent service. Noticed a flat tire on my car. Turned out to be a nice big nail . Pulled up and in just a few minutes he had me plugged and back on the road. Thank you Villa !

Fast, professional, and reasonable. Pulled up late Sunday afternoon and they got me in, 4 tires replaced, and put the door within an hour. They have definitely earned my business.

So glad I continued my search. They didn't have anywhere to sit while I waited, but the guy was really nice and not to mention I got some very very very decent used tires and for an excellent price. Beyond satisfied! Will recommend to everyone.

Recently had tires installed and they scratched the rims noticeably. I don t have aftermarket rims but if you do please save yourself the trouble. They have great prices but will scratch your rims installing new tires.

The gentlemen who work here are very professional. They found the leak in my tire quickly, and repaired it for only $7. I've been taking my car here for over six months and I always have a good experience.

I went in to replace bald tires for used. they were friendly and professional and open later than most non-chain locations for a saturday. took abt as long as it would at discount tires without all the fancy equipment. paid less than "a bill" for two 17in tires with grade 4 tread. would use them again in a pinch.

Went there ON A SUNDAY, got 4 great used tires, mounted and balanced for $200... I priced new ones at $120ea, BEFORE the mounting, etc. I was in and out in under an hour!!! Great work, GREAT SERVICE!!!

The service was excellent. My only complaint is, they have one price posted but charge you a higher price. I had no choice to pay it because I was in need of a tire

Good prices on good tires. Fast service, they will get you in and out faster than any other tire shop. Usually no waiting and the employees are courteous.
